I am not one to leave bad reviews, but buyer beware. I placed an order with them through a delivery app for a few items. After about an hour and a half of it not arriving, I finally called them and asked what the status of my order was (I know delivery times can be crazy nowadays), only for the employee to tell me that they couldn't fulfill my order because they didn't have any drivers. I did not receive a call from them to let me know they couldn't fulfill the order, nor did they cancel it and refund me on their end. The only reason I found out it wasn't coming was because I called them myself. Luckily I was able to get my money back through the app, but please, Juice Journey, take your restaurant off of delivery apps if you do not have delivery drivers! read more

I'm a huuuuuge smoothie fan. I primarily make mine at home so I can add as much fruit and other stuff like protein, greens etc.. I no longer have to worry about that with Juice Journey being right around the corner from where I stay while visiting NJ! Their wheatgrass is bomb, the ultimate warrior is delicious and the acai bowl is phenomenal! Plus their service is A++ Juice Journey is also conveniently located on the Hudson River so during the summer months its a great idea to enjoy some fresh air while indulging in your healthy choice of smoothies, shots, ace bowls, pressed juices and much more.. Edited: I tried going here again on a few occasions at the end of 2016 and early 2017. I have to say, they still have the same blender issue where I find big chunks in my bowls, and I am not just talking about the peanut butter one. However, on one occasion I went for breakfast and spooned up a blueberry with an entire branch(?) still stuck to it from my acai bowl. My friend pointed out that it shows that the fruit wasn't being washed, which was a turnoff. The taste is pretty good and I don't really know of many other acai bowl places in this area except maybe one in Palisades Park, so I may go back? read more

Today I tried their vegan lasagna along with Açaí bowl as well as their macaroons and believe they were delicious... I love this place

I went to this cafe a few hours ago, during the afternoon. I ordered an açaí smoothie bowl with honey. It tasted great! There was a good amount of toppings and the honey was put on just right. The açaí base was good and it didn't melt too quickly like some other bowls I've had. Overall, it was a good experience and left me feeling refreshed and cool in the heat. :) read more

You know when something is expensive, but you keep going back because it's worth it. That's Juice Journey for me. It isn't cheap, but the juice and smoothies are delish and the front of house staff is wonderful. It's like my healthy version of Cheers. They are kind, they keep up with who their customers are and what's new in their lives, and they make incredible treats. I love the Citrus Green juice, and when I'm feeling like a more substantial drink I get the Mint Chip vegan smoothie or the Grandma's Appie Pie. Also, like i'm sure everyone else here will say: get the vegan lasagna, it really is that good. read more

I have modified from my last review. Their vegan food, though pricey, is delicious and addictive and I always go back at least once a week for their raw vegan lasagna. I highly recommend you try it . Their juices are too expensive I think and I would rather go to red mango where they juice it on the spot for you. Anyway, give them a try for their vegan fare. It's quite delicious as I said and I only wish they can open later on days when I'm home late from work. The staff is very nice and they seem to have a good work culture there which is good because you want your food to come from a happy environment. read more

I got the mock tuna young Thai coconut wrap and it was DELICIOUS. It was about half the size of an actual wrap though. Definitely not a full meal. I think you would need to spend a minimum of $22 a person to not be hungry eating here. The ingredients are fresh and delicious and I know vegan food is expensive but my $11 wrap was no more than a light snack. I would highly recommend this place to extremely wealthy healthy folks. read more

This is my second time ordering and the consistency is great. The açaí bowls are definitely better than the other places around here. The Grandma apple pie smoothie wirh PB is my favorite. This is a great juice shop. I just completed a three day juice cleanse/detox and all their juices were amazing. The carrot/orange and daily detox were my personal favorites. My only constructive criticism is for them to work on their ordering process to make it easier for customers to understand. Please update delivery boundaries with Seamless and Grubhub. I placed an order at 6/28 via seamless only to receive a call later from seamless to advise that my order was cancelled because it's outside the delivery area. Not sure if the blame lands with Seamless or with Juice Journey but that partnership in its current standing is leading to poor customer experience. I'm fine with paying the overpriced amount for acai bowls BUT they don't even use FRESH STRAWBERRIES. How can you be a juice place and not serve fresh fruit? It is your one job. The smoothie was great. However I asked for grilled cheese and all I got was cold mozzarella cheese and peppers. The person who made it warmed it up a bit but I thought it was going to be "real" grilled cheese that is already melted. Love this place. It's a hidden gem. Been here several times now. My fav is the mint chip shake. It literally tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that each shake ends up costing $10, which I think is on the high side, but it is damn good. read more

Very unprofessional staff, yell left and right and do not care for the customers sitting, including what seems to be the owner. They will talk to the customers about their chow gofer struggles. I love a good smoothie joint. There are several places I've been to get a green juice and the key things I look for are 1) cleanliness 2) customer service/knowledge of their menu and ingredients that go into each drink and 3) flavor! This place has all three. I got their tropical smoothie which was a nice blend of greens and coconut (milk?). The only downside of these places is that they're kind of on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for (usually) and the quality of ingredients to consider as well. I had the Acai bowl and it was delicious. My husband had a smoothie and loved it. The fruit was so fresh, and the Acai bowl Was beautifully made. We initially went in for smoothies since a neighbor recommended this place for their smoothies. When we arrived I was quite impressed with their selection and different items that they made. My husband is extremely picky, and asked if they can alter his shake. The staff patiently waited for him to decide (like 5 min) and accommodated his every request. Well worth every penny. I decided to try this place out after reading about their vegan lasagna. While I was at it, I decided to try their mint chip smoothie and peanut butter cup protein bowl. I was disappointed of the fact they didn't have vegan lasagna that day (sold out) but making more for the next day. I was given a sample taste and I must say it was really good. So good! I plan to go back to try it. Mint chip smoothie was so good! I would get it again! I didn't like the peanut butter cup bowl...It wasn't for me and couldn't get myself to finish it. Wow!!! The vegan lasagna and kelp noodle is amazing! Aside from a great juice selection and comparable to the juice bars in NYC, I would be a regular here just for the delish food alone! I'm giving it 4 starts because I haven't tried the juice cleanse yet. I'll try out a juice cleanse from here and report back. Definitely a place to checkout and try but be warned, the prices are a bit high.
