The guava gulp is my personal favorite but they've got several great flavors. I am personally not a fan of the yogurt based smoothies, so I love that there are a lot of sherbet options. If I could give this place zero stars I would! I came in around 1:53pm and order a Berry Delight. I let the cashier know I have a banana allergy. Mind you, the smoothie doesn't come with bananas. I did not receive a receipt at the time of purchase. As I'm on my way back home I take a sip and immediately taste banana. I call back up there and the "shift leader" or whatever the title answers. She proceeded to say "she's not sure " and I could come back with a full smoothie in order to receive a refund. When I come back all I am greeted with is "I'm sorry" and all she can do is refund me. When I ask for managements contact information I was told "I can't give that out and there isn't a manager here ". I asked for a receipt and "add nana " is on it. This is NEGLIGENCE!! Love this place. I like how simple it is; just a few different smoothie flavors, one size, nothing fancy. The smoothies themselves are great. I couldn't tell you a favorite flavor, because all the ones I have tried have been delicious. I like how the flavor of the week is $0.75 off, which is a great excuse to try new flavors. All of the workers are very nice! There is a young man at this location that is particularly friendly. My only complaint would be the parking at this shopping area, but they don't have any control over that. read more

Love, Love, Love The Juice Shop. The smoothies are made in front of you with fresh ingredients. The menu of flavors is very varied and each smoothie is more delicious than the next. I find the cost of $6.50 reasonable for the large size smoothie you get. Today I opted for the classic Strawberry Splash. It was so refreshing. I would like to try a different flavor every time I go. The Shop is conveniently located in a busy strip mall off of Lawndale Ave. It is a busy parking lot, but you'll be able to find a spot. There is stool sitting in The Juice Shop should you want to stay and enjoy your smoothie. I take mine to go, hop in the car and drink mine while driving. As the weather get hotter, I'll be going to The Juice Shop more often. It really hits the spot when you need a cold, pseudo healthy beverage. read more

After the experience that I had yesterday at the Juice Shop, I had made up my mind that I would never be a customer again. My smoothie was made wrong and when I called back to see about having it remade the "shift manager" Emma was very rude and the attitude that she gave was very unacceptable. Some of the behaviors that she exhibited in front of me yesterday while waiting on my smoothie to be made was unacceptable as well. Making drinks and sharing it with other employees, not good especially during a pandemic. She made fun of a customer while they were coming into the store. Her behavior was very unbecoming. I called back this morning and spoke with Danielle and she got things straight for me. I really appreciated the true customer service that she provided and that she actually listened to me instead of talking over me. Danielle if you see this, thank you for rectifying the situation that happened. Not bad, and good help. But these days there are so many smoothie places, that there is good competition. There aren't many choices here, and not many additions to choose from. That said, there is nothing wrong with this place... it's quick, and tasty, and you get what you pay for... which is good. It's just become outdated when it comes to choices. read more

The Juice Shop is a classic Greensboro establishment, and one of my favorites from the time I was very little. It's hands down the best smoothie store anywhere. My personal favorites are the "Blueberry Blitz" and "Polar Peach." They also have tons of free add-ins such as bee pollen, lethicin, protein, amino acids, calcium, etc. if you're into that type of thing. It's the type of place that you still want to go to, even if it's 26 degrees out, as I did. Amazing smoothies. Amazing flavor. Local business. Need I say more? I love this place! I make it a point to stop in when I come in town! I always get the Razzmataz w/ the Shop Boost. I was informed this weekend though, that the manufacturer of the Shop Boost has discontinued the production and The Juice Shop has not been able to find suitable replacement options. Which is sad but what can you do...they value the quality of what they point in their smoothies. The Razzmataz is tangy and sweet, the reason I like it. This can be a huge inconvenience for those of us that do not use cash. I cannot not even tell the times I would have stopped to get one but did not have the cash on hand. 2012.
