Had a East West smoothie and it was delicious. There were so many other amazing choices. I can't wait to try some of the other options. The only downside if there is one ,I'd say a few members of the staff atleast the customer facing members just weren't into it I guess. very very disappointed. I got a smoothie bowl and they don't even make the açaí fresh. It was frozen and they just pour a bunch of dry ass granola and fruit on top. So all u have a dry granola, fruit and a rock hard smoothie underneath. Plus my friend got a smoothie and it literally tasted like a melted watered down smoothie. Horrible. read more

1 Star for environmental/sustainability. While Juice Crafters has really great juices and other items. They do no support zero waste life style. I have tried several times to bring my own container, to avoid the catastrophic damage that SINGLE USE PLASTIC causes. They do not allow you to bring your own container, as they will first measure in plastic. I have never had an issue bringing reusable containers anywhere else. As health conscious as they may be it's very disappointing to see that no accommodations were even tried to be made regarding this issue. read more

I'd give it 5 starts, but the prices on some of the items just outrages. $8 for a watermelon juice!!! Same juice at Trader Joe's for less then $3 for the same size. But açaí bowls are delicious and always well prepared. I'll come back for those for sure. I love Juice Crafters! Every had those days when you're feeling down and need a pick me up but you know you really don't want coffee????? I know what you want!!! You'd want an Acai Power Smoothie from Juice Crafters. Trust me, it's good! I was so excited this one opened close to my house. As luck would have it, I ended up craving something "juicy" and so I went on my beloved YELP and found this. The smoothie is so filling it can actually replace a meal. I've gone here a few times in the morning when I'm short on time and didn't get to eat breakfast at home. Truly a life saver. The staff is pretty good. Every single time I came to this location the staff has been nothing but fast friendly and efficient. Surely brightens your day! This place had the WEIRDEST ENERGY!! Al the workers literally look like they want to kill themselves, you can't hear a word they say because they whisper when they talk! 5 workers and not single one smiled or spoke to each other or even looked up as they slowly and painlessly did their jobs. Juice crafters is delicious. Great employees and menu items. The only downside to this place is that it is extremely overpriced and they don't put the prices of the bowls or smoothies on the menu so it's kind of a game of surprise when they tell you the total. I had an acai power bowl which was great but cost me a whopping $13. Also, the wait time is pretty hefty. It seems like the employees just work verryyyy slowly here. I would prefer banzai bowls or juju bar if you're looking for a great bowl with a quality price, but that's just me. Great food though! read more

I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, but it's been dropping lower on my list of smoothie/juice places. My biggest annoyance is that this Juice Crafters location has stopped honoring their punchcard reward system... For the last few months they've said something to the extent of "our hole puncher is missing/ordering a new one/etc." and now they just flat out don't do it at all- even though every other juice crafters location does. So I am a regular here and I get my weekend acai bowl which is usually to die for. I add kale,almond butter, dates and goji berries as extra ingredients. My total is about $13. But this time the woman making it cheaped me out. I got half a spoonful of goji and maybe a little less than half of smoothie in my bowl. Which is different than my usual. They have a sign that says if I'm unhappy they will redo it. I never return but this time I felt like my money went to waste. I told her and she totally shut me down. I might come back but after this experience it makes me less likely to. read more

Best smoothies! The crunchy monkey smoothie is very good. I would also recommend the green 3.5 juice with strawberry and pineapple added to make it sweet is really good and refreshing. It's very convenient because it's near nail salons and there is a lot of street Parking. read more

First juice bar I've ever been too and wow was I surprised! I overheard that it's also a kosher locations which for the area is a huge plus. They have so many healthy and tasty options. I've tried a little bit of everything. I recommend almost anything under meal replacements, a lily with added cinnamon is my favorite. I hate my friend for showing me this place, as now I am addicted. This juice bar serves the best smoothies I've ever had and some wildly-addicting açaí bowls as well! Everything is fresh, tastes great, and fairly inexpensive. However, there are a couple downsides to this place. Firstly, it is very small, so there are few seats. Therefore, it feels claustrophobic when there are too many people inside. Secondly, there is only street parking, and the meters get snatched up QUICKLY! Finally, when it is busy, there is a loooooong wait, but at least they work hard to accommodate. Oh, and whatever you do, do NOT get the Brazillian Super Blend açaí bowl, unless you want to become absolutely addicted to this place. I'm a frequent customer to other locations, today was my first time at this Beverly Hills location. I always get the silver cup, easy on the dates. It's usually vibrant green, you can taste the kale and has a pretty nice and thick consistency like a smoothie. The one I got today here was watery and more yellow than any other color and tasted only of bananas. I asked someone to add more kale (the picture is after more kale was added) but it's still the same and doesn't taste like anything but bananas. I'm definitely not coming back. :( read more

So I was randomly driving by this place on my way to an appointment and decided to stop by because juice sounded good. The employees didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the door. No greeting or asking if I had questions or anything. Not one word during my whole transaction. They seemed annoyed at me. Maybe they don't like people who bathe regularly. Who knows. A customer walked in after me and they immediately assisted her after I had been standing there a minute. After I finally paid, the employee didn't even give me a receipt or thank me or anything. He just immediately ignored me again. Now I understand that these guys are just your typical farm to table, quinoa loving, Whole Foods shopping hipsters...but at least they could have said one word to me as I'm buying their overpriced juices that aren't even that good. Juice Crafters has some inventive juices with seeds, roots, etc, but what I like is how they allow you to customize your own. I chose kale, parsley, spinach, beets and carrots...and was quite satisfied (not only with the fresh and healthy taste, but also with the price point). This is an absolutely great juice bar! They have everything from meal replacement smoothies, to tropical smoothies, to both fresh and cold-press juices. I've tried a lot of the smoothies, and my favorite are the Lily and the Venice Cove. The staff is knowledgable, and explained the difference between fresh on-the-spot juices and cold-press juices to me (cold press has more vitamins and minerals because the machine that makes it doesn't produce heat). If you can't find something you like on the menu, designing your own custom smoothies or custom juices are an option as well. They offer açai bowls, which are very delicious (my favorite is their açai protein bowl). Great atmosphere, great smoothies, great juices, and all around great place to visit! read more

I ordered today a meal replacement shake called pacific love, and I received a chunky shake, it's as if they don't blend it long enough, or I dunno lacking some sort of skill.. all I know is that the shakes have no flavor, are chunky, and just plain amateur. Juice Crafters is the pinnacle of the nutritious, healthy smoothie. All of their ingredients are vegetarian and they still manage to offer a killer-tasty protein. All of the bougiest ingredients make them both tasty and good for your body. Not quite the right smoothie if you're a body builder, but definitely does the job if your a health-nut into clean ingredients. You *will* pay a premium price for these premium drinks. Mediocre to say the least. I was not happy with my kale acai bowl, especially since I paid about $10 for it. The consistency was runny and the kale hadn't been blended properly in the bowl- chunks of kale made the acai rough on the palette. I noticed the acai came from a container and was scooped into the blender, then fruit and kale were added. This must be why the bowl was runny as the acai isn't the type that comes in the frozen packets, which I believe is the raw, unsweetened type (which I prefer). The bowl was topped with pineapple, coconut shavings, and banana- none of which was organic. Overall I probably won't be back here. read more

I really wanted an acai bowl so we walked into this place to get one. The menu on the board is a complete mess so it's really hard to understand what's going on, they also don't have prices up. I wonder why...if I knew that was the price I would have walked straight out. I got the berry blast bowl and asked to add almond butter as a topping. They charge $1.50 for a small dollop of almond butter which is crazy!!!! So all together my acai bowl came to $11.50 It was nice to find out we had arrived just in time for happy hour, but nope, they only give you 10% off juices and smoothies. I think that's cheap and not nice (and the 10th free drink you get with a punch card is limited to the smallest size too) Since I was the only one in there I didn't think it would take that long to prepare, I sat outside waiting for about 7 minutes and when I went back in to check if it's ready o saw the girl was only then filling up the blender with fruit...what the hell was she doing all that time? I dunno..stood there waiting for another 7 minutes, just watching her, but she was too busy discussing a very important topic with her co-worker...! The acai bowl itself was extremely sweet, I think they use the cheap sweetened acai purée, or at least it tasted like it..my throat is still sore and I finished eating almost 2 hours ago... The granola tasted over sweetens too. If you charge outrageous prices - the least you can do is use quality ingredients! I will not be back that's for sure. read more
