I really enjoy coming here for some fresh juice or a smoothie. The wraps are healthy, but delicious. The breakfast wraps with egg whites and chicken are where it's it. The only negative thing that I want to say is they should look into wrapping their wraps with parchment instead of foil. They cut into the foil and little foil particles were inside of my wrap. My favorite juice shop here in the Boynton beach, Delray Beach area. The menu here is huge. Everything is made fresh to order. There are tons of healthy options on the menu, but don't worry, plenty of proteins are tucked in on the menu as well. I've tried lots of different items and I can honestly say it all rocks. Only bad experience I ever had was a poorly wrapped burrito, one time, it just unraveled on me on my first bite. But I'll chalk that up to a one time occurrence 'cause I've ordered burritos after that and they were all spot on. Loads of people come in here for their after workout protein shake so it can get a few people deep in line.... But the wait is never more than about 5 minutes because they have lots of people in the kitchen. I absolutely love this place. It puts the juice shops of the West Coast (CA) to shame! read more

Update: 1/20/2017 No one ever called us to resolve this experience. At this point, I frankly don't care how great the food is- The customer service completely failed and they obviously don't care about their customers at the end of the day. No one from our office will ever go back. 1/19/2017: I'm very upset with the delivery service we received today. Do not order here if you expect to eat. I called in my order at 12:01pm and spoke with a very pleasant girl on the phone. The transaction was quick and painless and she assured me we'd have our food in about 30min. 1:03PM- No food. Our office is only 2.3 miles away. No call to let us know our delivery driver is running late. I called the store and the girl apologized and said "your driver should be there any minute, he left awhile ago." 1:22PM- No food. At this point, we've been waiting an hour and a half for our food and we are starving and grumpy. My associate calls the store very upset wondering why there is a delay and is told that the delivery driver had 6 other deliveries to make before coming to us. Here is the thing- if you are going to offer a delivery service, there needs to be a working system in place to service your customers in an appropriate amount of time. If you are giving your driver too many deliveries to make a logical or time-efficient route, you need to hire more people or give that driver less deliveries. We ordered 2 wraps and 2 ice teas. Not catering service. Our office is only 2.3 miles away and this order is an hour and a half late.. This is completely unacceptable. This is not a reflection on the delivery driver- he was just doing his job. He arrived finally, at 1:35PM, and was very pleasant (and handled my very grumpy coworker with class). When we called the store to express our frustration, the gentleman who answered the phone did not seem to care and said he would speak with the general manager, John, and get back to us. We have yet to hear back. The delivery driver told us that is not the general managers name and that the GM is actually a girl, so we're obviously extra frustrated that we were lied to. This experience has left a very poor taste in my mouth. If we didn't already pay for our meals, I would have cancelled long ago and ordered elsewhere. read more

This restaurant is a gem and an example for how others should operate. I've given this place chances over and over and the smoothies/meals have turned out disgusting and flavorless. However today was unbelievable horrible customer service! I just ordered a simple smoothie today and it was missing a few items that I SPECIFICALLY asked for twice! As I was driving away I quickly realized the ingredients I SPECIFICALLY asked for were missing. I was finally fed up of wasting my money and throwing away smoothies that were inedible I called immediately and I spoke to the Cashier by the name "Misty" and explained that I couldn't return at that very moment if I could come in later to have the smoothie remade.. She told me I would have to REPAY for it! What? Then as I asked to speak to a manager, she explained they would be there tomorrow morning to call and explain the situation to them. I asked for the name of the manager so I may speak directly to them. She then stated " it's against policy to give names out" and abruptly hung up the phone, I attempt recalling and was forwarded to automatic messages. After calling a few times she told me she had other customers to attend to and offered no help to accommodate my situation.
