My favorite place to get the best and flavorful and hot delicious tender chicken my favorite person is the guy who Handel all stuff I am sorry ibam forgetting his name I use to be pride myself with remembering the names but old age and illnesses that has deteriorating memory .always getting me thing in my ordered without asking that is the most incredible service aspect this gentleman is always there without him this place would not be the same Juan pollo. Salsa is great good portion i get Serrano and lemon with hot chicken that is miraj I feel that they give you good value for what they charge I never feel disappointed. Staff is incredibly rude, all young careless men that don't care about customer service. I returned my food after the cashier had attitude when I had some basic questions about their pricing. I felt overcharged and instead of accepting that I returned it. Felt great, they don't deserve my business tbh. Idc how good the food is, if you have a poor attitude and don't care about the customer. We pay your bills so it's the restaurants loss. Not mine. I always drove past this spot and decided to try it out. The chicken is not salt and pretty moist! The hot sauce is spicy enough where there is a kick, but not too spicy. The service was super fast and you can see the rotisserie chicken spinners too. There's 2 small tables inside. I would come back. read more

Came here by accident... the chicken, rice and potato salad was amazing. Both salad were delicious. The red one is spicy. Party pack is amazing for events. I live nearby and have driven by so many times but just found out about this place. I can't believe this hole in the wall chicken shop makes such juicy and tender fall off the bone chicken. I have been here twice already. Both times consistent. The first time I got their mini meal which comes with a whole chicken, choice of flour or corn tortilla. A pico de gallo and a very spicy salsa. And a medium side of rice, beans and potato salad. I wasnt really into the rice or beans. They were decent but not my cup of tea but their potato salad was so delicious. It kind of tasted like Korean style potato salad that you get as a side in a Korean restaurant. The second time I ordered a whole chicken and a large potato salad. The people working their are very nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back~ read more

I always pass by this place and thought today I would give it a try. I am really happy I did! The chicken here is juicy, tender, and has good taste. I know you guys are going to say it's the same but it's really not. The combos here come with 3 sides rice, beans and potatoes salad + tortillas, pico and red salsa + drink. wow. came here not knowing they had lunch specials & because of that i was hooked.. never been here before & so really wanted to just try what all the hype was about... this place definitely did not disappoint! was greeted so kindly by the gentleman at the cash register which already made the experience pleasant.. he was patient in answering my questions & had such a kind demeanor. the chicken is exceptional.. love the way it's marinated.. love the freshness of the rice and potato salad.. how spicy the salsa is... just loved it most especially because my toddler was a fan as well. we will return for sure! read more

The beans are just like how my grandma makes them, and that succulent bird was everything! THE BEST CHICKEN MEAL I've had in a very long time! PRICE: 10/10 We decided on the mini pack that was 18.99. I originally wanted to get 2 diner deals at 9.99 each that came with 2 small sides and half chicken but there was Easley no reason to do that when you have the mini pack. The mini pack comes with 1 set of hot tortillas, 1 pinto beans, 1 potato salad, and 1 sm rice and salsa. With tax 22.00 and you just cannot beat that. 100% worth the price. They even gave us plastic plates and forks :) SERVICE: 10/10 The workers in here work hard, and they're all so nice and very welcoming. The chicken here is straight gas! Super moist chicken and very flavorful. Beans, rice and potato salad were also very good not dry and had a lot of flavor not like pollo loco. Seasoning is very good on the chicken and I really like their beans. I know the more popular spot is JuanPollo, but I do prefer this restaurant. Juan knows how to do chicken right. I haven't had this ever in my life before but recently got it and loved the flavor of their rotisserie chicken. The menu is simple with different options on sizes and wholes chicken meals as well to feed a hungry family or some starving co-workers. We got one of their family meals that come with three chickens, potato salad, rice, beans, and a choice of flour or corn tortilla. The place is small with no seating at the moment, most likely due to covid so everything is for pick up and take away. The meal is super large and honestly, their potato salad is surprisingly delicious. The chicken is hands down one of the best and I would say if you haven't tried this place out you should!
