BEST CLUCKIN' CHICKEN! Juan Pollo is the SoCal OG in the Mexican Chicken Business. It's so dang good, it even blows away big chains like El Pollo Loco and all the knock offs scattered across the IE. I got the Mini Pak which comes with a full bird and three hearty sides. I chose two pinto bean cups and a side salad. The chicken was so juicy and came right off the bone. The tortillas also were tasty and sturdy. Overall, this was the best decision I made this week and will definitely be returning! There's a lot of space to sit in here and it's close to the 10 freeway if you're looking for a tasty dinner. The guy upfront was professional and answered all of my questions! There's a restroom with a code pad. Also, this Juan Pollo is close to a motel, gas station and other amenities. Therefore, if you're traveling I recommend stopping by! read more

'" Breast Of Chicken And Wing Meal " I went to the Juan Pollo restaurant in Beaumont, CA to purchase a Brest of Chicken and Wing Meal, for me and my wife. When I entered the restaurant it was a nice, clean, and very Big place to eat. However, nobody was eating in the restaurant when I was there. 3 people were ordering to go meals like I was at the time I was there. My chicken breast and wing meal was cooked well but had very little taste to it. My wife's chicken meal was super dry and some of the parts of it were very hard. I will probably go back however to order some other food items they have that looked good. We will see how the new items taste ! read more

They are one to get greedy with inflation and all thats happening, I will never buy anything from them anymore as they are ridiculous with hiking up their prices! A mini pack which is one chicken is like $30 now...large agua Fresca was $2.98 now today they charged me $3.50!!! NO LEMONS. Received an annoying response from one of the associates "Have a good Day" after turning her back on me and walking away, NOT being provided another bag of lemons after ordering two chicken bowls and only received 3 slices which is what I was told is a whole lemon "Go Figure" also, asked to pay an extra $2.00 (more than they charge in the grocery store). I have always requested the same order for two bags of lemon without charge and this here is why i'm posting. First Chipotle and now we're having another situation where the customer isn't always right. If the price of lemons is to be charged, this needs to be on the menu selection. I bought the mini pak special tonight. I asked to please get my two included drinks in bottles. They had bottled coke and Jarritos and orange soda. I was told no. They would not substitute anything, no drinks ... nothing. I even said what if I get only 1 drink... can it be in a bottle. They said NO. They were so rude and acted as if I asked for something that was a big deal or a problem. I said forget it just give me one fountain drink. I don't need the other one that is included in my meal. I had a long drive with my food in a truck that was full and the drink holders do not hold drinks very well in my truck, but they didn't care that I had to hold that drink the whole way hone so it wouldn't spill. Then when I got hone, I saw that they did not give me any utensils. I was even there at that location exactly one week ago and even tipped them. I can't believe they would not accommodate me. I am so disappointed, I don't know why I would ever go back there. read more

My daughter ordered catering for my grandsons birthday and the potato salad was not fresh. I made meal preps and within two days it was sour. I've never had this experience before. I've ordered catering from the one in upland and took the rest to work on Monday and it latest much longer. When you pay for catering the food should be fresh in my opinion. read more

I recently bought a couple chubby Juan Pollo chickens and some beans and tortillas! I knew they had good chicken but I had forgotten how great it is! The beans are amazing. And the crispy delicious skin on the chicken is mouth watering! I like how they do the tortillas now because it's slightly different than when I went before they don't dry out on me anymore. I can have my chicken meal and make chicken club sandwiches and chicken salad sandwiches and chicken soup and chicken ALA king and make chicken tacos and make chicken burritos and chicken enchiladas and make chicken lasagna! I will be returning at least twice a month for my chickens. I'm so glad I realized how safe it is to eat there I wish I had realized this a year ago but it is a great treat now. Knowing that they are covid safe we also now know that they are following Health guidelines to the t and will always be a safe place to eat. Recently I've struggled to find restaurants that are safe to go to during the Covid outbreak because so many restaurants are allowing people to go without masks even though we know even vaccinated people can have this disease and pass it on to children who have not gotten vaccinated yet. I refuse to help kill children by spreading this virus. I decided to give this place a chance because I was running out of options. I was pleasantly surprised to see a staff full of probably masked and gloved employees in a perfectly clean and disinfectant store. I swear I could not love the store more! read more

After having gone to locations in La Mirada, Calimesa before it changed or closed down and East Los Angeles, I thought this one was by far the better one. And I actually like it more than The Crazy Pollo - just that the chicken tastes different. And as far as combo/sides dishes, you get bigger side portions vs almost all other chicken combos at all fast food chicken restaurants. Plus tortillas & salsa? I was too full to finish sides, torti's & salsa. This Beaumont restaurant has good prices too, more food for your buck. read more

Stopped by here for dinner on 8-30-20 on a Sunday evening. They are not allowing dining inside, just take out only during the Covid19 pandemic but the employees do wear masks. Have driven by here many times but never stopped to eat here. Similar to El Pollo Loco but in my opinion much better. The chicken is citrus marinated and then grilled. The skin is the perfect lip smacking crispness and the chicken is juicy. Glad we finally stopped in. Will definitely be back! The only thing that I wish is that they would have more sides besides, beans, rice, potato salad or a green side salad. read more

This place was just a pit stop for us on the way from California to Arizona and I wish we skipped it tbh. I had the chicken tacos and my spouse had the chicken burrito. Both were dry as could be and I think we use 7 or 8 salsas just to give it some kind of flavor and moisture just to be able to eat it. I took out most of the chick and just ate the tortilla, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
