In many places, these spanned cabinet joints and left the cabinets without proper support. We also had a cabinet door damaged during the process - a broken hinge for which no replacement parts were available still. We had other cabinet doors knocked out of alignment. Trying to find a firm to fix these, replace the kickplates/trim, etc. that were left by the restoration company was difficult. It was a relatively small job. Ervin was one of only 2 companies that responded and was willing to take on our small job. Not only did Top Refinish respond immediately, they sent out an estimator promptly. Ervin and his employees are all great communicators. Everything was very professional and their costs are reasonable given their expertise. Give them a call for a bid. You'll be glad you did.

At first I thought this was a great experience! We wanted more space in our cramped shower. They…read morepointed out that by removing the slanted sides of the tub, and extending out another 4 inches, we'd nearly double the square footage. In two days they took out our hideous old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower, with flooring out to the vanity area. They guys were friendly and left the house neat. We were super happy! Then the next day (the sealant had to cure for 24 hours) I hopped into my spiffy new shower and discovered 1) a collection of tiny scratches in the new glass door and 2) some white stuff brushed and dripped onto the window frame. I wasn't too concerned about the window because we are about to paint it, but if we had just painted I would be a lot more upset. I called about the glass and got a "we'll get right back to you and get someone out to see it." Two days later I realized the ceiling below the new shower had been damaged. It's not wet, fortunately, but the drywall and paint got pushed out. When I called, I was told "It was like that when they got there." When I politely refused to accept that answer, I was asked to "get a quote" to repair it. So now I'm spending my time trying to track down a contractor who will come take a look and give us the estimate, and then presumably have to deal with getting them to come back and fix it after Miller provides the funds. A hassle I definitely don't need.
