DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. This guy is a fraud and a crook. Caught him red handed in the act. Was looking for a body shop to repaint another vehicle of mine and did so. As I took my vehicle there I made friends with one of the workers there. Come to find out the owner also had another vehicle there getting repaired that was pretty messed up. He takes crashed cars repair them and sell them to us. To top it off this tahoe that you see to be in good condition is just another part of his fraud. I was involved in a rear end accident and taken to a professional body shop. Once it was repaired I was asked if this is the first accident my vehicle was involved in and I said yes. They then escort me to my vehicle and show me evidence of previous repairs done to the rear of the vehicle as well as the front bumper. It was painted over previously explaining the chipped pain on it. PLEASE save yourself the headache and money and don't buy from this dealer. Don't believe buy a car and find out for yourself.

Idk why but my post was take off bcuz they though I was lying, it's a picture with me and the truck I got from here, why would I be lying about a great deal, sometimes people are jealous and they attempt to harm anything good your doing, avoid competition, what makes everything different about this dealership it's the cool people that work here, and the chances they will give you, I walk in with 0 credit and I came out with a bad ass truck :) .. this is no scam... the real deal ..

He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely makes the car-buying experience easy and stress-free. He never makes you feel pressured and always takes the time to make sure you're completely taken care of. At this point, Kobe is the reason we shop at Galpin Honda! We will absolutely continue to refer friends and family to him and will continue doing business with him for years to come. Very disappointed with my experience at the service department…read more I called ahead of time to make sure they could take care of an issue with my son's car -- a panel underneath the vehicle had partially come loose. My son confirmed he had never hit anything or caused damage, so we were surprised this happened. It appeared to be an issue with the screw coming loose, which made me wonder if this was a factory-related problem. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told it would cost $240 just for diagnosis and to secure the panel. I was then told that if the panel was damaged, the repair could cost around $1,400. I found that extremely frustrating and unreasonable for something that does not appear to be caused by the owner. Unfortunately, they were not willing to help or consider that this could be a manufacturing issue, so I decided not to proceed and left. I'm very disappointed with the service experience and will not be returning!!!!!!!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after my experience with Chris Avilas…read more From the moment I walked in Chris made the whole process feel fun. I've been to a few dealers where you immediately feel like someone is trying to push you into something you don't want. He talked to me like a normal person, not a "sale," and that made a big difference. I had a lot of questions about different cars and what would make sense for me He didn't rush me or give vague answers...he actually knew the details or looked them up. My credit situation isn't perfect and I wasn't sure about a new vehicle right now. Chris never made me feel judged or uncomfortable he was straightforward, and he focused on what options could actually work for me rather than wasting time on things that weren't realistic or making me feel like I was a waste of time. Even though I didn't end up purchasing a car today, I walked out of there feeling like I actually understand my options now. Chris took the time to break down what I would need to do to get into a better position and what price range would realistically make sense for me. It didn't feel like a "lost sale" experience--it felt like I was set up with a clear plan for when I'm ready. I'm definitely going to come back and work with him again when I'm ready to move forward. It's rare to meet someone at a dealership who feels both professional and genuinely down-to-earth, but Chris managed to be both. Highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for someone who actually listens and takes the time to help.

First time customer here and my experience at Mission Hills Hyundai was extremely disappointing…read more I brought my 2023 Hyundai Elantra in after multiple warning lights appeared and the battery began draining. The dealership kept my car for several days because they had difficulty diagnosing the issue and even had to involve Hyundai Corporate. During that time, I was without transportation until they eventually approved a loaner vehicle. To their credit, they ultimately diagnosed the problem as a short related to the rear camera and replaced the battery under warranty. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. When I got home after picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the area underneath my dashboard had exposed wiring hanging down. It looked unfinished, so my husband contacted the dealership and left a voicemail for my service advisor (Oscar) because I was concerned something had been left apart or damaged during the repair. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. When I called to speak with my service advisor, I was told the technician never touched the area around the OBD port while my vehicle was in their care. That statement immediately concerned me because the issue I discovered was in the same area, making it difficult for me to understand how it had gone unnoticed. Since the diagnostic connector is also located in that area, I was left confused about how the vehicle could have been diagnosed without that area being accessed. When I arrived after work, the manager (Hovik) showed me another Hyundai and explained that the OBD port does not have a cover, which I appreciated. However, my concern was the wiring hanging down underneath the dashboard. His proposed solution was simply to secure the wire with a zip tie. I explained that I wanted the wiring routed properly the way it should have been from the factory, not held up with a zip tie. At no point did anyone explain why the wiring could not be secured using the factory routing or mounting method. Instead, the only solution presented to me was to secure it with a zip tie. I was told the exposed wiring was connected to an aftermarket device that was either an alarm or a tracking device installed when the car was originally sold. I explained that I never purchased or activated any alarm or tracking service and asked if it could be simply removed. I was told they could not remove it because they couldn't verify whether it was active and that I would have to take the vehicle back to the dealership where I originally purchased it. That explanation didn't make sense to me. This is a Hyundai dealership working on a Hyundai under warranty, yet I was being sent to a different Hyundai dealership for something involving my own vehicle. I was asking them to properly address the wiring that was left exposed after my service visit. Rather than addressing my concern, I called my husband to speak to the manager since I wasn't being understood and all I could hear at the end of their conversation was the manager telling my husband , "If you want to escalate it, go right ahead." He handed me the general manager's name and number, walked away, and that's how that conversation ended. Everyone makes mistakes. What disappointed me wasn't necessarily the repair itself, it was how my concerns were handled afterward. As a customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and accountability. I expected my concerns to be addressed, explained, and, if necessary, corrected. As a female customer, I left feeling like my concerns were repeatedly dismissed instead of being taken seriously. Whether that was intentional or not, it was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Every customer deserves to have their questions answered respectfully, regardless of their level of automotive knowledge. I hope this dealership improves the way it communicates with customers because no one should feel like they're inconveniencing the staff simply for asking questions about their own vehicle. My biggest concern was the lack of communication, professionalism, and willingness to address reasonable questions about my own vehicle that ultimately led me to write this review. I hope the General Manager investigates my concerns and follows up with me and my husband. If the situation is resolved professionally, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.
