I ordered an Acai bowl, and it was FREEZER BURNED. They definitely didn't make the bowl fresh and only topped it off with fresh fruit. If I had time I would've went back, but I don't have the time. Literally paid $20 for a freezer burned bowl. read more

I'm super picky with my smoothies, so to find a five star worthy place makes me so happy. I love the açaí power boost the most, but I'm sure they're all great. It's so fresh tasting and the texture is perfect; not too thin, not too thick, not too ice-y, etc. On top of that, it is always nice to support a family owned business. Prices are similar to any other juice place in LA, maybe slightly lower. Street parking along Robertson is usually not hard to find. Highly recommend! read more

This place is on par in terms of prices with Kreation and Nektar. They offer a variety of bottled cold-pressed fruit and veggie juices and custom/customizable assorted fruit smoothies. They stand out in that they have a variety of bottled water options - alkaline, aloe vera, and CBD water. Try the CBD water - it is $4 a bottle and doesn't have the greatest taste, as you can imagine, but it is pretty calming. I also like their watermelon mint juice, though it is slightly cheaper at Pressed. However, they also stand out in that the service here is usually awful. Workers who are just itching to go home, don't really make eye contact or feel inclined to speak to you. If you walk in when two employees are in the middle of a conversation, they will let you know that your presence is unwanted. It's criminal, really, when you are paying $10+ for a smoothie. read more

Yum! What an awesome new spot! I tried the Pacific Love smoothie and surprise... Loved it! Plus I asked if they use local bee pollen & honey, and they do! They gave us multiple testers that were all wonderful. We also got a cayenne shot before smoothies with a strawberry chaser - so intense but awesome! Tried almost every smoothie got the same thing twice sometimes don't taste the same Pay attention to the ingredients maybe get extra of what you really like & as it gets hotter, they melt a lot faster, nice ppl and replaced my smoothie twice on separate occasions np although one replacement was bitter and had four giant dates at the bottom of the drink was told I can get it double or triple blended next time but they weren't touched at all with a blender. Came here on 7/8/2020 @ 1:30PM The Hispanic lady who was at the counter taking my order must have had a bad day or was probably racists against Middle Easterners. I order protein açaí bowls from here anywhere between 2-4 times a week and never had a problem until today. I come in to make my usual order and was waiting outside while there was a group of 4 inside just waiting for their order. After that group left there was a mother and daughter that went inside right before. After they ordered I went and ordered my usual and right after she told me to wait outside but she didn't say that to the party of 4 or party of 2 that were before me. I would assume 2 + 4 is greater than 1, if my math is correct. I was confused that the 6 people before me weren't told to go outside but I was the only one told to go outside. The cherry on top was when I saw her just take a protein bowl that was premade for someone else and give me that one. Which to my surprise was spilled all over the bag because she didn't properly secure the bowl and the plastic lid. Luckily all my purchases were made with Amex and are easy disputes. read more

I'm currently obsessing milk based smoothies that contains dates and caco nibs...and JC has the best in town. I've had both their silver cup and pacific and both are delicious, refreshing, and not at all "healthy tasting". I also swang by and grabbed on of their "flu shots" when I was feeling sick and boy did it help clear me up. The shot, while pricey, was served rather adorable in mind. Presented in a legit (and rather large) shot glass with a strawberry to help wash down the after taste, the ginger and lemon is crazy fresh, and its not too hard to kick back compared to other shots I've received at other juicers. I know JC receives a ton of competition being in LA, but its one of my favorites for their milk based smoothies, and their flu shots. read more

Love this place! My favorite drink is the 20 oz muscle builder, made with blueberries and almond milk. It's the perfect after-workout drink! The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. My boyfriend and I came here and he ordered a açaí bowl that he has gotten countless of times. The menu on the website specifically states that there are no nuts in the bowl we ordered. We always ask to check because he is allergic to all nuts. We started eating our bowl and his mouth and throat started feeling funny so I went and asked again if the bowl had nuts and they said no. I went back and looked through the bowl to find multiple almonds in his bowl! I went in and told them that there was in fact nuts in this bowl and the employees did nothing. They just froze and said there should not be nuts in the bowl as I was I fact holding a nut in my hand. We immediately went to the urgent care that was conveniently in the mall. We received not a single apology or an offer for our bowl to be refunded. It was traumatic and the employees there seem very incompetent. We will not be returning ever again. read more

Stopped in at the new Juice Crafters (currently soft open) this morning to grab a quick, healthy breakfast before a nail appointment. What a DISAPPOINTMENT :( I drink cold pressed juices and smoothies so I can have a healthy, veggie filled meal, and specifically to avoid having anything sugary or fattening. The people who created Juice Crafters' menu either have no idea how unhealthy and sugary their drinks are, or they think that an appropriate juice or smoothie should have a full day's worth of sugar in a cup. Their menu has way too many options and is completely overwhelming. The people behind the counter asked me what I was interested in, and I very explicitly told them that I wanted something that was low in sugar. These people had no comprehension of their menu, or of what "low in sugar" means, and kept pointing me to smoothies that had lots of fruit and added sugar, like dates and agave. I finally caved and went with one that had the greatest number of vegetables in it (kale, spinach, celery). It also had coconut water, coconut meat, agave and dates, so I asked if they could at least lay off the dates. I was told "it's not sweet; don't worry". While I waited, I saw two samples of other smoothies. The first one I had tasted like pureed dates (aka, all sugar), so I asked again to have less sugar, and was once again rebuffed. The smoothie I ended up getting was a sugary mess. It didn't taste anything like the greens that were in it; it tasted like coconut. I wouldn't have even known there were greens in the thing, but for the color. I didn't have time to have them remake it or give me a refund (I was already late for my appointment), so I took it and left. I finished the thing an hour ago and still have an aftertaste, sort of like one you'd have after eating a piece of candy made from corn syrup. To make matters even worse, the sugar bomb I had cost me $10.99! Are you kidding? I get real, healthy, delicious juices and smoothies from Whole Foods multiple times a month, and they cost way less. I also have had delicious, healthy, non-sugary juices from Pressed Juicery and Juice Served Here multiple times, and they are way better and less expensive. I am shocked to see that Juice Crafters has been able to maintain two other locations, given their horrible product and ridiculously high prices. I really hope their management reads this review and considers making tweaks to this Juice Crafters location before they formally open. A change to the menu, educating their staff, and reducing their prices or eliminating the especially high priced items would do them a lot of good. I definitely would not consider going back to any location without major changes being made. I could have had a soda for breakfast and gotten more nutrients and less sugar. read more

Great juice options. Love that you can have cold pressed and then freshly made. Smoothie options are great especially if you are paleo. Service is great, very fast and they know what they are talking about. Prices are same as nektar, and kreation and juicery but they have more smoothie options. read more

Don't give you the exact serving they're supposed to on the nutrition labels. They short you on the protein you're supposed to be paying extra for when it's only half a scoop. Slow service with even more highly processed ingredients that are terrible for you. read more
