I booked Jeremy on Yelp, he communicated everything very well, arrived on time, and was very nice. We have 2 cats and a dog and he let me know that all the cleaner he uses is safe around pets. There were a few accidents while potty training, which I thought I cleaned, but there was one stained areas and another that's smelled like urine for a couple months. He did some special spot treatment for the stained and smelly areas, and a regular cleaning for the rest of our 2 bedroom condo.
