Love everything this semi private airline is doing. Don't know if they're publicly traded but if they were I would own shares. Staff friendly, planes rides smooth and quicker than commercial because these 30 seat jets don't have to take the time to go higher and come down. Drive right up to the hangar ten minutes before the flight and you're on, cocktail in hand ten minutes in the air. Many times the fare is cheaper than southworst. Lots of leg room and no waiting fifteen minutes just to get off the bird when you're seated in the back, bags pulled off 5 minutes after deplaning. No TSA, attitude or lines either. Fly this whenever you can, you won't be disappointed! read more

Once you try JetSuite X, it's hard to go back to flying on a normal airline. I've flown their routes into and out of Concord from Burbank and Las Vegas. For most people, this is as close to a private jet experience as we will get. There's no need to arrive at the airport hours early (JetSuite recommends 30 minutes), there's no TSA, bags fly free, and you are treated well by staff both at the airport and inside the airplane. You can arrive at Concord for a 1030am flight out to Burbank and be having lunch in Los Angles by 12pm. That's how quick and efficient they are. The only negative is that usually JetSuite X's prices are more than a standard commercial airline.....but not by much. JetSuite X sometimes BEATS standard commercial fares. On a recent trip to Las Vegas my flight would have been around $500 with Southwest and $450 with JetSuite. I live closer to the Concord airport and JetSuite's service is superior to Southwest so this was a no brainer. The most expensive one-way fares that I've seen with JetSuite are around $300 which isn't too crazy for a semi-private jet setting experience. I'd advise folks living in the East Bay to give JetSuite X a look next time they are traveling to the LA area or Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed. read more

Giving them two stars because my first flight with them wasn't bad. But on Friday morning I arrived at 8:20 for a 9:00am flight. At 8:50 their ground person announced the flight was delayed an hour. At 9:15 we finally got an email that it was delayed until 11:00. That's two hours, for you folks playing along at home - two hours in a tiny temporary tin structure, with no access to food other than a few granola bars and a Kuerig machine. No effort to bring in food. No communication or updates from the ground staff - in fact, they did everything possible to make themselves scarce. No effort to make us comfortable in any way. For those of us traveling on business, we got to sit and try and make phone calls over the noise of the only entertainment, a foosball table. I missed two important meetings, finally arriving in Vegas at 12:35, 2.5 hours late. Emails to customer service promised "compensation" by end of next day. That didn't happen either. I had to write and complain again. Finally got the same cut-and-paste "apology" and claim that it's "not the way they do business", along with a $100 voucher for a future booking. As if. Horrible customer service. I could fly commercial for 1/3 the price and only half the abuse. I'd at least be able to get something to eat while I'm waiting. Never again. ===== UPDATE: Got a call today from their Director of Guest Services. She took the time to listen, genuinely acknowledged and understood that it wasn't the delay itself as much as the way it was handled. She didn't make excuses; she pointed to their rapid growth, acknowledged that there are sometimes bumps along the way, recognized it as a teachable moment for her staff, and truly went out of her way to regain my trust and my business. Certainly enough to bump my review to 4 stars. Hopefully next flight will be a better one. I really do want to like these guys. Kudos to them for having at least one person who understands the value of communication. read more

Best plane ride ever! This was my first time riding with JSX and it was so fun. Check in and lift off was super fast. During the 1 hour flight they handed out snacks and took orders for drinks. The plane had a ton of leg room and looked super clean. All in all the pilots were the most efficient plane driver's Ive ever experienced. I would 100% recommend this airline. So, I had to travel from the Bay Area to LA last week for a meeting and when I checked the last minute prices between the carriers and JetSuiteX, the carriers were more expensive. I had to fly down to LA solo, then return with my business partner who was already in LA. The reservation process was absolutely troublefree, reserving a car at the Burbank hanger was seamless and everything was about as ideal and civilized as you could get. The flight to Burbank was on time and smooth, my car was waiting for me about 100 yards from where we disembarked the plane and I was as thrilled with the process the second time as I was the first. You really can just drive up to the Concord passenger terminal (it's really more like a nice double wide) and be on the plane in about 10 minutes from locking your car's door. On the way back from LA it was just as perfect, returning the car was a breeze and the flight was again on time with personalized service. I wish JetSuiteX flew to more places. I am a HUGE fan. read more

This was the single most wonderful flying experience ever. Everyone.. honestly... You MUST try it!! My Dad had a hangar at Buchanan when I was a kid. We'd ride our bikes around the airport while he built his plane. Anyone who loves aviation like our family does will feel the excitement as soon as you pull into the airfield driveway. The convenience of flying out of Concord was what I was initially most excited about. We live 10 minutes from the airport. My four year old son Oliver had never flown before, and was probably as stoked as I was to climb aboard the plane. From the moment we arrived at the terminal, Oliver and I were treated like rock stars. Every crew member - from the front desk staff to the pilots, flight attendants (Meg!!) and ground crew - made sure we were comfortable. We now consider them friends, and can't wait to see them again soon. I decided to fly to Vegas with JetSuiteX because OAK and SFO equals major headache & anxiety for me, every single time. I wanted to make it as painless as possible, and was beyond thrilled with the experience. We want to say THANK YOU to every single person we met, from Concord to Vegas, Burbank and back. We had a flight cancelled just 3 hours before our flight for "weather" even though most other airlines were still flying, and they couldn't get us another flight for over 24 hours. Shhhh. Secret getaway jet right around the corner!! We left our house at 7am. Rainy, windy, stressing about traffic and worried about missing our 8am departure time. Arrived at Concord airport at 7:25am. Parked for FREE. Checked in, checked our bags, and at 7:30am the 3 of us were rummaging through their no host snack bar wondering if we should have danishes and coffee or pretzels and water or just skip straight to the bin of FREE Reese's cups. We boarded with the 20 or so other passengers and were in the air at 7:50am. Ten minutes early! When we arrived in Burbank, The Hertz Rent A Car rep met us in the 'terminal' and drove us over to the main Burbank terminal to our waiting Gold Car rental. At 9:15am we were standing in our hotel lobby near the airport. It was hard to believe that 2 hours and 15 min earlier we were pulling out of our driveway in the rain and worry. (And I didn't even have time to write about the great service, the smooth flight, the FREE on-board drinks and snacks, or the FREE on-board wi-fi.) I love flying with Jetsuite X. This company really knows how to spoil their clients. First off, you can come right before your plane leaves. No security check points an hassle free check in. Plus they have their own terminals with free parking. They have complimentary refreshments in the waiting area as well as books and magazines. The planes are beautiful and spacious. Once on board you can enjoy complimentary beverages including cocktails, beer and wine. The pilots and flight attendants are always super friendly. I just wanted to say that I was flying out of Burbank to concord today but the weather was so terrible I called to cancel. They charged me $75.00 to cancel then they cancelled the same flight for the same reason and would not give me the 75.00 back. I felt that if the flight wasn't cancelled then that was fine, I would gladly pay the fee but because they cancelled the flight because of the weather (same reason I cancelled) they should give a full refund. read more

Just got back from Vegas. First time on jetsuitex. It was amazing! Free parking at concord airport. Fee checked bags. Lounge with free snacks and drinks. Check in bags and got boarding passes took 2 mins. Boarded the jet and took off for Vegas in 10 mins not more waiting to take off. Tons of leg room. Melissa our flight attendant was great. Free drinks, snacks and wifi onboard. Short 1 hr flight to Vegas. Returning from Vegas you check in at a off site location and take a shuttle directly to the plane. Again check in, boarding passes, free lounge, etc was all great in Vegas. This is the only way to travel to and from Vegas from the east bay. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about JetSuiteX. We discovered this gem on social media and this weekend, we took another flight from Burbank to Concord. The outgoing flight was delayed an hour, but without skipping a beat, the airline offered us a free voucher to compensate. Incredible! Even more incredible is the staff out of Concord. On Sunday, we were in such a rush to get on our 12:30pm flight, and our Uber driver got lost. Actually, i think it's user-error, I entered the wrong address. JetSuiteX called us around 12 noon to inquire whether we were coming. I said yes, absolutely! Around 12:15pm, they called and said, "We are closing the doors at 12:20- are you sure you're coming?" I said yes. Um, around 12:20, I was starting to get stressed, and they TEXTED me asking where we were. Of course, I had no idea, but I was on my way!!! We finally got there at 12:30, right on the dot, and we walked right on the plane, with no dirty looks, no mean glares, no nothing, except friendly, compassionate, understanding people. Wow. I was past the minimum recommended check in time. I called customer service and actually got customer service. She said that the gate team would be notified and that I should still make my flight and was calm, polite and professional on the phone. I arrived and the team greeted me pleasantly and said how they were glad I made it. Plenty of parking at Burbank and Concord airports including valet. The hanger is comfortable (you can sit in the air conditioned room or in the hangar itself. There is a Foosball table and other games to pass the oh 15-30 mins you'll wait. It feels very well run and of course there is the thrill of flying a small, comfortable jet. Prompt. Luggage is off the plane in minutes. The flight attendant was also very friendly and attentive. I flew a couple of times from SJC-BUR and had an excellent experience except for one issue with customer service being unaware of how the parking worked at SJC. I called JetSuiteX and asked if they had complimentary parking at SJC, and they customer service representative told me that they did, however when I drove there for my flight, they only had valet parking at $30/day. As far as the experience, it's worth the extra cost to me to avoid security and large airports, and have a pleasant experience from departure to arrival. Most costs are included, e.g. bags, wifi, food/drinks, etc, which is also convenient. I'll definitely fly again if I'm flying one of their routes, but it looks like they reduced the frequency of flights from SJC-BUR, which makes it harder to find something that fits my schedule. read more

Recently flew from Los Angeles (Burbank airport) to San Jose and cannot recommend this company enough! They take all of the hassle and stress out of flying. I didn't have to get to the airport 2 hours early and there were no TSA checkpoints. It was just simple checkin, get on the plane, take off. All of the employees were so respectful and gracious. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I flew out of Concord and was very excited to have free parking for my 5 day trip (parked right in the front)! I arrived 45 minutes before the flight was set to depart, and found that I had plenty of time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. After checking in (less than a 5 minute process), I was able to wait in the lounge with free wifi, incredibly comfy couches, free water, soft drinks, coffee, snack, candy, etc. Then, boarding was a breeze. The plane was SO CLEAN and the flight attendant was so sweet! Plus, there is free alcohol :) Once we arrived, the staff greeted us right as we got off the plane, and my checked luggage was waiting for me! In Burbank, the staff was again so kind in helping me get an Uber to where I needed to go. At the end of the trip, I was EXCITED to fly back home. Again, the process was quick and painless - Once I landed, I was off the plane and home in 30 minutes. If I had flown in through Oakland, the time to get my luggage and travel home would have been at least an hour more than that. I have been raving about Jet Suite X to everyone - and can't wait to fly with them again!!! read more

Spacious and comfortable cabin. Courteous in-flight service. Baggage pick-up plane-side within minutes of landing. A quick Uber/Lyft ride to the main terminal/rental car center in Burbank. Total trip time from our driveway in Concord to the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim - less than 3 hours. What's not to like??? I am writing to tell you about the exceptional, above and beyond customer and valet service and support I received from JSX this past weekend. I flew out of Oakland to Burbank on Thursday and had my car valeted there as I wasn't returning until Sunday.  On Saturday early afternoon, I received a text from Oakland JSX Valet that I had a flat rear tire and they wanted to let me know.  From that point forward, between the calls to JSX customer service, my insurance company, the Valet, they not only helped me get my car towed before I came back on Sunday, but made sure my car was safely parked somewhere the tow truck could get it, communicated with me throughout the whole process and were so lovely and helpful.  I cannot say enough good things and say enough thank you's to all the people who helped me during this time. You made my last day of vacation a lot less hectic and assured me that my car was going to be okay. My customer support was top notch...everyone I spoke with was so helpful, knew about my situation and were able to give me information as I needed it. Being far away and dealing with this was so easy because of all of them. First time flying this airline. It was a very positive experience. The MAJOR thing for me was that I didn't have to deal with the agony and hell of waiting in security lines that snake throughout airports. This was fabulous. They apparently have state of the art security that uses some device to brush on your bags and that is the security. Easy. What I also love is that it is a small aircraft in the sense that you are not dealing with hundreds of people flying. Instead leaving Oakland to Orange County had maybe 40 on board, maybe a few more and departing OC back to OAK had less. This means you are not waiting in lines and dealing with boarding drama. I walked right up to the airline, boarded and what I also loved is that literally you are not sitting on the runway in a line of planes. Like private aviation, you literally take off. No waiting and rolling your eyes or stress level increasing as your flight is delayed. Once airborne, staff was friendly and accommodating. The attendant going to OC from OAK was particularly sweet and friendly...she knew I had a affinity for those delicious Belgium waffle snacks and offered me extra ones. My fitness trainer is going to get in a few extra sessions coz of those tasty treats. Flight back from OC was extremely easy too. I did notice the waiting away at OC location was crowded and didn't have waters- but net net not a huge deal. I will definitely use this airline again if I am doing some of these short trips for business or pleasure. I also felt very safe which is important these days. read more

I flew JetSuite roundtrip Concord to Burbank recently. What a great experience! Free parking in Concord. Very easy check in, both in Concord and in Burbank. All of the JetSuite people were extremely nice and helpful. Lounge areas at both airports have free coffee, soft drinks and snacks. The seats on the jet are a little narrow, but there is lots of legroom. Free drinks, yes free drinks, on both flights. Also, free WiFi on both flights. The only downside? My Uber driver had a hard time finding the hangar at the Burbank Airport on the way back. I highly recommend flying JetSuite. read more

I finally had the pleasure of flying this airline for a work trip, and everything about the experience was better than I could have imagined. Let me paint the image for you. For folks who live out in the suburbs, picture driving to your plane's hangar (which, for me, is only about 10-15 minutes away), free parking for the duration of your trip, no lengthy security process, and a clean lounge with all the Starbuck's chai tea lattes you can chug as you wait for your plane. When you finally get to board the plane, even the most average of joes among us start to feel a kind of star status with the tarmac walk and stair climb up into the plane. The attendants checking people in even seemed to recognize some of the frequent fliers. Yes, it's exactly like that! The flight from Concord to Burbank was efficient and smooth, with some of the friendliest stewardesses in the industry and obviously skilled pilots. With one side of the aisle being rows of single seats and the other being rows of 2 seats, there is no feeling of claustrophobia. The rules on free parking and other amenities may vary between the different hangars (I was told that the parking at the Burbank hangar was not free). Now there are still a few downsides; for one, pricing is still a little steep at full ticket pricing vs some of the bigger carriers. Also, flight schedules and destinations are still limited. However, when buying tickets for non-peak flights and accounting for time(priceless), gas, parking costs, and baggage fees (none for JetsuiteX), you'll find that total costs are pretty close to what you would spend to fly a bigger airline. Flying JetsuiteX is a huge recommendation, and I can't wait to fly with them again, hopefully to new destinations soon. read more

Truly the only way to fly to Burbank! The staff at the Concord and Burbank hangars are so friendly, professional and accommodating!! Upon arrival they take your bags, ask for your ID and hand you a boarding pass. We had to drive into Oakland to catch a flight as the weather in Concord was terrible. We were boarded on our flight and had a slight delay - another passenger was stuck in traffic trying to get to Oakland - they waited for her! It was fantastic! Can anyone imagine any other airline waiting for a passenger stuck in traffic? Another time we were delayed due to a plane issue. They communicated with everyone what the issue was and how long it would take. It ended up being an all day delay so we all got vouchers for our next flight. But, it's how the employees handled the guests individual needs that stands out most! Many had meetings to attend and needed to book other flights out of Oakland and get to the airport - JetSuiteX took care of everything! They paid for the flights and arranged transportation to Oakland for anyone who had timeline issues. read more

We are frequent flyers, usually heading to the east coast rather than SoCal, so with activities in the LA area we wanted to try this service out of Concord to Burbank. You can see it earned a five-star review, and this was with a significant mechanical delay that changed our trip on the south bound leg a bit. So problem with flight and still top-rated? Yes. The way JetSuiteX handled the issue was most impressive. We were provided clear communications about the issue, how long it would take to resolve or steps to be taken to get us south if not resolved, and the staff at JetSuiteX was clearly focused on customer comfort and a quick, and safe, solution.
