Everything I've tried here is tasty, but my favorite items are the breakfast burritos, steak sandwich, chicken tenders, burgers, omelettes, and salads. The fries and onion rings are good too. Tom's prices are fair for the quality and portion of food. Besides the food, what makes Tom's a winning restaurant are the people, especially Angelica, who's very friendly, helpful, understanding, and customer-oriented. The entire staff is great, though. They always get your order right, check up on you, and make sure you have the necessary condiments for your meal.

The restaurant itself is pretty cute and cozy inside, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. When I first called to place my order, the woman I spoke with seemed like she was in a huge rush and didn't sound very welcoming. Once she realized I was placing an order for over $100 worth of food, though, her tone completely changed--which I definitely noticed. Would I go back? Honestly, I'm not sure. It wasn't terrible, but it also didn't leave me thinking, "I have to come back here!" There are definitely some things they could improve, especially the food seasoning, sauce, and customer service.

Oh my gosh, I have to tell you about the chicken here--it's absolutely scrumptious! Honestly, I usually skip the skin when I eat chicken, but I just can't help myself at this place; it's too good to resist! Each bite is packed with flavor, and you can tell it's made with care. And let me just say, the atmosphere here is fantastic! It's such a cool spot to hang out. The staff really makes the experience even better; they are incredibly friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do.
