Worst customer service ever and workers rly gonna be sneaky racist with me??? The website clearly states that combos come with a pepper and tortilla chips. I've been going to this Senor Baja for 2 years now and have never had to ask for this. It just comes with the meal as advertised. I went today, purchased three orders of ceviche and one combo. They had everything wrapped up, so when I got home I opened the bags--no pepper, no chips. The ceviche barely had any shrimp, mostly onions and tomato chunks with tiny bits diced in. Called to complain, and they said I should've asked for the pepper, plus their chain doesn't do chips. Why's this spot different from every other one all of a sudden? And why did I always get it before? Girl on the phone was said no refunds. Had to come back in, push till the manager fixed it--she couldn't even explain why they lied earlier. And then she had the audacity to only give me a partial refund ($25 out of $30). I asked why and she said bc one of the ceviche looks slightly eaten and I said we didn't eat anything, just opened it and she just shrugged. Im not one to make a scene but that was mad annoying so I just took my partial refund and left bc she wasn't trying to accommodate me at all. As I was leaving the manager called me "Chinito" to her coworkers as if I don't know that's a derogatory word towards me as I am Asian. Fuck this place lol

DO NOT EAT HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD A DIFFERENT AMOUNT THEN WHAT IT SAYS ON YOUR RECEIPT AND NO THEY DO NOT CHARGE TO USE YOUR CARD! I even asked before my purchase the lady said no. There aren't any signs that say they do!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD EXTRA 1.07 when asked why they acted like they did understand what i was saying! Im so disappointed because i use to love this places fish tacos, but now they have gotten so small for the price!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.....and im REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Horrible service and food tastes bland. I will not be returning to this location. Please save your hard working money for another franchise or other restaurant. The one in Rancho Cucamonga is way better food and service . They will get your order wrong here and basically tell you to be quiet because they can't multitask. They need to better train their staff or hire better customer service employees. read more

We always come by Senor Baja for fried fish tacos and fried shrimp tacos whenever we're in SoCal! We typically do drive through so I'm not sure how ambiance is inside but the service at the window is always super quick and efficient. The fried fish/shrimp tacos are super filling and super flavorful! They'll also include yellow peppers on the side if you ask. This place isn't fancy by any means but pricing is reasonable and the food absolutely hits the spot! read more

I've been to a couple of the other locations, but this is the first location I actually used the drive through. Definitely can cause some blockage, but timing wasn't too bad. Really really appreciate the fact that the food is consistently good at each location. Found my new taco spot for near work! read more

A few days ago was my first time back to Senor Baja in Upland since COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020. My go-to food item here is the Grilled Shrimp Burrito. It was really good, but I didn't get any shrimp until the last one third remaining of the burrito. I was like, where's my shrimp?... did I get ripped off? LOL. I finally hit some shrimp in my last few bites. Suggestion to Senor Baja, please spread the shrimps across the burrito and not place them all in one corner of the burrito LOL. I'm knocking off 1 star for poor placement of the main goods. Wow... prices have gone up that's for sure... it's now a $9.99 burrito + taxes + credit card service fee... totaling $11.22. It costs as much as an entrée at a sit down restaurant. Also, they didn't used to charge a credit card service fee until now. I was slightly disappointed that the cashier didn't pre-warn me on the service charge otherwise I would have paid cash for my burrito. Another reason for knocking off 1 star for lack of notification. One thing I don't care about this location is how the drive-thru is set up. It is not the best layout. Barely 3 cars can fit in the drive-thru lane at one time without blocking other cars from getting through the parking lot. And they share the drive-thru with another restaurant which makes exiting very challenging. I had to make a U-turn to get out of there. Very poor design IMHO. Anyway, give Senior Baja a try when you're in the Upland area. Despite of higher prices and bad drive-thru layout, their foods are very good. Happy Senor Baja'ing! read more

One star only because I had to leave one. By far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. I've posted before. Their menu prices never match the charge at the window. It's always more. When asked the dumb asses never have a reason. It's a deer in the headlight look. They just say I don't know. Tonight the drive through open sign lit up, but nobody answered at the drive through until I was pulling away. Seems like a bunch of new generation workers. I will definitely NEVER BE BACK. read more

I have been going to this spot for years, and most of the time I order my favorite item, the fried shrimp burrito and usually it's good but not today. Today, it was by far the worst shrimp burrito I've ever had. It was like they used old ingredients, the rice was hard and crusty, and the shrimp breading was soaked with oil and looked like it had been fried more than once, the shrimp themselves were chewy and it was overall disgusting. My pet peeve is old food and needless to say this is my last visit, I have a stomach ache as I write this review. read more

How are the stars on this establishment so low? I absolutely used to love their fish tacos (now vegan) and my family can't seem to get enough of them on Taco Tuesday currently! My son is a very picky eater and yet requests their fish tacos and potato tacos a few times a month. They also have a drive thru which has been very helpful during the pandemic. On Tuesdays the fish tacos are $1.99 and on Thursdays the potato tacos are $1.99! You just can't beat that price for the quality! read more

Our server did not check on us we had to pile up our plates to the side on the table next to us and within moments of eating we had to run to the restroom The lady in the stall next to me ran in with explosive diarrhea too. I mean I suppose if I had drank any alcohol which I don't that price of $35.99 would be reasonable I think I was more offended that the manager argued with me and said that that wasn't there's when the logo in the writing and everything is the same and I got this photo directly from there Google page he could've offered even five dollars to make it right would've been sufficient won't be going back. I cannot express my displeasure for this place! I went to the senior baja's on foothill blvd for lunch today, got a shrimp burrito(not the meal!) for 7.99 and fish and chips(3.99) for my son. grilled shrimp taco(2.49) and grilled mahi mahi burrito(6.99). we got them in the drive through, so i didnt see what i actually got for my money. BIG MISTAKE!! Upon getting home and opening our packages, i discoverd that "fish and chips" actually means two very greasy fish sticks and a handful of tortilla chips, and "grilled shrimp burrito" actually contained mostly rice and sauce, shrimp were fried, not grilled. The mahi mahi tasted like fish that had started to go bad, and the shrimp taco was tiny, had almost nothing in it, and what was in it tasted awful according to my 12 year old son, who will eat just about anything! Quite frankly, I'm a little concerned about food poisoning at this point! I will never vist this "restaurant" again, and i would advise anyone who is considering going there to rethink it! Don't waste your money, go to Del Taco, it's light years ahead of this place. read more

I like their fish taco. They always get busy during lunch hour, especially on fish taco promo day(Wednesday). I don't like to eat there because of the crowded space. The food taste better without the crowd. Their condiment is fresh most of the time. Occasionally, when they get too busy, the condiments were not replenished. Overall it is a good place to grab something quick without too much grease. read more

I like this place the food is very good and its a nice little small place which I also like!! Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because I thought it was a little expensive for what it was I got 2 tacos beans and rice and drink and it was over 9 bucks! read more
