    Nice shop

Nice shop and many healthy options. - Price: heathy isn't cheap, so be ready to pay( worth it) - cleanliness: spotless - location: great and has a sitting area - service: on the fence with. not personable , but gets the job done. *** suggestion, not play music with explicit lyrics . That was a unexpected and disappointing *** Be here a few times...I would be back and still suggest you check it out.

Interesting healthy options, but not a place to brag about... First, if it wasn't for this place being located right on the water with a beautiful view then I wouldn't go out of my way. Second, the prices are a bit out there. For 2 bowls, 2 drinks, and 1 snack it was just shy of $50. Third, the bowls weren't even filled up. Plus, both bowls (same type of acai bowls) had different amounts filled. How can one bowl not have the same amount, and not look like the other bowl? FYI: Parking can be a nightmare. Since it's located in a busy outdoor shopping mall center with apartment buildings then you may have to park far away.

Always good smoothies and juices when I come here

It's been a minute since I've been here but their service and selections are always took notch. My favorites are the Vanilla Mylk Shake their Açaí Bowl and the Vanilla Macaroons. Definitely worth a stop if you are into a healthy lifestyle.

I guess I came here for the wrong thing but I was looking for açaí bowl places around here and while they had bowls they have only a select few. I got the açaí bowl and a pitaya bowl and got them with both Nutella(barely any Nutella was given for an extra 1$ charge each). Also took a bit longer than what I'm also used to and it came out to $26!!!! Which is way more pricey than what I normally pay for bowls but then again i guess it's more of a juice place than bowls place.

This place was a random find in that I had no rental car and was within walking distance from my hotel. I tried the raw vegan lasagna paired with their cold brewed vanilla coffee.... Needless to say, this place will be on my "when in NJ, must visit here!!!" list!!!! The lasagna is so super fresh and the taste is out of this world!! So flavorful! And the cold brewed vanilla coffee will have me coming back today, and tomorrow.... it's better than anywhere near here, that's for sure!! (Sorry Starbucks, even you) Will absolutely be back!

The juice here is smoother than most. I enjoyed the lightness of them. If I were to compare even the package of a juice bar down the street from here it's better, over all this is your best choice for fresh juice in the area. The price is always them same everywhere so I chose them to spend with;)

    Another one...

$11.50 for a smoothie that's not even organic. $9.95 for a very bland avocado toast that had black pepper corns on top almost a size of a rock each. It was inedible and a turn off. And $7.95 for a chocolate chip cookie? It's really sad when the only vegan and gluten free cafe in Edgewater thinks that's its okay to overcharge people and in return provide an extremely mediocre, bland menu items including smoothies that are not even organic. People with food allergies like me sometimes have no choice but to pay those prices and it's not fair. The very least I expected was a decent avocado toast that would fill me up for lunch and make me happy, instead I was too busy picking giant pepper corns out of it and adding salt to make it taste better. Highly disappointed.

    a cup of rice pudding

I went into the store and ordered a smoothie, avocado toast, and got a pre made tiny chia pudding out of the fridge. My total was $32.40. Everything tasted good, so that's why I gave 3 stars, but the avocado toast was the size of the palm of my hand (literally), the chia seed pudding I finished after three or four spoonfuls, and the smoothie was a small size. I'm a petite 5'0 woman and was still hungry after my breakfast. The prices here are astronomical and don't reflect the prices listed on the website. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Barely a full strawberry, a couple blueberries, 3 slices of banana. For $11 being their cheapest bowl.

Red Mango - Lucky Taro Frozen Yogurt

Wowww, who remembers the self-serve frozen yogurt trend in the early 2010s? Froyo shops used to pop…read moreup left and right during those times... and now so many have closed down. I've always been a sucker for this frozen treat, so I'm glad Red Mango is still around. This location is in an Edgewater shopping plaza. I came by on a Sunday evening and it was quite busy! They have a decent amount of tables and seating inside. Other than froyo, they also serve juices, smoothies, power bowls, and coffee. They have 6 froyo machines with 12 different flavors - a mix of sweet, nutty, tarty, and fruity. There aren't any nutrition facts posted on the machines, so be mindful of dietary restrictions/allergies. You can ask the staff for sample cups. It's all self-serve so you choose your cup, pick your flavors, dispense the handle, and swirl away. Then you can add on as many toppings as you want at the counter. There's nuts, candies, fruits, cookies, sauces, etc. They charge you $0.89 per ounce so it's really easy to rack up $$$. I got the Creamy Taro and Original flavors with strawberries, gummy bears, and mochi. The froyo texture was just right - not too icy and not too watery. It had a smooth, soft-serve like texture. The flavors were true to their names and tasted exactly how they're supposed to. The original was tarty and tangy, just how I like it. My cup was about $9. Service could have been a bit better. There were two employees at the time. They didn't greet customers or tend to them at the machines. The line was moving a bit slow since one girl was working the register and making drink/bowl orders at the same time. Some of the toppings at the counter needed to be refilled. Overall, this is a good spot to fulfill your frozen yogurt cravings.

The flavors are delicious and do rotate seasonally so it's always something different and fun. My only reason for deducting a star is because one flavor I got ended up being kinda less cold and slightly runny. My other flavor, pistachio, however, was super rich and delicious. Lower calories and fat than ice cream, and just as enjoyable. I love the options of choosing my own toppings, which many yogurt places no longer offer. Get some while they're still around!!

This place has become a staple in my relationship. It's where we had our official first date at…read more It's within the park, and there's plenty of ample parking around the park with a short walk down to the Playa Bowls. Bathroom The bathroom is for customers only, and you get the code from within. It's a GORGEOUS bathroom, well-kept. There are public restrooms outside of the establishment that are not that great, but if you don't want to buy something make sure to have some hand sanitizer with you. They're clearly the park's bathrooms and not the establishments responsibility. Seating There is no seating indoors, which is a bummer. I would love to enjoy the atmosphere of this park some more from inside. Especially on a hot summer day, I'm in no mood to get burned by the metal chairs overlooking the lake. Needless to say, the views are stunning even while just waiting for our food to be ready! Park Itself I haven't experienced this park in full depth as much as I want to because like I said, there's no seating inside. There is small walking trails, but whenever we go, weather is not on our side. The first time we came here, it started raining and we created an in-car theatre instead which was lovely! But in general, after that, and since it's been diabolically hot ever since we've always took our meals back into the car. There are cars driving up at the bottom of the park, right next to Playa Bowls. It caught me off-guard, so if you're with kids or pets be sure to keep an eye out for them. Selection I love the fact that there is something so healthy to eat in a gorgeous spot! There is a HUGE selection, and I love being able to try a new bowl each time. My favorite so far has been the Pink Flamingo. It is a cold treat, so it is perfect on a hot summer day! Be mindful that protein powder can give some people an upset stomach or the runs, and if you're sensitive, I suggest trying a bowl that doesn't include that. Each item lists ingredients, and you can customize it to your needs. I have not been able to finish a full bowl myself, and get full off of 3/4 of it. My man has finished his and whatever is left over of mine. It is satisfying for a big burly man like himself though. Other Notable Mentions The establishment also has a bowl of water of dogs walking through the park if they need a quick drink, which I think is the sweetest thing ever! There's also a Cuban coffee shop, Rumbas Cafe, right across from Playa Bowls. I haven't been in it myself yet, but I did try one of the coffees my man ordered himself briefly one day. Overall I hope to see some indoor seating open up soon. There is an upstairs, but supposedly it's locked to the public still. Crossing my fingers that it's in the works! Everyone who works here is really nice, and our food is always done quite quickly. The shop is well-lit and has AC. Great park for photo ops, walking, dates, and/or family-time. Well-thought out location for a great treat!
