Where to begin. I get here at 830pm and i order a rejuvenator. I am told they cannot make it because they already cleaned their machines and don't want to get them dirty. Are you kidding me right now? They close at 9pm. If I order something that requires you to clean the machine again, then clean it again. I am the paying the customer. I will never come to this juice it up or any other juice it up for that matter. I recommend no one come here. Go to jambs juice instead. read more

I'm giving one star because I rushed after work to get here before they close, to get a detoxifier juice, and they would not make one for me because they already cleaned up the juice machines. Who does that!! You are still open with the sign lit up. Why don't you clean after your closed and after the last customer orders. Never disappointed me. I prefer juice it up over Jamba Juice. And their service are way better than Jamba Juice by Costco.

I came here yesterday and the girls working welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I have never been here before so I did not know what to get but thankfully Charlene helped me out. She was so polite and even asked me what kind of fruits I liked and I explained myself to her. She ended up making me a medium mangolicious with peaches and raspberry sherbet instead of pineapples and pineapple sherbet. While she was making my drink she asked me how my day was and made me feel very comfortable and important. She asked me to try it before taking off just to make sure my drink tasted BOMBZ. This is my usual to go spot whenever my family and I crave a good smoothie. Unfortunately my last visit left me with a bad experience. I always order my usual which consists of added peaches to my smoothie. On this visit I clearly heard the male employee whisper to his coworker "did you add the peaches to his smoothie?" Which then she replied " no I forgot" which then they proceeded to giggle to themselves thinking I didn't hear any of it. I was hoping that since they caught their mistake that they would fix it due to the fact that they charged me extra for the peaches but they continued to give me my drink knowing that they had forgot to add the peaches.. integrity and honesty are key.. I had a bad experience because of the flies. There was at least 3 of them hanging out on the inside by the window. They were so comfortable that they weren't moving. I find it disgusting because flies will land everywhere and anywhere. No fly fan whatsoever. That's a big turn off for me. read more

I brought my baby girl to this location for a quick smoothie break. I was happy to see there were non-dairy options in multiple flavors rather then a token non dairy . I am a loyal juice it up customer I frequently order a pineapple cucumber w/ lemon. When I watched the young lady was making my drink she juiced the pineapple skins only there was absolutely no pineapple meat in my drink. When I asked her to please put some in she said no because it would break the juicer. How does pineapple meat break a juicer but the skin won't? I've witnessed the workers using pineapple meat at every other location. And My juice taste like dirt!!!!! Came here a couple of days ago to find myself waiting in line for 5 minutes with one guy doing everything. I was pleasantly surprised at not only how calm he was but he was quick and efficient when making the smoothies (I got the Ever Green Smoothie!! Super Yummy!) The service and smoothie was great! The reason why I give them 2 stars is because the girl who was working today messed up big time..the signs for the Pumpkin pleaser are up so I ordered a large one ..she said oh we don't start making those until Monday but I'll make you one .. ..it was only her working (I think ) and the phone rang she answered it and talked on the phone for a good 5-7 mins before making my drink and she didn't know how to make the drink on top of that ! Employees are great , but I'm giving 1 star because the owner really needs to get more then 1 employee working at a time. This is the closest juice it up to my house so that's the only reason I come in but most of the time I come in only 1 employee is working. Which ever employee is working is always great but always a long line because the 1 employee is taking orders and making drink and also trying to answer the phone. Very bad Managment. read more

I was in just tonight ordering for my mom and I. After I ordered and turned to look behind me, I noticed a man continuously staring over at the girls working which I thought was a little uncomfortable. Thought he might have been a friend but I then turn back around to see the girl who took my order and then went on to make my order, her shorts looked like high waisted bathing suit bottoms! Her bum was literally hanging out. It was gross. I took my order and walked away. As badly as I wanted to say something there in the moment, I didn't. This is a food industry and she was dressed so inappropriately! I told my mom and she was entirely grossed out. As was I. I will not share her name or the photo because I do not want to embarrass her for the public to see but I hope she understands that she needs to be professional and dress appropriately at this job.
