A few weeks ago, I decided to do a juice cleanse. I'd never done anything like it before, and ordered it out of curiosity more than anything else. I did the 3 day regular cleanse. I was impressed that the juices were super fresh and actually pretty tasty. The gingerade and pina colada macadamia milk were super good - and, fortunately, those are the juices I started and ended my day with. The green juices were okay...nothing disgusting, but I wouldn't call them "delicious." The worst was the watermelon mint. Ew. I did not enjoy that one at all. I can say that with 6 decent-sized juices a day, I never felt super hungry. Do I think the cleanse was worth it? I did feel better after it. And I have been eating better since. But that might just be because I spent a bunch of money on "cleansing my system" and don't really want to feel like it all went to waste. Either way, I guess it had the intended effect! read more

AWESOME customer service. I ordered 2 6 day juice fasts from them. I was planning to do a fast between them for a ~2 week cleanse. I ordered 2 weeks without trying, because I've heard RAVE reviews about their juice. This is the first cleanse I've ever attempted, and I'm just not a cleanser. I'm super grouchy and tired all the time. I called customer service to cancel and refund my second week and they did so. The guy was also super friendly. The delivery people are also super sweet. I stopped in JuiceRX one morning after an overnight flight. All I wanted was a green juice, something healthy to keep me fighting off getting sick after spending so much time on a germ-infested plane. Though I intended to get only one green juice, I got a green juice and also one of the immunity shots. Both I couldn't finish. The flavor just wasn't right for me. I could barely take the smell and the flavor was not any better. I was disappointed that they didn't offer pure green juice (i.e. with no fruit). They had a lot of options, but nothing without any fruit. The gentleman working there was very friendly and helpful. It was his great customer service that was partially why I thought I'd give the immunity shot a try as well. He's also the reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. Though this place wasn't right for me and I didn't like the juice, it doesn't mean you won't! I won't go back, but if I did I would certainly ask for a sample of a juice before buying it. If I'm going to spend $9 on a juice I would like to find one I can stomach. read more

I had already decided on doing a 3 day juice cleanse with this company when they popped up on Gilt City. I had considered some of the other local juice companies, but this by far had the best reviews, additionally, I tasted some of the Blueprint juices at Whole Foods and found them rather unpalatable. I was very impressed with this cleanse- the service, the juices, and the way I felt afterwards. It was easy to schedule, easy to follow, and they were great about quickly responding to questions. Taste-wise I really liked most of the juices- they are fresh and it is clear that they pay attention to how the juice is actually going to taste. I literally can't say enough wonderful things about this juice company/place! From start to finish, it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Hands down. My girlfriend and I did the 7 day juice cleanse. It was pretty fun, day 3-4 was pretty tough, but after we got over that hump it was very doable. We got a 4 day shipment flown overnight and then the last 3 days were shipped and timed perfectly so we always had fresh juice. The bottles come in a box with numbers on them, so you know you just have to drink a 1,2,3,4,5 + a nut milk (6) each day. The nut milks are like dessert. Cookies and Cream was incredible. My favorites are the Rejuva Root, Horchata, and Pineapple Kale. I weigh about 218 and at the end of the 7 day cleanse I was 204!!! I felt great too. I've done juice cleanses in Portland before, but I always felt like I was starving. My girlfriend and I we're actually pretty full throughout the day saying, wow we still have 3 more bottles we can drink before the end of the day...! The owner is very friendly too, he called and checked in on me 2 times during the cleanse to see how it was going and if I wanted any specific flavors on the next shipment. I thought that was pretty cool. So the bottom line - this is by far the highest quality juice cleanse on the market, and its a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I have done 4 or 5 orders with them now - I am a huge fan! The juices are awesome, the cleanses got me trying flavors I would have never before (I don't like beets but love their beet juice!) I love that they have seasonal juices and new flavors all the time, but it is sad when my favorites are out of season (Liquid Love and Cranberry Cornucopia). But they have so many yummy juices and always new ones to try which is wonderful. Plus, they are great about doing substitutions and Traci is always so nice and quick - I get responses to my emails usually within an hour! I highly recommend trying their juices, and doing a cleanse. Day 1 can be rough if you don't follow their pre-cleanse tips, but Days 2-6 you feel great!!! read more

I LOVE JUICERX! I have never written a review on yelp. I always just read and soak up the knowledge. However, for JuiceRX, I feel compelled to give kudos. One could say that cleanses, fasts, etc. are never enjoyable. You do it for the benefits. You "suffer" through because you know it's good for you. This is the first time that I can truly say I enjoyed myself while on a juice fast. This stuff tastes GREAT! And it only tastes better as all of the bad stuff leaves your system! I started out on Monday craving a cheeseburger and by Thursday I was craving caprese salad! Still craving, but craving the good stuff! As for the service, it was FANTASTIC. They were so accommodating when I needed to make tweaks to the delivery schedule, and the delivery guy was prompt and personable (and pretty cute, too. ^_-). A lot of people get a bit of sticker shock when they look at the prices, but honestly, if you were going to do this on your own and get a GOOD juicer ($200+) and a weeks worth of organic groceries- enough to make THIS amount of juice with, then you'd pay about the same amount. The only difference here is that you don't have to spend 3 hours juicing everyday! They do it for you, they do it well, and then they DELIVER IT! What more could you ask for? Love their products. Not only they are scrumptious, but enhanced my immunity and decreased my inflammation. I was recovering from an injury on my abdominal (which I rather not discuss), and decided to try their products. Along with long rest, my recovery period reduced immensely. My friends and my doctor was surprised by the noticeable recovery. The doctor estimated about a month to 2 months to recover fully. It has been 2 weeks. I feel great and refreshed. Glad I found them. I just recently stopped by Juice Rx. And let me tell you, I was very impressed. I purchased the Liquid Gold, which has orange, pear, lemon, and tumeric. The taste was just right. I normally don't drink juice because it's too sweet. I also tried the rescue elixir shot. That one was a bit hard to stomach because of the cayenne pepper. I would try mixing it with the liquid gold or one of the other juices they have. The person working there was really helpful and was the one who convinced me to try the Rescue Shot since I had mentioned I had just gotten over a nasty cold and was feeling really weak. I like that they have a great variety of juices and healthy snack options. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back. It's worth every cent. Five stars read more

Today was my first time stopping in their Streeterville store, they're conveniently located in the heart of the medical district a couple steps from Michigan Ave. The barista, Jess, was very helpful in helping me build a custom bowl - which I appreciate considering some dietary restrictions. The acai base itself was very thick and creamy (something a lot of places mess up), and there was a reasonable amount of toppings carefully assorted on top. This was my first time doing a juice cleanse. A friend of mine had done the Blueprint Cleanse and Cooler Cleanse, they both looked great but both were far away for me and delivery was crazy expensive. I found this JuiceRx Cleanse and am so glad I did! I did the 6-day Green Cleanse and felt absolutely amazing afterwards. I eat pretty healthy to begin with so it wasn't much of a shock to my system, but the energy I had by the end of it was unreal. I felt so clean and light. The green juices were better than I thought they would be. They cut the bitterness of the greens with apples and pears, so they were very delightful. Every day I looked forward to my 'pumpkin spice milk' at night, which was by far the best drink I have ever had. I wish I could have that everyday for dessert. Unfortunately I did this cleanse right before Christmas/the holidays which I thought was a good idea, but I didn't eat the best immediately following these 6 days. So I am planning on doing another one soon and can't wait. One more thing I must add, the customer service is outstanding. First of all, they deliver right to your door and the guys who delivered the juices were SO nice. Secondly, Dean was very accommodating for me with a few things when I ordered the cleanse. OK I am going to be very honest. I'm a nursing mom...so I did a 3-day green cleanse. I am generally a very healthy, mostly vegan, organic eater. Little meat and dairy, 95% organic in everything. So I didn't have any side-effects on day 1. I also juice daily at home for breakfast. Day 1 - the first drink was flavored water. I was a little disappointed that I spent so much $ for what was basically water with ginger & lemon. Hunger pangs kicked in mid-day. I loved the green juice with the cinnamon (Liquid lunchbox?). That was one of my faves. Cashew milk at the end of the day was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Day 2 - Energetic in the AM - cleaned house before I even had my first juice. I actually forgot to drink juice 4 this day - don't know how. Must have been too busy! Doing much better than day 1. Day 3 - So nice not having to cook or worry about what to eat or getting something to eat. Just grab a bottle and go! I was sad to see this end... So I lost 10 lb and most of it was water weight, I'm sure. But my pants fit me great so I am happy! Can't wait to do a 6-day cleanse next. Yes, this is not cheap. But it is organic and when I juice at home all the ingredients cost about $8 for one juice. What's the point of doing a cleanse with non-organic produce?!? And VERY IMPORTANT - it's best to literally "chew" the juice. Take small sips, swirl it around and literally chew it. You will be so much more satisfied - I swear! I've been juicing for a long time. I do several detoxes per year, and this is one of the easiest and simplest that I have ever done... definitely very well balanced with a great variety of flavors and nutrients, plus the juices taste great. Day one was rough, ill admit- very low energy and very hungry, but ill blame that on myself for not prepping for the cleanse exactly the way i was instructed :) I was most terrified of #1, the spicy lemonade - at 7am,.. BUT- it was surprisingly yummy and it totally grew on me. Day 2 was much better, and by the end of day 3, i was so bummed to be done!! We were in town for New Years and stayed at a hotel across the street. Stopped in here New Year's Day to grab a healthy breakfast. We all ordered smoothie bowls and they did not disappoint. We got both the Fruit Alchemist and Harlequin Monkey. Both included a generous quantity of high quality toppings. We also got coffee which was tasty.
