Just under 5 years ago I went to A to B property Management and asked them to take over my duplex…read moremanagement, because I had moved out of the area. Right from the first walk through I knew I made the right discission. I had two vacancies and they advertised the property and got me some very solid tenants. I have been able to be very hands off with the property knowing that A to B would get it handled for me. Over the years I have had several minor repairs as well as a refrigerator replacement. They are professional and follow up in a timely manner. I just recently sold and Diana was a rock star she went above and beyond assisting with anything I needed. She was excellent communicating with the tenants and the realtor. I would recommend them to any one needing property management in the San Jose area. My only issue was why I did not figure this out 15 years sooner.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this application process was handled. Before applying, we…read morespecifically called to make sure we understood the rental requirements because we did not want to waste our time or money applying for a property we would not qualify for. We were told by the woman who answered the phone that one person on the lease could qualify/co-sign for the other applicants. Based on that information, all three of us moved forward with the application, paid the required fees, had our credit checked, and even took the time to visit the property because we were told that was required. We were then denied because all applicants were required to individually meet the qualifications. That is the exact information we were trying to clarify BEFORE applying. Had we been given accurate information from the beginning, we would not have submitted the applications, paid the fees, taken the credit inquiries, or spent our time visiting the property. I understand that properties have qualification requirements, and I have no issue with a company enforcing them. My issue is being given information by an employee that directly influenced our decision to apply, only to later be denied based on a requirement that contradicted what we were told. This entire experience felt misleading and was completely avoidable with clear and accurate communication from the beginning.

Keyrenter Silicon Valley has provided expert property management services for our duplex units…read moreduring the past 9 years. Their team goes above and beyond for landlords and tenants alike. As a landlord I depend on them to manage all aspects of our income properties including monthly rent collections and deposits, annual income statements, maintenance requests and repairs, unit turn-overs, marketing and prospective tenant interactions, leasing processes and annual property inspections. Each of these responsibilities have been consistently executed without fail. The reason for such a great track record? THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! You could not ask for a more attentive team of employees starting with Jay McDonald, the Director of Operations. She is responsive to every inquiry, question or concern. She provides insights and suggestions whenever I need a professional opinion. Her most important characteristic for me is her willingness to listen to any concerns I bring to her attention. She is quick to act on items that need correction or to alert another team member of an outstanding issue. In a nutshell, she has been there for my family every step of the way while we transitioned 9 years ago from a "do it yourself landlord" model into a professionally run business model. Team members Anthony Phung (maintenance supervisor) and Kevin Maguire (maintenance coordinator) handle any issues in a timely fashion so repairs get completed quickly for the tenants without having to bother me as a landlord. When needed, they communicate clearly and provides recommendations on how to proceed with appliance replacements, landscaping or emergency repairs. Kevin works more closely with us and is simply the best and we are grateful that he keeps up the properties so well. Other team members contribute to our hassle free experience by supporting the leasing side of our units. From turnovers to tenant screening to onboarding new tenants this group is simply dialed in. We appreciate the efforts that Eduardo Gonzalez, Irene Llanes, Kelly Almaguer, Travis Chu, Jonathon Moreno all put forth on our behalf. They have been 100% successful in finding quality tenants that are a perfect fit for the properties. Over the past 9 years Keyrenter has assisted us in completely remodeling 6 of the 8 units in our portfolio including extensive landscaping and hardscaping to enhance the appeal and livability of the units. Our success is directly related to the focus and commitment Keyrenter Silicon Valley provides to its clients. Thank you to the entire KSC team for your efforts. I hope that other property owners will look into your services to make their lives as a landlord stress free.

We got confirmation that they ran our credit and our paystub information. A week goes by and we hear nothing, I asked my SO to reach out and he did. The lady Irene told my SO there is a pet policy he needs to sign ( we don't have a pet) and that we are all set after that. Another few days go by and nothing. So I reach out to the number provided during the booking of the showing, no response. So now it has been almost 2 weeks since we submitted our applications and nada. I decided to reach out today and ask again. Below is the text message I received, even after giving my name preemptively, they still asked. Ironically it wasn't denied until I reached out, and they sent me a denial letter for an address I didn't even apply to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS TO ANYONE TRYING TO RENT A PROPERTY, they are literally just after the application fees and won't tell you they won't approve your application until after they deny you and won't refund your fees per their "policy"

Honestly, it's not often you come across someone as dedicated and wonderful as you, and you've truly been an exceptional property manager for our family. From day one, you've gone above and beyond what we ever expected. We've been blown away by your constant availability - it felt like no matter what time we reached out, you were there, ready to help. And when issues did pop up, big or small, your ability to find quick and effective solutions was just incredible. It really made a huge difference to our peace of mind knowing you were always on top of things. Having rented in many places over the years, we've definitely seen it all - the good, the bad, and yes, even the ugly! But I can say without a doubt that you stand out as one of the very best people we've had the pleasure of working with. Your transparent communication, impressive efficiency, and unwavering fairness are qualities that are incredibly rare and so deeply appreciated. If anyone ever gets the chance to rent a property managed by you, we can't recommend you enough - they absolutely will not be disappointed. Our entire family is so tremendously appreciative of all your hard work and the genuine care you've shown us. We genuinely hope to continue being your tenants for a long, long time! Thank you again for everything, Gina. Your dedication to high customer service and your willingness to always go that extra mile truly make you a gem. With tons of gratitude- The Fernandez family

Without a doubt, she is the best property manager I've ever worked with. Gina is intelligent, knowledgeable, highly responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and always professional. What really stands out is her clear dedication--not only to her clients, but also to the properties she manages. It's evident in everything she does that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares. Gina stepped in to manage my property midway through an active lease when my previous property manager could no longer continue. She made what could have been a stressful transition completely seamless. On top of that, she identified and resolved multiple issues that had been overlooked by the previous manager--things I wasn't even aware of. Gina handled every single one of them with care and expertise. It quickly became clear just how well-versed she is in California's complex and constantly evolving rental laws. Her attention to detail and thoroughness are truly unmatched. Throughout our time working together, Gina consistently went above and beyond. Her professionalism and reliability gave me so much peace of mind, and I honestly don't know how I would have managed being a landlord without her support. The only reason we're no longer working with her is that we needed the property back for personal use. But if we ever decide to rent it out again--or manage any other property--Gina will absolutely be our first call. She's outstanding in every way, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
