The food here is GREAT!!! They have awesome chicken tacos. My husband and I usually go here for their special that comes with 2 tacos and rice and bean then get an extra order of 2 taco by themselves. I reccomend eating them in the resturant because once you get home with them they are are soggy sometimes. I would definately give them 5 starts but the only thing I do not like is that they are pretty unprofessional. I think it's because it is family run. When you call to make an order for pick up they can put you on hold forever and make you think they forgot about you. After you give them your order they do not tell you how long it's going to be. They just ask "when will you be here?" Very unprofessional. When you go in to the store they give you horrible looks and sometimes have an attitude. You never get a smiile from anyone! Chicken is good but reminds me a lot of el pollo loco with just a little bit more sauce. The breast meat is a little too dry. The flavors are good but nothing special. The rice has bits of chicken and the beans are nothing special. The potato salad is a little too sour for me. Service is unfriendly, just order and go, no smile nor any greetings. This location basically don't care about customers. I asked the cashier/food server why they weren't wearing a mask! Her response was "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT COME BACK" And of course I'm not coming back!! But first it's not a nice way to answer and I was not rude at all. It was a question. Met the Owner or mgr (didn't ask) of this location and loved her! She told me all about this Juan Pollo and was thrilled to try this food for the first time.
