Came here a little past 9:00AM on Sunday 03/01, when they're supposed to be open. The employee wasn't even ready, let alone wearing uniform or even had the cash register ready. He took my boyfriend and I's order but because he had airpods on, he got my boyfriend's order wrong. I order the ultimate acai bowl and my boyfriend the vital protein blue bowl. He made my boyfriend's a smoothie instead of a bowl and when we pointed that out, he dumped what he already made into a bowl. We went to pay and then he said "cash payment only," then proceeded to say that he would accept card payment because we didn't have enough cash. We both left disappointed and we noticed neither of our bowls had fruits and then realized it took him 20 minutes to make our bowls when there were no one else in the store but us. Do something about your customer service, get to work on time and take your airpods out. Incredibly disappointed with this location. read more

well. I asked for an orange juice base with carrot and ginger, lemon. First off, they made a mistake by taking my note as a carrot based juice. Secondly, they remade the juice for me with adding 30 percent of orange juice into the original juice. They wouldn't admit they made the wrong juice. Keep saying the carrot tastes stronger. The tajin in the chili lime mango smoothie added a really nice kick to the drink and I would definitely recommend it!! The environment is really clean and the workers all wear masks which made me feel safe that food service workers are still taking proper safety precautions after the mask mandate was lifted. Very poor customer service. First off, I called in an order so it would be ready as I was in a time crunch. I walk in to pick up my order 15 minutes later. And I walk into a ghost town. When the young guy comes out from in back he greets me. Then his cell phone rings. He proceed to walk back to check his cell phone. Then tells someone in back to "come help this dude".
