Never been here before and decided to try it out. The acai bowls are delicious! Wow where have they been all my life lol. I came here this morning before work. I got the pitaya smoothie with an energy boost, it taste really good I actually really like it. But the service here sucks. I came in there was only two people in front of me and it took forever just to take my order to remind you I'm in a rush for work. I was there today at 4:50 pm and a bunch of girls from softball team where at front of me. The teenage girl worker gave all their drinks except the last 3 girls. Since she forgot to charge them and she was in hurry to shutdown, they all got their free drinks. When it turn to my turn, she refused to serve me because she told me the store is closed. She made me to wait over 10 minutes without any warning that the this story is going to be closed. I don't leave a ton of reviews, in general, but had to leave one for Juice it Up in Upland! The drink I received was incredibly good, refreshing, and quickly made. I try to eat healthy as much as I can so was not sure which drink fit my goals. Natalie helped me and was very good at asking the right questions to determine the right drink. After answering her questions I went with her suggestion. It was perfect!! Very refreshing and filled my protein needs. I will definitely return when I need a mid afternoon snack. today I decided to go to Juice It Up instead of getting coffee. I informed the young lady, Natalie that it was my first time to the establishment. I asked for suggestions. she told me about the banana smoothie, she said it's like a banana milk shake. She then told me about their green drink, spinach. Kale and pineapple, I think. She also went over a few others. I went with the Strawberry smoothie. It was wonderful. I just want to say "Thank You Natalie" for your kindness and patience with a Juice it up newbie. Either the people giving low star reviews are being rude themselves or just got some bad employees that I had yet to see. I've been here plenty of times and the manager is so rad. He gave my bf and I a bunch of coupons and some sweet deals. I think the general thing is, if you're a friendly person, I think the employees will also be more amped up to make you a great treat. Second "juice it up" in two days that have issues. Clearly this place is called "juice it up" yesterday Victoria gardens stated juice machine isn't working. And push on a smoothie. Then today I come to this location to get a raw juice like I've wanted and same thing here. Rep at 530pm states to me juicer isn't working and to get a smoothie instead. Clearly I wanted to order Raw juice and if "juice it up" doesn't want to sell it or reps don't want to make it then I guess everyone shouldn't go to "juice it up" for raw juice and just a suggestion take raw juice off menu if you guys are never going to make it. Clearly the juice isn't work the squeeze going to any "juice it up" stores for raw juices. Management should fix this issue or reps. Or just don't sell juice at "juice it up" not please at all with services. I went in with my sister, and 4yr old. Unfortunately my son dropped his smoothie and the cup broke. There was smoothie all over the floor. They're were 4 customers waiting for drinks and two employees. NOT ONCE DID ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES ASK IF WE WE'RE OKAY, OR IF WE NEEDED TOWELS, OR OUT A CAUTION SIGN OR HELLO CLEAN. THEY DIDN'T STOP AT ALL. I asked for another smoothie and they have me one. I am 8 months pregnant, my sister is 9 months pregnant and WE had to clean up the smoothie off of the floor with only napkins. We weren't offered a mop. It was very difficult to clean the floor with napkins and or baby bumps in the way. We're could of slipped and hurt our selves or another customer could have slipped and hurt themselves. Not pricing a caution sign, a mop or help is not okay. Their job was to stop what they were doing to take care of the spill for safety reasons. I will not go back. Horrible experience. read more

I'm leaving this review in defense of the employees, as a tired food service employee myself. WE. ARE. HUMAN. We have bad days just like you do, we cannot be perfect 24/7 and if you're coming to a food establishment expecting perfectly functioning robots than I'm sorry to say you have unrealistic expectations and it's not the employees fault they cannot live up to YOUR expectations. I just witnessed a moment where clearly the cashier was having a bad day, and the woman was acting as if she was personally offended he wasn't acting like those perfect robots I stated earlier. Should he have snapped? No, but again we are HUMANS WITH FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS. Don't treat us like we're below you or that you're above us just because we make smoothie. Don't act as if you're the only damn person who matters, or as if the world revolves around you. Yes customer service is important, but so is treating your cashiers like actual decent people. We get tired of being treated as garbage and if people actually stopped to think "am I being an asshole?" The world would be a much better place. And to make this an actual review, I love this place. I have been to many Juice It Ups around the Inland Empire and this one was the worst by far! I took my girlfriend here because we had just left the gym down the street. She had NEVER been to a Juice It Up before. I was excited to take her because I have always had such great experiences. First off, the smoothies were OK. I always get the protein blast so I know. Hers was really watered down and thin. Secondly, the young Hispanic lady that took our order was not very helpful. She's about 5' 8" with long brown hair just in case you wanted to know. Normally the workers answer questions or make suggestions. My girl asked, "what is wheat grass?" The worker did not answer her question and just looked irritated and walked to the back of the store until we were ready to order! My girlfriend would have bought all kinds of the supplements they sell there but the lady did not seem interested in answering any questions. She made it VERY obvious that she wanted to know about the supplements but the worker girl was WAY in the back ignoring us! She came back when we looked ready took our order and my money. I shop at juice it up regularly even though to get to the nearest juice it up I have to drive far. I visited the store today to get 2 smoothies and as I waited the clerk (Chad) put out the drinks he had made, did not call anyone's drinks and later I asked if it was mine and he said the drink name and proceeded to say he did not know what I ordered. After that I was waiting for my other order and they started to make about 5-6 more orders before mine and those orders were actually placed after mine so I was a little agrivated that I had to wait 20 minutes to get one simple order. I asked chad why my order wasn't completed before they started to make the others all he said was that it would be ready shortly. He then made my order and to my surprise it was the wrong order I ordered a gummy bear smoothie he had already asked if it was red or white when I was ordering I always order the gummy bear smoothie red. He then said it's the right order and that he would know better because he has worked there for a year and a half, this is very frustrating because I've been ordering this same drink for over 5 years so maybe I do know a little better he then asked if I wanted a refund I said yes because I've been waiting 20 minutes only to get the wrong drink. I got my refund he then asked to have the drink back I asked him if he really wanted it he said no and began yelling other things to me while I walked out. I started to try the drink and realized that the both drinks he made me were watered down. This has been the worst juice it up experience I have ever had. I would like to keep coming here but if the employees are all untrained rude and discriminative I would rather switch to Jamba Juice. Rude customer service. All the employees were so rude and had attitudes. Even the manager was rude. They also like to charge extra for everything. Even using a credit card and splitting cups. Horrible customer service. I went in today and remembered why I had always avoided going to this particular location. They said welcome as I walked in and was very warm. I stood there for a minute figuring out what I wanted, as the worker stood at the cash register and just stared at me. When I was ready, I walked up. He didn't ask what I wanted, so I figured I'd just tell him. He punched it in, told me my total, I handed out my gift card, he snatched it from my hand. YES, SNATCHED IT! Swiped it, asked if I wanted my receipt, I told him no thank you. He left it up there, didn't say anything else to me, turned around and made my smoothie. It was exceptionally fast, thankfully. I walk over to get it from their lazy susan and it is full TO THE BRIM. It was dripping and spilling all over, it was so full! Now how am I supposed to put that in the cup holder in my Jeep?! So I had to sit there and wipe the cup, the part underneath the lid, everywhere had smoothie on it, even the counter.. I used at least 10 napkins..all of which I left on the counter on top of the smoothie mess that was all there.. I wrapped my cup in a bout 5 more napkins and took off. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Service was slow and my boyfriend and I bought a large smoothie and a large juice costing almost $17 is a little pricey in my opinion. To top of off, the employee didn't take the produce sticker off the apples when they blended my smoothie and I almost ate the sticker. Did they wash the produce at all?
