I had one hell of a sandwich here. If you're a tuna lover, I recommend ordering the SPICY TUNA MELT (~$12). There's a very generous amount of tuna in it along with swiss, red onions, tomatoes, basil, and chipotle mayo. The bread is buttered and toasted, so every bite is just a dreeeeeam. My only complaint is that it was overpriced for its size. I finished it in a couple of bites and was still hungry... I also bought one of their juices, the Ginger Lemon-Aid (~$6). I'm a sucker for ginger and I was not disappointed with this at all. Their juices are freshly pressed in-house and you can really taste the quality of each ingredient. The main thing deterring me from coming back here often are the higher prices and small portions. There are so many spots that serve sandwiches just as good at half the price. It's still worth a try, though. You get 15% off 1 meal + 1 drink when you check in. There's parking in the back of the store. I asked for cheese on my sandwich and he asked if cheddar was ok. The ambiance is clean. The indoor seating was in the back and the front had cold drink cases. All the baked goods were baked there. I bought the corn muffin and it was good. I also ordered a coffee. The only downside was they make it for you. But a lot of places do that now so no deduction on stars. I changed my mind from my initial review. It's been a while since I've given moodwiches another shot and I'm so glad I did. Their easy bae breakfast sandwich has been one of my go-to's for a quick, inexpensive, delicious, filling and nutritious breakfast sandwiches. I also love that they add hot peppers to it, which enhances the acidity and flavor of the sandwich. I also love their big bang theory sandwich (although personally I would love it with a baguette bread instead to add a crunch factor). I'm not too familiar with the area but I trust his opinion highly and followed along. Boy was I happy I did. If I was a local, I could totally see myself becoming a regular here! I ordered the hot and dirty bowl with shrimp and my friend ordered the hot and dirty with egg. It consists of quinoa, jalapeños, carrots potatoes, mushrooms, cheddar, black beans, pico de gallo with chimi churri sauce. It was decently spicy but we both added a good amount of hot sauce on top. Next time, I'll probably order double shrimp as there were only about 4 pieces however each was decently large and was full of flavor. We devoured our bowls in minutes and were in and out of there, from ordering to leaving, in about 30 minutes tops. Stopped by for lunch on a cold winter day. A nice addition to this neighborhood offering healthy sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, salad, etc. Nice and interesting menu. I went with the dirty bowl without any protein and a #25... except I did not realize there were 25a and 25b (i wanted 25b with the roast beef) so when I got white turkey piled on the sandwich, I regrettably asked them to remake the sandwich and they complied. They should've clarified with me when I asked for "#25" ... I told them as much. The bowl was pretty good, but the sandwich was just decent. I have to point out that the place is really cold... with back entrance in the dining area, it was so cold and two little heaters they put out were woefully inadequate. Definitely more of a takeout place though they seemed to have put some thought into the decor in the dining area. I'd say turn the central heat a bit more. As many other reviewers have pointed out already, they can't seem to go 2-3 orders without messing something up. I've had delivery and take-out issues ranging from missing items, items made incorrectly, orders being VERY late, among others. I don't know whether its a management issue or a workflow problem, but ordering from this place never fails to gives me minor bouts of anxiety. Before I stopped coming altogether, I stopped ordering delivery and always made sure to check my orders thoroughly when I picked-up. As for the food, it is...good, though it's fairly expensive for the portion you get. I suppose you're paying for the "healthy" and "freshness" aspect of the food. I usually ordered the #26 Holy S*!t Holy Moley sandwich, Hot & Dirty bowl + chicken, or the Cobb Salad. The sandwiches usually come with a small portion of cold orzo pasta salad. If you've got money to spend, are into healthy eating, and are willing to deal with some ordering mistakes, go nuts. Parking sucks (so I thought) but there's a parking lot in the back that you can park at which makes it a lot better (wish there were signs). Anyways, there's seating in the back so we ate there. You order at the counter and then they bring your order to your table when it's ready. The sandwich options are plentiful and it took me awhile to choose but overall I would say that this place is like any other deli shop. Not the best but not bad at all. Since my previous review after my first trip to Moodwiches, I have probably been there at least 100 more times. Hot n Dirty bowl (with steak & avocado now) is still my go-to. Never disappoints. Sometimes can be a bit oily but the steak is always perfect and the flavor on point. The Big Bang sandwich is another new favorite of mine. Super bomb. Not really one of the healthier items but really worth a try. Butterfly salad with shrimp is another great choice if you want something lighter. I love this salad. I went for breakfast once after an early morning workout and really didn't love anything I tried. Mostly omelettes with veggies and pancakes, which they only do on Saturdays. Overall things tasted boring and a bit lacking flavor. I'll probably steer clear from now on. I've had the turkey & brie sandwich when it has been delicious, and I've had it where they only put one piece of brie and it's dry as a bone. Wish there was a bit more consistency to this..like always put 3 pieces of cheese because the turkey really needs the creaminess of it. Ordered two hot & dirty bowl. One bowl with shrimp and two eggs and another bowl with salmon and no cheese. My shrimp bowl came with NO SHRIMP and then the other bowl with no cheese had a portion of cheese. I call them and they say that I can pick up the shrimp or give us credit. As picking up "just shrimp" would not be worth a whole another trip, I asked them to remake my orders. They did not budge in the beginning in remaking my orders but they eventually gave in and told me to pick up my order in ten minutes. I get there, the girl employee says to me with attitude, "We did not put cheese in the original second order but we still remade it for you." I returned both bowls, she can clearly see that there is a portion of cheese in the bowl. Mind you, I even called them back after checking the remainder of the bowl just to find out that it was only a small portion so I can keep the bowl if they haven't started making the new bowl for this order. I should have taken a photo of the bowl before giving it back but given the circumstances of having to bring back both orders and having to go pick up the new order, it completely slipped my mind. In fact, this was not my first time ordering from here and I order the same hot and dirty bowl every time so I know what my hot & dirty bowl with NO CHEDDAR should look like.
