No physical location - We waited over 45 minutes in 100-degree heat on the street in Rancho Cordova because there's no actual facility for pickup. That alone set a bad tone for the day. 3. No gas provided - We received empty tanks and had to waste time and money driving out to fuel up on a Friday evening. This should be clearly communicated or included in the rental process. In the end, expect to spend at least $250 extra on top of the rental for gas, cleaning fees, and unusable equipment. Skip this place for a better experience..

I rented a jet ski from this company expecting a smooth ride and basic safety precautions--but what I got was anything but that. About halfway through our time on the water, the jet ski completely broke down. No power, no response--just floating dead in the middle of the lake. There were no emergency instructions, no radio or whistle, and no number to call that worked reliably. We were stranded, drifting, with boats passing by far in the distance. We spent nearly 30mins frantically waving, shouting, and trying to signal for help, hoping someone would notice us before things got worse. The feeling of being completely vulnerable out in open water--without any support from the rental company--was terrifying. Eventually, another boater noticed us and towed us to shore. The rental company didn't send anyone. They didn't even answer the phone. To make matters worse, when we finally got back and reported the breakdown, the response was indifferent at best. No apology, no refund, and no acknowledgment of how serious the situation could have been. This wasn't just an inconvenience--it was a major safety issue. Gear failure happens, but lack of support, safety measures, or even basic accountability is unacceptable. If you value your safety and peace of mind, look elsewhere for your rental. Don't trust your life with Steven!

The display panel did not work at all and we did run out of gas and got stranded. We did notify the owner right away about this, and he advised he was aware and simply forgot to tell us. Um, ok thanks... We were charged over $600 of our security deposit due to a few scratches, what I would consider to be normal wear and tear of something used for a week, on a lake, in the elements. There were many existing scratches, so clearly he's not actually doing any of the repairs he's charging for. Getting in and out of the rental/storage facility is extremely extremely difficult. You should be a very experienced tower in order to be successful.
