So I waited for staff to arrive . I was considering leaving, but I understood they might be busy even though the store was empty. When an employee finally came over, the first thing she said was, "What are you getting?" with no greeting or apology for the wait. I asked which protein juices were available because I didn't see any in the fridge, and instead of helping, she just handed me a menu and said, "They're right there." The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Customer service and basic friendliness go a long way, especially in a place that promotes a positive wellness experience. I walked out .
