The shop refused to tow it back to fix it - the manager said "too bad". I'm left paying more than $8,000 dollars for a car that isn't completed?!? That's not the way a business should treat their customers - in my opinion. I can't recommend Accurate Auto to anyone that I know after this poor response to not completing the job. Originally it was due to my engine light being on but that issue seems to have fixed itself. So I wanted Shay to do a diagnostic to determine why my Ford Escape battery was draining overnight. He seemed to be stuck on the engine light issue and when I tried to shift to the matter of the power drain the conversation went sideways and he became hostile. He cancelled my appointment, said he now had no openings for Friday and would call me back when he had an opening. If I had any doubt of his ability to service my vehicle I would never have made an appointment in the first place.
