My son confirmed he had never hit anything or caused damage, so we were surprised this happened. It appeared to be an issue with the screw coming loose, which made me wonder if this was a factory-related problem. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told it would cost $240 just for diagnosis and to secure the panel. I was then told that if the panel was damaged, the repair could cost around $1,400. I found that extremely frustrating and unreasonable for something that does not appear to be caused by the owner. Unfortunately, they were not willing to help or consider that this could be a manufacturing issue, so I decided not to proceed and left. Went back today with money in hand and they instantly recognized me. I asked to test drive a car so they said they'd wash it first and I can drive it. Another customer was looking around after me, while I was waiting for the to finish washing the car and he was interested in the same car. I waited 40 minutes for the to wash the car all for them to refuse a test drive because the other customer wanted to drive it and they had seen me before. They also always say their cars are in "PERFECT" condition when the trip is always coming off, there are clear issues but say they'll fix it if I buy it. I also didn't see the terrible reviews before and now I know why. Worst place to do this kind of business with.

That, at first made me worried but after meeting with Humberto and Carolyn, and explaining my situation my expectations they not only worked with me on the spot, but Carolyn and Humberto did not pressure me into a purchase. I appreciate that it gave me some time to think and look around, i came in 2 days later luckily the car was still there and they finance me with the rate that i ask for. BTW.. first review not about food. I would strongly recommend this place, not a roscoe off the 405 dealer, but just like your favorite family hole in the wall restaurant this should be considered that in a car sales world.

Instead of receiving support, I was shocked by the final bill, which included unexpected charges for things like "exterior misalignment," late fees, and other costs that made no sense. The car I returned had zero damage. The bumper was perfect, there had been no accidents, there were no scratches, and the tires were in normal condition. They added damage charges just to bill me. I always made my lease payments on time, often before the due date, and fulfilled my obligations before my lease ended. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never lease or purchase another vehicle from them again.
