Happy to see a Mexican restaurant in the area. However, food temperatures need to be improved ASAP by management here. We had a bowl of Menudo and it was warm vs hot. Borderline food temp issue that can get someone ill. (I had the tummies after eating this.) Overall, the food is good and their Birria is amazing! Hence the 5 star rating. We ordered with Uber Eats and it was awful. My husband's street tacos were stuck to the paper and only had one tortilla so they ripped. My tacos were flavorless. My daughter hated her bean burrito. It had a huge glob of Monterey Jack that was not melted but more like pizza cheese when it gets cold. My other daughter said her tacos were gross. The worst part is NO SALSA!! However I've ordered out several times now, and the staff members unfortunately have never been very friendly. I am sorry to say that after ordering the Super Nachos with grilled chicken it was not satisfactory. I ordered it to go via Door Dash today and when it arrived, it looked scrumptious. However, once I started digging in to eat it, I noticed that there was very little chicken. So much so, that I thought I would count the number of chicken on the plate because there was so few of it. I found only 6 pieces of very small pieces of chicken in the entire plate. I couldn't believe it! It was slabbered with an immense amount of beans and sour cream. Therefore, it was deceiving to the eyes. If I had known that this was more of a "BEAN" nachos plate, I would not have ordered it. I paid $16.99 for a BEAN Nachos plate. Not good! I am VERY, VERY disappointed with it. I would appreciate it if Juancho's can be more giving with their food and not deceive us with what they have on the menu. I feel cheated. I hope that when the Juancho's team reads this review, that they will think twice before preparing their nachos to other customers. I am sure they are also cheating on the other choices of meats they offer and are also very tight with the amount of meat they are serving. Seen this place opened up a few weeks back and since I live up the street I've been waiting to give it a shot. Today I ordered an asada burrito. I arrived, the cashier repeated my order and handed me the bag. I arrive home to open it up and it's the wrong burrito. I call let the cashier know the issue so I drive back and tell the same cashier the issue, She has the burrito whipped up the and hands it over. Assuring me it is the right one this time. I couldn't wait. Got to my car peeled back the foil and dug into this bad boy. As much as I wanted to leave a negative review for them messing my order up, having me drive back and not offering any type of compensation I simply cannot. This Asada is bussin!
