Haven't tasted my smoothie yet, hoping it's the best I've ever had or I'll have to edit my review. I walked in the store, stood in front waiting to order, another guy walks in behind me, after a few minutes the manager, "Elsa" calls the guy up to order without acknowledging me at all. She then takes his order and walks away, still no acknowledgment.... So I patiently wait and a different associate come forward to take my order I asked her why the guy after me was helped first and she tells me to ask Elsa so I call her over and she just laughs and says she didn't see me standing there.....crickets... I was standing right in the front of the store and the guy was behind me.... She then says "yea some customers just try to cut line!!" Wth!? She had the nerve to blame the customer at which point I said "no you called him up to order". I know shit happens but l felt very disrespected and and disregarded and this is not a good feeling when trying to support local business. She didn't even apologize, how rude! read more

I gave it 4 stars, but I was really sticker shocked at the price of the acai bowl. It was EIGHT DOLLARS. For not a huge bowl. If I'd known it was going to be that much I would have walked next door to menchies. Smoothie prices are good though and service was very good. read more

I wanted to try something different. I got the payita bowl which had all the fruits I liked and them some. The bowl was very delicious and knowing it was all fresh bananas strawberries blueberries and honey made me even more happy. The staff was great explaining all the options of their product. My husband and I have never had problems with this store until today. I wouldn't really blame the store but I would blame one employee in particular. As we were waiting for our drinks an employee came out from the back stood in the middle of the store with regular clothes on bossing all the other employees around then stops and says "whoever keeps putting the dirty things in the sanitary side needs to stop, that's a health code violation!" Then looks at one the employees and says "yeah you." Might I remind you my husband myself and other customers were in shock with his disrespectful attitude and loud mouth. He then continued on with his yelling in front of the cashier as if he owns the place. I feel horrible for all the other employees there who were kind, respectful, and doing their job. This young man needs to learn customer service and respect. read more

Never seem to be open at the times posted on their store hours in window. Makes me not want to take the risk of going there and having to turn around and leave. Would rather go to other juice it ups around, they also have more friendly staff elsewhere.. read more

I decided to check this place out since I was in the mood for a smoothie.... I walked in and it took about 3-5 minutes for the employees to notice me. I was the only customer in the place and its not very big...seeing that they had their back to me because they were to focused on something else, I didn't feel welcomed. When I did get to order the drink was okay... I think Jamba Juice is way better or even driving 3 hrs to NV for Tropical Smoothie would have been a better use of my time and money. It was okay for an in the moment need for a smoothie but I wont be coming back again. read more

As vegans visiting Apple Valley, there is not much selection of places to go. This place is kind of like a Jamba Juice. They have smoothies, juices, wheatgrass, acai bowls, etc. We went for breakfast and I had a juice, my kids had a smoothie and an acai bowl. It was healthy and fresh, but the atmosphere had a strange vibe. Maybe if they played some music, it would help with the awkward silence. Still, as vegans at least there was this place where we could get something healthy and not the junk food sold at every other restaurant that we saw. read more

I attended the Hesperia, Ca. location to order my favorite smoothie. Unfortunately, I waited in line for well over 20 minutes, I received horrible service and left the store without ordering a drink. There were only two customers in front of me. Ryan (Juice it up employee) was taking the orders. He decided to talk to the couple about his manager who forgot to order supplies for the store ( he went on and on about his manager dropping the ball). He also spoke to the couple about getting a new job. He asked the guy where he worked and proceeded to get his phone number. He went on to have a lengthy conversation with them while I waited patiently in line. During my wait Ryan never had to curtesy to say "I will be right with you." The female customer said " guys we have someone behind us who is also waiting to order." When I finally got to the register Ryan did not say hello to me nor did he apologize for having me wait so long. He was very unprofessional. I said to him "aren't you going to apologize to me for having me wait so long to order, I've been waiting for a really long time?" He gave me a dirty look and said absolutely nothing. After all that time in line, I walked out of the store without ordering a smoothie. I will never go back to that store. A smoothie cost me over $5 and I go to Juice It Up three to four times a week. At a minimum, I deserve to be treated with respect. I was completely embarrassed. The store wasn't crowded at the time. He could have taken my order and continued with his conversation. read more

Opens and closes at will not at posted hours. Sometimes opens more than an hour later than posted time and closes 30 min to an hour earlier than posted hours. We quit going.... read more
