I called several spa repair companies…read morein the area and many's numbers were out of service or if they did get back to me, they wanted $125 to come out to look at it and $100 an hour for repair. Wayne happened to already be in my neighborhood on another call and came over in about a half hour to troubleshoot my spa issue while I was at work. He let me know it was a relatively simple fix and didn't take very long so he just charged me the $75 service fee. (So much cheaper than the other options.) I am so relieved to have my spa fixed and done so quickly, and not cost an arm and a leg. Wayne was very professional, nice and communicative with what the issue was. I had a new pump put in last year and within a year the bearings were shot. Again it took several calls and texts for them to get back with me. The pump he installed was used but he said it only had been used a couple of times and was like new. I finally called another pool company after High Desert couldn't come out for a couple of weeks. The other guy said that the pump I had had to have been used quite a bit for the bearings to be grinding like that. Desert High might be a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Very unprofessional work and customer service. I also had a hot tub and he said he would look at it if I took it apart for him first. Save yourself a headache don't call High Desert Pool and Spa!

The undermount sink on one was off center with the vanity, the drain, the mirror and the light fixture and I was told that because the old top had been demo-ed before the measurement was done they didn't realize that the sink should have been centered with the vanity, the plumbing, the mirror and the light. ( By the way, they suggested I do the demo in advance.) There was no mention during the process that this would occur and I was not consulted about the sink position. The solution offered was a discount on a new vanity top and the installation. The company took no responsibility for the error. So i am left to either pay more or live with their error and the additional plumbing expense. Is Precision Marble a risk worth taking?

I was told they charge $165 per hour and that includes drive time so they are in Prescott and I in PV, making it very expensive. We needed a gas line dropped down to our fireplace for an upcoming gas fireplace insert installation. Out of three other plumbing companies, Jesse from Burgie's was the only one that actually took the BTU rating from each of my gas appliances and calculated the total gas demand to determine whether or not my home had sufficient supply to accomidate another gas appliance. Jesse performed the installation, pressure tested the complete gas circuit which passed inspection the first time. When the fireplace insert was being installed, Jesse was onsite if any gas line adjustmets were needed. Absolutly outstanding customer service. Burgie's Plumbing are true professionals. We had to move a water heater and install a water softener in our home. This was a challenge, as…read morethe water heater had to be moved into a crawl space and a loop had to be plumbed in our home to support the water softener. Travis and Jessie came out to do this project which took all day to complete. These two were well versed on local plumbing codes, very familiar with the products installed and liked to follow "old school" procedures. I found them to be amongst the very few plumbers who still know how to sweat solder copper piping and finish the joints properly. They weren't the cheapest plumber in town, but the quality, craftsmanship and honesty was unsurpassed! We were lucky enough to have Burgie's do the project for us.
