The finger print reading is time consuming to set up. But since it's an aluminum gate we were limited on options. That was my only regret.... Would have gone a different route with more options to lock the gate because that's the whole point !! No sense of having a nice gate if you can't lock it or manage it correctly from an app. All in all la fence made it happen & I'm glad I chose local business.

I have depended a lot on reviews/pics from yelpers so I need to post when a business was good or…read morebad. Or kinda good or kinda bad. The fences are nice and look like the pics on the reviews. The issue in my case is installation and customer service. They broke one of my recently installed pavers (never told me). The metal portion of 1 of 3 gates had a lot of visible deep scratches, and they left an outlet box just dangling instead of properly installing it. I also noticed they didn't install stoppers behind each door. Didn't know I had to ask for that or that they didn't provide them. Imagine spending thousands on 3 beautiful doors just so when they open, they smack on stucco or walls? I made a deal with Mark (he comes out to give you an estimate) it cost me $100 to have my paver guy fix the damage. Add 3 stoppers to the gates and I'll call it even. He said ok. They came out and installed one. Mark has been bs'ing me for months and they haven't came out to add the remaining two. I've called the main office and no luck. I know if I would've waited on paying they would've been done a long time ago. And to be fair they did come out and covered up the deep scratches a bit. You can still see them but not as noticeable. The electric box was also installed properly. Make sure you look at your doors and gates closely before you pay because trying to get them to come out can be difficult and Mark might tell you it will be handled and never will. Their prices are fair and competitive but their installation and customer service could use some work and maybe other estimates on your behalf. See pictures. Oh and I sent them a lock to install prior to them coming out to install. I should've checked that too before they left. The electronic door lock doesn't work. I've tried taking it apart and figuring it out but does not work. My fault I guess for not checking.

A few days later after building our fence we needed more slats to go into a metal gate we had custom built. Went back and they charged us 3 x times more for the slats that we had just bought??? We bought them because we wanted to have the exact same vinyl slats. I did feel they knew that and price gouged us. After we arrived home we found they gave us 4 of a different type of vinyl slats. ( similar in color to what we had previously bought except the TG was rounded) pics attached. We had paid more to get the same exact slats so we took them back to exchange. The guys that worked there would not exchange them they said they were exactly the same even though we showed them they were rounded while ours were square, so the different ones we a little off in color and the spaces between were larger because of the rounded edges ( we took a piece of the first slats we bought for comparison. We asked for a manager. Because they were all Armenian we did not understand what they were saying, but then 2 other guys came over and said they were exactly the same. What? How? you can clearly see they were not. They were similar but not the same. ( now it doesn't matter to me they were Armenian cause every race religion etc is great. I'm mixed myself. I only mentioned it because we couldn't understand what they were saying to each other before they came over to tell us they were the same. I feel he was telling them to say it was the same. But I digress I didn't understand what he really said.) We did not want to leave without the correct slats and kept telling them we paid more just to get the same slats we already bought from them. We were finally able to get the correct ones when we mentioned it was only 4 pcs. Hallelujah!! Thank you. Finally. I do worry for people that this may happen to if they give you more than a few wrong pcs so I am advising you check each one if ordering from this company. I also want to mention we had previously requested a quote from this company to install the gate But one day they gave us a quote and when we called back a week later to set up the install they quoted us $2000 MORE than the previous quote. The quote went from $5400 to ?7340. When asked why? their response was that's their price???? This was for just a 20 ft fence. Anywho, we're all free to have a company do work or not and we decided to go with another company. But thought this was also worth mentioning. I am writing this review to advise people who are looking into this company to do vinyl fencing, be careful and do your due diligence. Their sales practice is not on the up and up. I hope the owners of the company read this and fix things with their employees.

Again called them up and talked to GREG the rude guy and explained the extra problems we found and he Black mailed me to change my review or they will not come over and fix all problems the install team created, Total Pirates in the fence business, Who does that to customers? Zero customer service quality. Wiil have ALL COUNTIES FENCE fix all the problems and mistakes, they do a much better quality of Fence and Service. They are better priced also.

He actually ripped out a small rose bush and hid it in the trash. Grass cutting and branches left everywhere, debris blown not raked up. We had a wonderful experience working with J.R.D. Construction Company on the remodel of both of our bathrooms. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, communicative, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. Roi, our project manager, was fantastic--he kept us informed every step of the way, always made time to listen to our needs and wants, and ensured we felt heard throughout the entire process. Victor, our contractor, also deserves special recognition. He was clearly invested in making sure the job was done exactly as we had requested and took great care to ensure the final product met our expectations. The team was kind, accommodating, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves daily, addressed any concerns we had, and made corrections when needed without hesitation. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail and tenacity--they never left us hanging and were truly committed to seeing the job through to the very end. They remodeled our primary bathroom, where they installed a beautiful clawfoot tub, and transformed our hall bathroom by removing an old jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a stunning walk-in shower. Our project involved breaking down existing broken driveway, hauling, disamblembing existing tool shed, installing pavers in its place; a related project is installing pavers on a dirt covered parking space on a side yard. I reached out to 37 contractors at once. I know, I know. But hear me out. I did this with the mindset that all these people had to do was follow some simple instructions. They all got the same form letter which explained our circumstances, budget concerns, communication and availability preferences. I figured as long as everyone simply had basic reading comprehension, common sense, and common courtesy, I'd be able to quickly amass a wide selection of estimates, and go from there. Folks, let me tell ya...I was descended upon like white on rice. Ants to sugar. Bears to honey. Me to a fridge brownie at 3am during a diet. And so fourth. The form letter asked prospective contractors to email me directly. Most responded through yelp. That ruled them out immediately. I'm sorry, but when all I ask is to do the simple thing...and you start off by ignoring the simple thing.... The form latter specified I prefer to communicate via email rather than over the phone. Half immediately asked for my phone number urging for a call that very same day to "lock in a quote", and all the usual high pressure crap. They were removed from the pool too. Yes, just like that. If you find that unreasonable, I don't know what to tell you. People have preferences for a reason. And when they really aren't asking much of you in the first place, it stands to reason it's wise to abide by them in order to show someone you aren't dismissive of their needs. The form letter made mention that while we reside in location A, the home in need of work was in location B, which happens to be a 130 mile round trip. Needless to say, I wasn't going to meet up in person with 37 contractors. Or 27 contractors. Or 17, or even 7 if I could help with. Because *I* don't need to be there. I'm not a roofer, nor am I going up on the roof. Anything I need to know can be said or shown via email or text. It's 2026. My generation is terrified of phone calls. When it actually rings we throw it across the room and hide under the covers until it stops. Come on now. When the dust settled, only two companies remained. One of them was MGMP. I won't mention the name of the second contractor, and I don't want to specify the exact deciding factor between the two, because I don't want everyone reading this review to assume that our circumstances are applicable to them. I will just say that the non-MGMP finalist said that we needed to do something which would have put us severely over budget and put a halt to our effort altogether, while MGMP felt otherwise, and provided us with an option which was feasible enough to allow us to move forward, with the understanding that there *may* be additional expenses depending on what all is found after removing the roof altogether, but we could proceed from there. This was perfectly reasonable. I will admit, at first that felt like a red flag. But after speaking with Johnathan, I decided to trust him, because I have an overly sensitive BS meter and it was sound asleep, which is rare amidst these sort of circumstances. Once the roof was off, the only additional expense beyond our initial quote was $700 to cover some additional materials. I was expecting *much* worse, and was relieved beyond measure. Fortunately for me, MGMP has integrity, and is true to their word. Johnathan sent a series of comprehensive photos and videos showing absolutely all the trouble spots of concern, which he didn't even have to do. I never asked, but he did it anyway, just to be transparent. The whole process had them swoop in early 02/26/26 and they finished mid-day by 02/28/26. And this was not a rush job. Johnathan works with a small army who worked two FULL days (sunrise to sunset) and then some, as well as the time it took to wrap it all up on day three. He sent photos the day it was done, and the work looked immaculate. My father in law isn't doing so hot, and he's well into his golden years. As his time on this giant floating rock winds down, his only major wish and preference is to simply stay in his own home for as long as possible. His home needs a lot of love, and when it was clear we needed to look into a new roof for him asap, we honestly didn't think we'd be able to make it happen. Thanks to MGMP Construction, not only does he now have a new roof, allowing him to stay put doing internet genealogy and playing Peggle on his desktop to his hearts content, but he can stay *home*, where he feels safe. That means everything to him, and just as much to us. So to the team at MGMP Construction and to Johnathan in particular, thank you. You haven't just given someone a new roof, but peace of mind and a reminder that there are still plenty of good people out there, with businesses you can actually trust.

They reached out to me based off putting my info on Angi list. We set up an appointment, Matthew…read moreand a colleague (really wish I remembered his name because he provided great customer service on both visits, from my knowledge, he was pretty much being trained by Matthew) came by the house to check out what we were requesting. Matthew suggested and insisted they have electrician and hvac tech come at same time to resolve the issue. I said I had a hvac guy that could meet with the electrician they recommended. He offered to discount the service fee because it was easier if they had their people come at the same time. We said ok, the hvac tech was just someone recommended to us by someone we know so no personal relationship or obligation. 3 men showed up to our house, the gentleman i mentioned above, his boss and an electrician. When I asked about the hvac tech, the boss stated the electrician also works on hvac. I mean, he was checking out the compressor so I was like OK cool. Matthew then showed up and the trainee guy said goodbye and that he had to go to another job. I assume when Matthew came, he contacted the actual Hvac tech because he then told us that the hvac tech would be coming 2 to 3 hours later. The hvac tech came and when he was done he said he took video and there's a huge issue, he'll send it to Matt and Matt will let us know the findings. I asked well, what's the issue? He said Matt will show us and talk to us. It's been over a week and haven't heard back, no call, no email, nothing. 8 calls between setting up initial appointment and 2nd visit, 0 afterwards. I'm not reaching out to a company that's trying to get my business and obviously has my contact info. I'm big on customer service and although it started off good, it wasn't maintained. We're no longer interested and the issue has been resolved.
