FIRST, I want to start off by saying I absolutely hated my bowl. I got a vital protein bowl, and it was so liquidity and definitely not a smoothie texture. The flavor was off, very sweet. Not to mention, literally half of my bowl was goji berries!!!! I don't like coming on here and complain, but I had to make this my first post because I was completely unsatisfied. I always order online, which is the worst thing you can do. I order a medium or large with no ice and almost ALWAYS get a cup FULL of ice with the amount that doesn't even fill a small cup. It's ridiculous! This has happened 4 out of 6 times of me ordering. And the other times, you don't get the extra boost you pay for to be added in. So either way, the drink is not done correctly. I will not order from here again. They need better employees! I had a picture but deleted it after sending it to doordash so they can see the service. read more

I love coming to this Juice It Up. They are very friendly and quick despite sometimes being very busy. I will be sorry when I move away from this area to have it not be conveniently nearby. Their drinks from juices, healthy smoothies, regular smoothies are always good! For my juices (the rejuvenator!) they ask if I want ice, or not which is a nice thing that other juice spots don't do. But warm healthy juice is gross so I appreciate it! The store is clean and they wear masks! read more

Went to this location in Buena Park yesterday and it was so hot in there. Asked the workers if they had AC and they said they do but the owner does not allow them to adjust it to a cooler temp. Other customers that were there were concerned about that as well. One of the customers even told the girls working there that it's illegal for the owner to have them work in those conditions. As a health care worker, those workers are at risk for a heat stroke! This business needs to get reported to the BBB!!! read more

I come here often and this is by far the worst juice it up, I only come to this one more because it's closer to me. They have Poor customer service, soon as you walk in they get annoyed. Then they ask what do you want to order when you come in so make sure you already know before you get there because if you say you need a few minutes they will have an attitude. And then lastly I don't recommend anything at the bowl bar because there's little bugs that fly around the fruit. read more

Terrible experience today (6/10/21) at this Juice it up location. The customer service I received from the young man in the front & the rude comments from the little girl making my juice ruined my experience & I will no longer bring business to this location. I came in at 6 p.m to order two small sized juices. Considering there were a couple people ahead of me, I anticipated a there would be a wait & I was totally fine with that. 30 minutes go by & my drinks still haven't been started. I understand it is as a busy time but I then begin to notice people that ordered after me get their drinks before me so I kindly asked the cashier (young man) what the deal was. Without an ounce of politeness, customer service, or professionalism, he rudely tells me wait & that my drinks will get done eventually. The little girl in the back makes a snarky remark and continues to make OTHER PEOPLES drinks right in front me. I asked for a refund immediately & left with my time wasted & disrespected. I understand that working in the food industry is not easy, but exemplifying excellence in the workplace goes a long way. I'm not sure how these two employees got hired but they definitely lacked a. Basic customer service skills b. Time management c. Common courtesy. Juice it up employees should represent the brand with integrity & treat customers with respect. I agree with the other reviews. The customer service is very lacking. My friend and I walked in today, 6/20/16 to order 2 smoothies. The young guy behind the counter looked up at us and looked away as he was occupied doing something towards the back. As we walked up to the counter and were looking at the smoothie choices, we still received no greeting. It wasn't until a few moments later, the guy said "what can I get you started with?". Overall, he just looked like he hated working there. Mind you, it was 100 degrees today in Buena Park and there was no one in there. I didn't even know Juice It Up still existed quite frankly. I figured I'd see more people, but nope. Seems like most people still favor Jamba Juice these days. In terms of the taste of the drinks. They were ok. It seems like the quality has gone down since the last time I had something from here, which is unfortunate since I used to love Juice It Up. As mentioned in other reviews, I did notice that there was more seeds inside than usual. My friend even mentioned that to me that his had a lot in it. I found it odd. Regardless, it was still refreshing considering how today was like breaking-record type heat. One thing I cannot figure out about this location is that they provide NO indoor seating. Granted, the place isn't that large, but there is definitely some space for a table or 2 by the wall. The only place to sit is outside around the corner (next to subway). It was unfortunate for us because we were forced to sit outside in the sweltering heat while we drank out smoothies. We presumed we'd be able to enjoy our drinks in the nice AC, but not at all. Sorry Juice It Up, but based on my experience, this location lacks good and friendly customer service, a place to sit down, and quality drinks. I might try Juice It Up again, but not this location. read more

Customer service is great here love the strawberry wave it's a classic and is a great smoothie especially if you don't like venturing out in flavors the ginger shot has a strong taste and burn but I'm OBSESSED with them it's a good for digestion and idk if it's just a placebo for me but it feels like it gives me a little energy boost, would definitely recommend if you're getting a ginger shot to get a smoothie or have a drink on hand to wash down the taste:) read more

Every time I come here it's extremely hot inside. The workers are always so hot and they have one tiny fan running. Today there were two girls working and they were extremely over worked. It's busy at this time every day (around 3:00) and they always fall behind. I was sitting waiting with 5 other people for our order. I was waiting for 20 min. I understand it's not these two young girls faults. They were working so hard. Management is clearly under staffing and over working these kids. After body pump, juice it up. I am so happy that there's a juice it up within my preferred radius to travel. This is my go-to after a 1-hour body pump class. Been here couple of times and I always order the zone, as my post workout. It is located at Cypress Plaza, it's where I normally go mostly for banking, shopping, and food tripping. The parking is huge but since it's a tiny strip mall them all tiny shops, it can get busy. The place never had a line, so as for myself, it's always in and out. I normally order large, and almost always, after they blend it, it comes out more than their large cup, so the lady would normally place the left over in a separate cup, so I always come out of here with large cup and a small cup, with a price of large. Winning. The zone is a nice protien protein packed smoothie/drink after any workout. Recommendable. The staff seem nice; they are not rude, but they are not friendly. Normally, just like many other customers, we would like to be greeted once we set our feet into the door. read more

I'm not sure about the owner of this place, but I really wish I knew! Every time I visit Subway and then head to Juice It Up next door, there seems to be only one staff member on duty. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. I'm a regular customer here, and almost 9 out of 10 times, it's just one person working. It's hard to understand why the management is okay with putting such a heavy workload on a single individual. The result is always a long line, and the wait feels never-ending. I really think the owner should step up their game and improve the situation. I genuinely love the drinks here, but the management really needs to address this issue. It's sad to see that many places prioritize maximizing profits over providing proper staffing, which ultimately affects the overall experience for customers. read more

Really want to thank the Juice It Up staff especially Belle and Regan. They are amazing, we take my mom a Protein Blast Smoothie everyday when we visit her. The juices and smoothies have really helped with her Covid-19 recovery, doctors are calling it a miracle she had to collapsed lungs and 5 chest tubes inserted she is one tough lady. Good news she is coming home . Belle & Regan have really outdone themselves as soon as I walk in they already know the order and how my mom likes her smoothies.
