He did not ask what service was performed by this dog. He appears to be ignorant of actual ADA rules. Service animals are a great option for those of us that may otherwise have difficulties traveling. This dog has saved me many times. Service animals are defined by ADA as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
