Jeremy just finished cleaning our carpets- wow! They look great! After a couple of years of baby & dog puke, pee & poop I can rest easy knowing my carpets are 100% clean! I always used a spotbot when we had accidents on the carpet but never really felt they 100% took care of business. We tried those huge rental units throughout the years too- they were always a pain to rent & operate, plus the solution had a strong smell to them. Our carpets looked pretty gross, there were spots here & here... not anymore! Jeremy called back within an hour or so of me leaving him a voicemail, gave me a very reasonable quote, came out on time, used eco-friendly products (there is pretty much no smell!) and was done within an hour. I got estimates from approximately 6 carpet cleaners, and hands down Jeremy had the best price. He was quick to respond on yelp and email and came and finished the work on time. I had the carpet in one room and 3 rugs washed at my house. The stains on the carpet were immediately gone! One of the rugs had been pretty stained over the years under a dining table. Last year, I had gone over the whole carpet with a foam cleaner. And while it made it presentable, there were still tons of areas with discoloration. Not anymore after Jeremy to care of it. In the past, I have had the rugs picked up to be cleaned off-site (by other companies). I do think that type of cleaning is deeper and returned the colors in the heavily used areas, but the in-house cleaning I had from JS made a huge difference in the cleanliness and look of the carpet. read more

Jeremy has been cleaning our carpets for years. He is trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. He is conscientious and takes good care with delicate items and cares for your home (example: wears coverings on his shoes and brings bumpers for walls so that the hoses don't make marks on the walls.) He also uses a higher end cleaning system, which removes the dirty water and steams with clean water so you're sure to get great results. I am always amazed and glad we have him visit. I had Jeremy come out and clean my carpet on my 3 floor townhouse. Jeremy is super professional and I was very pleased with his service. He quoted me the cheapest price out of all the carpet cleaners I contacted but his work is top-notch! He will make sure all the corners of your walls are protected and cleans the carpet very well. There are no funky smells to his cleaning solution and he'll even tell you problem areas like there's a dark line on the carpet next to the door, maybe you should get your air filter changed, or your carpet feels loose in this area, perhaps consider a rug protector.
