Ok, after seeing these reviews now I would not go back. I experienced first hand..... Of bad service and frozen ingredients :( I ordered an acai bowl, which I saw them blend frozen fruits into a smoothie, so i didn't think it was mine at first. Then when they placed it into the bowl there were hard chunks of acai like frozen solid.... And the other half was complete watery.. Not creamy like other acai bowls I have been trying from Jamba Juice or other juice places. I thought the person making it put a bunch of granulated sugar over my blueberries and strawberries at the end because it had the appearance. However... It was frozen!!!! Every bite hurt my teeth. I couldn't eat the blueberries... I literally stopped eating right now due to the huuugeeee disappointment for 8 dollars?!? Never again. Not fresh at all. To top it off I think she knew she made it bad, because she seemed to have a frown on the whole time, (she probably hates her job) when I asked for it to go, she gave me my bowl without a cover and when I asked for one she looked upset. I love this juice it up! This is my go-to when it comes to my health. Crave, or when? I'm just craving something healthy but delicious! I like this particular one not only because the customer service is great. They always have my item tasting. Amazing. Fresh, and always done right! There was a particular incident where I wasn't able to retrieve an online order that I made due to the fact of a car accident that I was involved in and is purchase was around $14, usually with food. There's no refunds. But what they did for me was basically give me store credit and let me retrieve my item another day when I was able to take care of the issue I was currently involved in. Not many businesses would do this or even care to acknowledge this. So for that I say thank you and I will continue serving my business to you guys due to the fact that you have provided me with Great products and also great customer service! Ok, first things first. I have been to many many juice it ups. This one is the absolute worst I've been to. I ordered an ultimate berry bowl, without honey and extra granola. They told me the extra granola would be an additional 50 cents. No big deal. They told me the bowl was ready. First thing is they didn't put a lid on it. I refuse to balance the bowl while driving. I hunted for the lid and took care of it myself. Secondly, I didn't get the extra granola I paid for. Third, the strawberries where frozen. I'm saying, they were hard as a rock! That was a first! This berry bowl is not cheap! It cost me over $7.50, the least they could do is provide an edible product and give me what I paid for! Terrible, terrible place. read more

The customer service sucks, I have been here twice and I have received bad service on both occasions. I came in to get a smoothie along with a pretzel and both time they told me their pretzel machine wasn't working but they were just being lazy and didn't want to cook it. It was 45 minutes to closing and this is the reason they didn't want to start the machine. I won't be coming back to this place unless they get better employees!!! This location sucks! Really a sad situation here. I concur with other reviewers that customer service is so lacking it is nauseating. The high schoolers or maybe the recent grads working here has NO desire to be here. This place needs to change ownership or shut down. $7.99 for a raw juice but the best part they are always out of fruit or their equipment is broken. I don't mind paying the $7.99 but when you walk in to the place hoping to get what you want it is never available. This Juice it up is the only location I know that runs out of fruit or their equipment is broken not only once but several times a week. Even their credit card machine doesn't work sometimes. Every time I've come here they've run out of something, today they didn't have ice. Now if I'm not mistaken isn't most of your product made with some ice. The last time I came in they didn't have bowls.. The papaya bowl was horrible.. everything seems extra sweet., I don't know if the upgrade of the place has caused a downgrade in customer service and products, but I'd much rather have a not so modern establishment but good customer service along with the product I requested.. I don't know who management is but somebody should notice the decline in sales, which means you need to start from basics!!! read more
