Been waiting outside for over an hour for this place to open alongside the two teenage employees. Apparently the manager just never showed up with the keys. It was supposed to open at 8am and it's 9:11am. There are people walking up to the door every 5mins trying to get in only to find it's not open. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous at this point. Please make sure people you hire are responsible enough to open the store and let employees and customers inside during business hours. read more

Juice Press is a welcome new neighbor to Westhampton Beach on Main Street- But,Their service is so incredibly slow. 20 min to make an Açaí bowl ?? In addition -Unfortunately, they will not stay in business if they continue with their current hours of operation. You only have a limited amount of days of the summer season in order to be profitable. They can make a fortune by staying open til at-least 11:00 pm- *and adding more employees- Also, Closing @ 8 pm will ensure that they are not successful in this town. We stopped here on way home from Montauk for an acai bowl. I have had all types and levels of acai bowls and this was by far the worst one that I ever had. It was totally liquidy with a few scattered hard balls of what I think was frozen acai (Hope that is what it was). After a few bites I threw it out. Waste of $15. read more

I just happened to pass Juice Press while checking out the shops around Southampton. When I first walked in, the space seemed a little big and empty for the type of place that this was but I don't think it really mattered. I sampled a few of their juices and they were damn good. I had half of a "rocket fuel juice" which had pear juice, guayusa concentrate, lemon juice, ginger juice, maca extract (whatever maca is). It was great! Very refreshing. I only had half because then I also had some of their "coffee with black label" (see a theme here? I was tired.) I felt like I was having this in some kind of awesome hipster coffee shop. It was amazing! And it used almonds and coconut oil instead of a creamer. As someone who usually drinks coffee black, I approved. Good place. Definitely great for those at the Hamptons who have unlimited budgets and need to "clense" or whatever the hell else people are doing these days. read more

I agree with another reviewer. I'm in the Hamptons year round, not just in the peak season of summer and I've come a couple of times with no issues and thoroughly enjoyed my purchases, but I realize now all those times were in the summer. I find it rediculously unprofessional to not update the website or at least leave a message on the phone that the store is closed for business or has different hours in the off season. I also went out of my way to come here before heading to work to find a closed establishment that still had a sign saying "open at 8am everyday" hanging on the door.... read more

I was in Southhampton last week visiting friends, when I popped into JP for the second time while in SH. I only had cash on me and was treated horribly by one of the employees. The young woman at the register was very sweet and asked me if I minded my change in dollar bills, which I had no issue with. She then asked the other employee , perhaps she was the manager( not sure) for change. This woman was rude and dismissive of me wanting to use cash. I was so taken back by how rude she was. I came back a few minutes later with a credit card and I explained to this employee how I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me. She literally said, well I don't appreciate not having change. If I was the owner, I would fire her immediately. The other employees are so helpful and pleasant . I went in for a juice to uplift me and left feeling crappy. The juice is actually really good, but with the way this employee treated me, I will take my business across the street to the health food store. Not a good vibe for a juice place! read more

Great place - fresh clean organic juices and smoothes. Very helpful service. I inquired about nut free choices for my son's allergy and was given quick and helpful options. We got the organic watermelon juice and split it among three little kids. I tasted it and it was so delicious! Great job Juice Press! read more

Was served by a very entitled, snobby employee and left with the worst salad I've ever tasted. Stick to the juices.

It would be nice if you updated your Yelp or website with correct off-season dates. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to find a completely empty store. read more
