Andrea is absolutely amazing! I spent one week going to over 100 jewelers in and around the Chicagoland area, trying to find someone who could make a custom design that I had in mind for an engagement ring, and only Andrea was able to come up with the exact design, provide me with a ton of incredible stone choices, educated me along the way, and had the ring done a whole month before its deadline. She was so incredible sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. After my then fiancé said yes, we had one day in Chicago before leaving town for almost a year before the wedding and she pushed to get the ring resized the SAME DAY! We then came back to her for custom wedding bands that we designed for both my wife and myself, both of which came out fantastic. Two totally unique looks that took our breath away. Well, after 6 months my wedding band did not fit my arthritic finger and I had since moved to Dallas. She sent me her ring sizers all the way there. I sized it, and sent both the sizers and the ring back to her, and a few days later, I have the perfect ring again! (You could never tell that the ring had been enlarged!) I cannot believe that customer service like this still exists in the world. Not only did she complete the wedding rings for me, but an engagement ring and earrings for my brother as well, who also got married the same year. I will absolutely come back to Andrea and Judith Ansteth for anything and everything we may need from now on! IF you decide to shop the big box stores like Tiffany's, beware.
