I do wish there was an option to go lower on the sweetness level. Lowest level you can go for sweetness is 50%. It was still sweet for me. I've been coming to this boba shop for a while now, and I have to say, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They're always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes the whole experience enjoyable. The drinks are always delicious and made just the way I like them. I can't say enough about how great the service is. However, there's one major issue I've noticed every time I visit it's always really hot and Im just standing ordering !! And I'm not talking about a little warm, but sweating while waiting kind of hot. It feels like the staff is really struggling to keep things under control in that heat. There's only ever two employees working at a time, unless it's the weekend which I noticed they have a few more people ,which means they're juggling a lot--taking orders, making drinks, and handling everything else. It's no wonder there's a wait, and you can sense the frustration from other customers. I honestly feel bad for the staff having to work under those conditions. They do an amazing job considering the situation, but they could definitely benefit from some extra help. Maybe a few more employees per shift would ease the workload, or even something simple like portable fans for the employees could make a huge difference in their comfort. Despite the heat and long wait times, I still enjoy coming here because of the excellent service, but I really hope the shop takes these things into consideration for the future. The staff deserves better working conditions, and customers would be much more understanding with a little more support. read more

AMAZING STAFF! Wow, this place deserves four stars just for the incredible service. I had all my questions answered as they had really cool and unique drinks! I got the cookie milk tea and it was the perfect cold dessert I needed. The boba pearls are perfectly sized, not too big so the focus is on the flavor of the drink. The vibes are great here, everyone is in a good mood and the other patrons (mostly younger loner guests) are helpful and chill. Flavor-wise it's really good but I wasn't totally five-star wowed. However, it did satisfy me and I enjoyed every dang sip! I'll be returning as all the drinks look amazing and they have a great selection of flavors. My daughter and I were so excited to find It's Boba Time at Haven City Market (HCM). Our excitement turned sour unfortunately. We ordered 4 drinks and two of the drinks had gone bad the next day... both Taro + egg pudding and Thai Ice Tea + boba had a weird taste to them and the color of these drinks did not look pleasant... we had to toss them out. We've had boba drinks from other boba places and waited one day and they were fine. The other 2 drinks... Mango Green Tea and Sunrise were okay... I didn't get the Wow effect from them. Maybe anything with milk will not last past one day with them... who knows. Staff was pleasant. Service took some time... they were busy though. Prices were okay. We may give them another chance, but we'll probably try their slushie instead of their milk drinks... one can't go wrong with fruit and ice LOL. Anyway, they may be the only boba place at HCM at this time, but I could be wrong. It would be nice if 7 Leaves shows up there one day. Let's hope! It was one of my fav boba shop because their drinks & boba were on top notch. Like every Boba time boba shops, this one is also as good. They ran out of the Thai tea so Milk Tea. ~Milk Tea was good but definitely really caffeinated. I had it at night but omg, It kept me up. I don't recommend this drink if your caffeine tolerance is low. Because I definitely felt wired for a long time. My husband also felt wired too. ~Tiger Milk Tea was perfectly good. Like all Tiger milk tea editions I've tried. It did not disappoint. Of course on the sweeter side for drinks. If you don't like it too sweet. Can possibly ask to custom it the way you like with the sweetness like other boba shops. I love a good boba time spot. This location is inside the Haven City Market. So it's next to many food spots and options. I love being able to get a tea then grab a pizza slice all in the same spot. The service was great and they helped me pick the best tea option. I even added popping fruit boba which is my favorite. Not all boba spots carry the fruit kind so that's a big plus for me. To avoid that place your order online. You can go to their website or to the Haven City Market website, locate them there and place your order. Purchase a gift card and get a $5 credit for yourself. They offer non dairy substitutes like almond milk and oat milk which was very convenient for lactose intolerant individuals like my sister! Drinks wise: we ordered both the rose and strawberry matcha milk tea with boba. Both drinks were delicious but I am obsessed with the strawberry matcha milk tea. It's a perfect blend of strawberry flavored milk and matcha. So good! We also tried the house milk tea which was on point. The mango slushie was good too but I was in the mood for milk teas more! I can see this drink being refreshing on a very hot day. We also tried two of their macarons, the rose and the pistachio one. They were very tasty and not overwhelmingly sweet.
