Pink berry's new portion is an inch below the cup. Unreal

I've been coming to pink berry since it opened many years ago. Been customer through the various owners. I was in shock that when I went to pay the options to tip were 15 %, 20% and 25 % OR customize ... The serving was so little it didn't even hit the rim of the cup.

I always love this pink berry. Plenty of street parking. It's always super clean and staff is amazing!

Pinkberry is a small frozen yogurt shop on South Beverly Drive that happens to be among my list of favorites for a cool yummy treat. My little nieces love all the yogurt flavors and ALL the variety of toppings from fruits, nuts, chocolates, crunchy to gooey bits. There's something for the health nut to the sweet tooth person craving sweets. I've been a fan of this shop for years and while this is not my first review for the frozen yogurt, it is my first review giving tribute to the service by the very helpful, friendly staff and owner. About 2 weeks ago, while walking through the neighborhood during the COVID pandemic, many shops were closed, but Pinkberry was open to my delight. I popped inside and ordered my usual, smallest cup=child size cup with toppings. The shop was clean, neat, the server had a mask and gloves, was very cordial, helpful, nice to me and Fendi. I expressed how much I love this shop, the yogurt and the nice staff members...he revealed he was the owner since last year and was glad to learn about my frequent visits and positive review. I suggested he should add more sugar free, dairy free frozen yogurts and he agreed and noted my suggestion. This kind owner, Dmarus is among the bob(black owned businesses) in the area that I was recently made aware of. And since Yelp is promoting and asking Yelpers to participate and support businesses particularly to support equality and social injustice, I wanted to post my positive experiences from this shop and the excellent treats and service. Will continue to support Pinkberry, definitely RECOMMEND!

I am so annoyed with this place. I ordered on Postmates, and I am buying a take home 25 ounce . They are charging $16.80 on Postmates. In the store it is $14.00 .... Typically they give you a few sides for free in the store. On the postmates app it is trying to charge me $4.75 each topping. This is ridiculous if I paid that I would pay $31. So I called the store and asked him if he can give me a few toppings. The guy said NO, and that the toppings are only $1.25 each. I told him that online I am only seeing $4.75 a topping and how can I get a few before the driver arrives. He refused to help even if there app is messed up. So I just paid $25 for yogurt with no toppings. I am sorry but this is very rude. This place has always had the worst workers and management. Seeing that I couldn't pay for it on the app they could of helped me out with a solution.

Pinkberry in Beverly Hills. I paid almost $60 for four take home orders. I got home and opened the containers and they are barely half full.

reindeer poop saves the day (if you read my review it'll make sense)

Warning: This review contains reindeer poop. One word. GROSS. The yogurt was fine. Taste like any other pink berry. What was gross? THE EMPLOYEE SPRAYING SANITIZER ON THE TOPPINGS. I REPEAT. SPRAYING SANITIZER ON THE TOPPINGS. I was shocked at the laziness of the employee. All they had to do was take out the topping containers and spray down the counter top but no. They tried to "spray" the counter space between the topping containers. I understand y'all don't wanna spread corona but please leave the toppings alone. Why you gotta do the toppings like that. I can go into more details about other things but I'm just gonna stop right here. Sadly, I left with no toppings. But I need crunch in my yogurt so I took my ass to 7-11, found this package labeled "reindeer poop" and it was the best decision ever. Highly recommend reindeer poop before it's gone. Pinkberry, get your reindeer sh!t together.

This is what $6 worth of toppings looks like. That's on top of the froyo price. I can not get over how stingy this location is.

Our family came by in a Memorial Day evening. We were immediately welcomed and my kids offered a generous number of samples before they even had the chance to ask for them. We ended up getting a two scoop waffle bowl ($12) and three scoop cup ($11). All flavors were excellent. The shop's specialty, the chocolate pistachio, was a rich creamy standout, as was the triple chocolate which was the belly rich and fuller with a level of chocolate you can only get by going beyond double. The interior is clean and bright, and service endlessly affable. I wish I had more room to try the affogato options, but alas as I had to fill the gap between my children's eyes and stomach, so this will have to wait for next time. Prices, above, were elevated but not unreasonable for the quality and certainly on par with the local neighborhood. A perfect stop to the your night in Beverly, look no further than Bacio Di Latte! First off, the place definitely lives up to the hype you see all over social media. It has that busy, happening energy where people are coming in and out, taking photos, and genuinely excited to be there. It feels like one of those spots that people specifically go out of their way to visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were patient, helpful with explaining options, and had great attitudes even though it was clearly a busy time. That kind of service always makes a big difference and definitely added to the experience. The food itself was excellent. The yogurt was rich, creamy, and tasted high quality. You can tell they are not cutting corners with the base product. The toppings selection is great and everything looks really appealing when it is put together. It is one of those places where the presentation is just as good as the taste. That said, it is definitely on the expensive side for what it is. You kind of expect it given the location and the branding, but it is something to be aware of. It feels more like a treat spot than somewhere you would go all the time. The only real downside for me was the fruit. It did not taste as fresh as I expected, especially considering the price point and overall quality of everything else. It was not terrible, just not at the same level as the yogurt itself. Overall, I would still recommend it. Great vibe, friendly staff, and really good yogurt. Just be prepared to spend a bit more, and hopefully the fruit is fresher next time..

I got my go-to flavor, the Espresso Delux Hokey Pokey. Personally, I find this flavor to be more rich in flavor, but less sweet than the original Hokey Pokey. Plus, as a coffee-lover, how can I say no to coffee?!?! The ice cream was smooth and creamy, while the coffee flavor was noted with each bite without being too strong or overpowering. There was also a slight note of tanginess to it. It was topped off with crushed bits of chocolate covered almonds and toffee/honey comb flakes. In my opinion, this was the highlight as the toppings complimented the ice cream. You get the smooth and creaminess from the ice cream, yet the crunchy, chocolatey and nuttiness from the infused toppings. Now that's a heavenly bite. Highly recommend checking this place out whenever you're at Century City mall. It's located on the 2nd floor, right outside of Macy's. The servers were helpful despite how busy they were and answered all of our questions. They offered a sample of the original Hokey Pokey for us to try, but only for this flavor because they prepare the ice cream in batches. There is a dairy and non dairy option, but the non dairy option will still have chunks of dairy because the ice creams are coming out of the same machine. As for the sizes, they have four options: small, regular, pint, and shake. I opted for a small cup and it was plenty! Prices felt steep ($6.95) at first but the cup is loaded and we were in Hollywood. We tried the chocolate mocha mouse and the hokey pokey butter pecan. The hokey pokey butter pecan had more of the hokey pokey caramel flavor than the chocolate mocha mouse in my opinion but both options were flavorful and not too sweet. The inside is small and really meant to order and go. They offer a couple of other options besides ice cream, such as cakes, matcha, and coffees. For sitting down, there are 4-5 tables in an outdoor area. Overall, a good spot to stop for a little while and enjoy a semi-affordable dessert.
