First of all. They gave me hope, and then they took it away with their outdated menu. If their goal was to crush the human spirit they have succeeded. Soy cheese was exciting and rare and would have opened up a lot of the menu items for me. I ordered it so delivery dudes can deliver it to me. Due to their outdatedmenu and not having my order available this delayed my order by an hour. I have an hour lunch..hmm, hour minus hour leaves me how many hours to eat my lunch? I've literally been surviving off of oreos for two days waiting for some money to come in so I could get some real food I can just feel myself DYING but whatever man just because you couldn't be bothered to update your menu, the thing that communicates to your customers literally what you have to offer who cares, why would you do that? Also, the vegan burrito? What? It's a wrap with beans. I mean that's what it aspires to be. That's what it would be if it actually like...wrapped around it's contents. It's a huge unconstrained mess of..quinoa? Is that what specifies it as the vegan burrito? Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce a barely perceptible smear of guac and shredded carrots. Burritos are rice, beans, pico de gallo and gauc (could have done with vegan cheese too but) but ok. Also the tortilla definitely is supposed to wrap around the contents. The smoothie with banana, strawberries, and pineapple, tasted like the peel was in with it? Why? I could live my entire life happily not having drank nature's garbage. I'm a regular here. I have lived in Boynton Beach for close to 18 years, and I can tell you that there is no other healthier place to eat or drink than Juice Berry. From the delicious juices (go green) is my fave to the delicious falafel, vegan wrap ( black bean mex style) to the soups and salads. Everything is fresh, made to order and the service is ALWAYS super friendly and spot on. It's clean, it's reasonably priced and there's a loyalty card that I use to get my son his fave smoothies which are actually packed w nutrition, real fruit and are colorful and delicious. I've been w JB since they opened their doors a few years ago and I'll be w them til eternity. Finally, Boynton got a break and got a great juice/healthy restaurant. So happy! read more

I attempted to redeem a groupon at Juiceberry today that was valued at 15.00 worth of food. I ordered 13.46 worth of food and the woman at the counter told me I had to spend more than the 15.00 in order to use my groupon. I'm explained that that wasn't how groupings worked. She said that had to pay more than 15.00 song was paying tax. I offered to pay the tax on the 13.46. The manager continues to argue with me and would not process my payment. I left without my order and called Groupon. Juiceberry was wrong and my money was refunded. I hope 1.50 was worth losing a customer. read more

Sorry guys - we really appreciated your food on two visits but, today our office spent 10 dollars on your soup for take out and when you give us a take out container that melted on the way to the office destroying the soup ( and spilling everywhere) we were really upset. but, the one star comes from when we (peacefully) called you to make it right and replace the soup, you failed to take responsibility. While replacing the 10$ soup would have had us chalk it up to an "accident" the lack of responsibility will have us not returning. read more

I use a meal delivery service so I hardly ever find myself needing a healthy meal when out. Well today I was without food and happened to stumble across this place. I got the chicken burrito and man I am impressed. Besides tasting amazing the burrito was filled with so many fresh ingredients including brown rice. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! I was so excited to try Juiceberry's meal plan since I have been trying to find one for a long time that's healthy and affordable. When ordering my meals I told them to not put Tomatoes on anything. I told them this because I am allergic to them (they make my throat very scratchy) but when receiving my meals I realized every single meal had chunks of tomatoes in them. When calling to tell them I said no tomatoes the girl told me I didn't say that (which you don't say to a paying customer) and if I brought my meals back they would pick the tomatoes out for me! I then explained that if I could pick them out myself I would and if I eat even the smallest bit of a tomato I get an allergic reaction. I went into the store and they told me they would NOT remake my two salads and a couple of wraps but they would give me my $80 back or I could pay $40 additional to the $80 and they would remake them! The girl then took my meals and gave me my $80 and would NOT let me reorder when I really wanted my meals for the week! This whole situation could have been handled differently we all know you buy your ingredients in bulk and then up charge all of us 100% or more. MAYBE you would have lost $10 out of my $80 from the few pieces of chicken and lettuce you used on in my meals. I have never been treated like this in my entire life especially over an allergy! I don't care if you have the a great reputation you don't treat a paying customer like that. Not only did they throw out my meals and lose my $80 but they lost a customer that would have been back on a weekly basis! read more

Love this place!!!!! It's so affordable compared to other juice places. Their juices are fresh and delicious and the people that work there are really pleasant. They have these sweet combos where you can get a juice and a sandwich for around $9. It's also a good vibe/atmosphere. Don't hang around outside in the evening though because there are a lot of people begging for money and to use your phone and such. read more

It's bright and cute and the menu offers a very extensive selection of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, breakfast options, salads, soups, wraps, sandwiches and pizza. Everything I've tried has been delicious. I'm especially hooked on the juices and salads. For juice, try the Elixir of Youth (with a name like that, you know you want to try it.) The falafel salad and the black bean quinoa salad are both excellent - and huge! If you don't end up with leftovers, you should consider a career as a competitive eater. Second time ordering from here, this time instead of the salad, I got the chicken burrito power wrap and the black bean soup. The burrito must have weighed over a pound, stuffed with fresh vegetables, well seasoned chunks of chicken and just the right amount of brown rice. This burrito is so big that I challenge you to eat the whole thing at one time. The black bean soup is very tasty and comes with a side of fresh guacamole and topped with feta cheese, very yummy. I was super stoked to try this place, being a 20-year vegan who tries to eat organic. When I went in, I was the only one in line; only one other person in the restaurant who was already eating. I inquired about various menu items. The worker helping me was barely SOMEWHAT knowledgeable about a few of the items. Amongst other things,he told me there are only a couple of vegan items. However, it was clear there were at least 7 maybe 10 and he also asked me if falafel is vegan. I was leaning in the direction of a combo (soup & salad or sandwich & soup), but they didn't offer any vegetarian options, let alone vegan, whatsoever despite the fact they have vegan and vegetarian signs all over an nearly half of their menu items are. He said they can make a sandwich without the meat, but couldn't add tofu, quinoa, or anything in it's place. The price would also be the same as if it had meat (sandwich choices were tuna or turkey with lettuce, tomato, and maybe a pickle and something else..so basically I'd have to get a lettuce, tomato sandwich) Talk about NOT accommodating! Especially for a mom and pop place with no home office to answer to. I've received better service at the strict corporate chains! So I was forced to pay the same price for one entrée as I would have for that entrée with meat and a soup or salad. Anyway, it was good (not AMAZING...good). As I am sitting there, an older woman walked in, also there for her first time, and inquired about several items. The same worker who helped me decided he would OFFER her various samples. So, apparently they do have a sense of customer service for select individuals. The most disturbing things though are that I overheard the worker say that only their kale and carrots were organic. That's quite a discrepancy in comparison to how they brand themselves and what their menu states. The other thing is that they are re-selling the $4.99 Costco (Kirkland brand) organic chips for $9.99. Obviously they purchase it down the street from the store and sell it for double the price. I believe that is completely distasteful. It's not like Costco is a commodity store with one location which is in a different state. That's just trying to take advantage of people. The Walgreens NICE! chocolate covered cookies are vegan too, maybe they should try to capitalize on those as well - "available at Walgreens for $2.99, but get them for this limited time at Juice Berry for $7.49 while supplies last!" read more
