The menu is more carefully curated to mix both the intent of the smoothie (digestion, protein, greens) and flavor. I got the Green Pistachio and Golden Power, adding two scoops of whey protein to the former. The smoothies came out fast and perfect temperature and consistency. The pistachio was a nice touch that was the primary flavor, and there was no grit from the protein or random flavors coming through. The Golden was also very good, and the cinnamon was the main flavor. It tasted like a sweet treat versus a healthy digestive aid. Not sure what this was prior, but excited to have a quick and easy place that serves delicious smoothies in a convenient location on the corner of 44th and Indian School.

It was a bit pricey ($8.49 for each bottled juice and $12.25 for each açaí bowl), but I feel like all of these places are pricey these days and you have to pay for quality... I received an email receipt immediately with an estimated pick-up time for 10 minutes later. I headed over a few minutes after the estimated time and the woman working there apologized and said that she just then saw the order. She finished helping another customer and then made our bowls. I walked out of there another 10 minutes after the estimate. Not a huge deal, but also, not a five star experience. The bowls and juices were very good however. I'm sure I'll return to try a smoothie or another açaí bowl / juice in the future, but either order in person or just know going in that the online ordering system is not always super accurate. Either way, it's great to have a healthy option in the neighborhood.

Over the past 12 years, we have literally purchased hundreds of Freezes, so we are very familiar with what a standard size 2 portion looks like. Our first visit to the Scottsdale Quarter location was disappointing. The Freeze serving size was noticeably smaller, approximately half of what we've consistently received at other Pressed Juicery locations. At the time, we didn't say anything to the server, but we did feel disappointed considering the price of $18 for two Freezes. We recently visited the Scottsdale Quarter location again on June 27th while shopping in the area, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, we had the same issue. The product did not even reach the rim of the cup, and the portion size again felt significantly smaller and a rip off. This time, I politely brought up the difference in portion size and shared photos as proof of what is consistent across several other Pressed Juicery locations compared to what we received at Scottsdale Quarter. The response I received was dismissive, and with an attitude the employee stated that this was the "correct" portion size. We will not be returning to this location. I would recommend visiting a different location to get a portion size aligned with $8.95 per cup and not served with a bad attitude.
