Have only gotten one flavor of juice here, but it was amazing! We had a custom strawberry/lemon/mint juice made ( they don't have it on their menu), but they made one up for my husband and I and it was fantastic and refreshing! We both shared the drink and ended up going back shortly after to order another one! The owners are super sweet and didn't make it seem like a problem that we wanted a custom order, which was great and a relief. Some places you go make you seem like a burden! So after 20 years of coming here, I finally find myself writing a review. They are always consistent and I enjoy the sweeter fruittier smoothies, while my health nut girlfriend gets kale juices, wheatgrass, and other rabbit food. The owner works so hard and has been there mostly herself thru these hard times. Their speed and quality are top notch with very affording prices (Especially for the area!). They completely remodeled the store a couple years ago. Every square inch of the place got redone, I like the new outdoor seating option (when we can use it again!!!!). I'm so disappointed in this place. I liked them well enough and have gotten some of their smoothies and bowl. Unfortunately I was in line waiting to order and noticed the the woman who works there (who is also possibly one of the owners) kept using the same blender between all the smoothies and bowls. She wasn't switching blenders there for not using a clean blender for every order. The order were all different! I thought maybe it was a weird fluke, so I still went another time. This time I saw her taking the dirty blender out of the sink, it clearly had a lot of the previous smoothie left in it, and she used that to make the bowl for someone. Didn't even rinse it. DISGUSTING!! Not only is this a concern for anyone who might have an allergy, since some items contain peanuts, but it's also a health hazard. Got an Acai bowl that was fine but when I ordered the woman at the register stoped me before ordering with a note saying she lost her voice. No big deal that's fine. I ordered a water too which evidently was very annoying for her. I tried to tell her the option I wanted but she had already left before I could. She started making it without letting me tell her one of the standard options and she said I couldn't have it that way cause she had already made it the other way and slammed the blender down and was seriously rude about just using soy milk instead of apple juice. Then it didn't even have blueberries which it was supposed to have on the top but I just left cause she got so upset about the soy milk and water. Look I get it that you don't feel good cause obviously you lost your voice but you know what I'm pretty darn pregnant feel absolutely horrible from being in that crazy heat at a morning meeting thus the need for the water and apple juice sounded horrible to my pregnant brain. I was as nice as possible to her despite the outbursts and I was the customer. Sometimes when you don't feel good you just have to deal with it and still provide good customer service. I had a peach pineapple blend and it was pretty tasty. They had some fresh fruits out for the actual juicer they have but for smoothies it was all pre-cut and frozen. You can pick your flavor and get it blended with juices or soy or yogurt or sorbets. It was a leetle pricey but most juice places are really. I was really happy with the array of flavors though, from tropical to more traditional. They also make acai bowls ( haven't tried em ) and some more health/protein shake options. I got the mango mama smoothie and it was good that's why I am giving a 3 stars. My boyfriend got an Amada acai bowl. It was $8 which is pretty pricey for the size but usually the toppings make up for it. They gave literally four tiny pieces of strawberry and banana. I do not recommend this place for grabbing a smoothie. I don't know if its just an anomaly, but yesterday afternoon when I was there, the customer service was horrible. I was looking around for a bathroom while my husband ordered ( they don't have a restroom btw), and the woman behind the smoothie counter gave me a disgusted "NO" face. She was insinuating that there isn't a bathroom, but the way she looked at me was so rude. Normally when walking into a smoothie shop, the workers are smiling and friendly.
