I ordered the Pollo Saltado with an extra portion of rice and a Chicha Morada. The beverage was very refreshing. The meal came out quickly. The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish.
