We ordered at the counter and that didn't take long. My daughter ordered a lemonade that she said tasted really fresh and refills were free! I ordered a kale juice with lemon, orange, and apple. With Korean I like steak with peanut i like chicken. I also sub the sesame seeds for cilantro in the Korean one. The juice is on point too. I don't think I've ever had the açaí bowls or the protein shakes because the bowls are so yummy. For low carb I get double veggies instead of rice. One of my top picks for clean eating. I'd never been to ChopShop before but have heard a ton about it. It was pretty good and the prices were a little high but I can't say it wasn't what I was expecting (like $15 a bowl). They have screens where you can order yourself and also someone working at the counter. I liked all the healthy options. I got the coconut Thai curry bowl and enjoyed it. My husband got the hot honey chicken bowl and his was SUPER good! The workers were all extremely nice. The dining area could have been a little cleaner. Nothing terrible but just a few tables not wiped down. Granted I come here multiple times a week and have lived in the neighborhood for over a decade , I usually end up walking from my home, I went in today around 4:15 pm for my usual protein shake and I was waiting for a self checkout kiosk to open up as I was ordering to go. A female employee who I had never seen before , who was one of two employees working along with a gentleman who I see often and is considerate and kind at his job, briskly ushered me to the cash register. There where to people ordering at the self checkout and nobody else was in front of me. I stepped in front of the cash register thinking I would get immediate and polite service. she rudely said that the delivery man who had just walked up after me was getting his order and I would have to wait and at this point I noticed the self checkout kiosks where free so I started moving toward them and she briskly and bluntly started taking my order. I ordered my protein shake gave her my name and waited for my drink. The man uncomfortably and nervously shouted my name and I picked it up it seemed unusual because I've had several interactions with him and there always polite and courteous and definitely to and from anyone else who works there.At this point I went back on the bench for a second to do something on my phone and take an Instagram photo and there was nobody else waiting in that area. Some people had ordered and sat down after. Nobody was waiting for a to go order. She somewhat rudely asked if I was waiting for something else I said no and she just stared at me and I left. I always get great service here the food is always good the restaurant is always quiet and clean and I was dressed In casual jeans a crop top and cowboy boots which I don't think is unusual for Scottsdale. Sometimes at the last minute if I'm just getting a protein shake I'll get a tea or cookie before or after my order.I do have tattoos but that's half of the phoenix /Scottsdale area, and I have come in after working out and I see people come in work out gear all the time. I've tried a couple of different bowls, but always end up with the green curry tofu. It comes with green onion, sesame seed, cilantro, sugar snap pea. Some days I get it with the Forbidden Rice and some days I get it with brown rice. It's delicious with either. The green curry sauce is flavorful and the only thing I would change is to add more! It's so good. The juices are always fresh and tasty. I either get the cool down with watermelon, pineapple, apple, lime, and ginger or the slim squeeze with pear, strawberry, orange, apple, kiwi, and lemon. So refreshing! I have yet to dine here. Two Chop Shops in one day. I dined in at this location. There was a mixup so I left the other Scottsdale location to meet friends. This is the original Original Chop Shop. It has a homey feel to it. There was no line when I arrived. The others were already there so I joined them at a table for a few. Two of us ordered The Club. I'm not a huge sandwich (bread) fan but it was tasty and filling. The third order was an Açaí Bowl. We had nice conversation while enjoying our meals. Overall, it was worth the extra drive to enjoy food fellowship and friendship. read more

After stirring thoroughly and removing the excess sludge off of the top, there was only about 24 ounces of drinkable juice. That's 8 whole ounces less than I paid for. That's a lot! There's NO excuse. When I order a 32 ounce juice and pay $17 for it, It's YOUR responsibility to fill the cup with the full and correct amount instead of just dumping whatever is in the blender into a 32 oz cup and calling it good. It's lazy and it's a rip-off. It's always hit or miss in quality with you guys. Something seriously needs to change. read more

This location is very efficient and typically when I place an online order through the Chop Shop app my order will be waiting for me on the pickup shelf in less than 10min. I love the new in app dinner duo combo available after 4pm -- for $12 I got the delicious teriyaki chicken bowl (half sweet potato hash + half brown rice and roasted veggies -- as my two bases) and one chocolate coconut cashew cookie. The teriyaki chicken & cookie were AWESOME SAUCE! I don't believe you can beat the price points at ChopShop for a quality healthy meal deal. This location is clean and the staff is very friendly. Plus, it is great for people watching since it is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. What I ordered was the teriyaki bowl with half sweet potato hash/half Jasmine rice, and the black beans. To say the least, I was not impressed. The sweet potatoes were undercooked and crunchy. I went in with a friend and wasn't going to get anything but then I saw their juice selections and I was torn between two, but the staff member assisting us gave us really great recommendations and I ended up LOVING my juice. When I went to Chandler later on I went and got another. The inside is big so during the rushes it could sit a lot of people. It's not super quick, we waited about 15 minutes for a to-go bowl, but I enjoyed the wait in the atmosphere and sipping on my juice.
