The green mussels are a pretty good size. In general they are bigger than black mussels. At about $14/lb, and a pound gives you about 12 mussels. I added potatoes and corn to my order. One order of potatoes comes with 3. Definitely go with the Juicy Special sauce; which is a combination of all the sauces. It gives them great flavor! However, the sauce is a tad bit oily. read more

The crawfish were good. We got the 5lb special. PJ is amazing. A sweet accommodating young man. The women's bathroom is NASTY. It's giving truck stop. Clean the walls, sinks, floors, and toilets. Had I saw this before ordering I wouldn't have eaten here. I attempted to talk to the Asian man at the counter whom I assume was the boss/owner. Very dismissive, not engaging at all. Apparently this is how he is on a regular. Sad. Anywho, if you can get past the nasty bathroom and attitude, the crawfish were fresh and seasoned very well. read more

The customer service here is not great. The staff is alright in attitude but lack basic service training. I ordered take out, and when I called it in they said the order would take 7 minutes. This location will not start preparing your order until you arrive and pay. I come in ten minutes after calling and AFTER I paid the clerk tells me that it's gonna be "very long wait" she however can not tell me how long that wait is. We ask another employee about the wait and they said it's going to be anywhere between 10 minutes to over an hour. Huh!?! Additionally I asked her to go ask someone in the kitchen on wait time to see if I could leave and come back. She went to the kitchen and came back out and purposefully avoided. First off it's kinda dark in this location. Not sure if all the lights were on but yea. No greeting at all. Just a "Are you dinning in or carrying? I decided to dine in but due to being the only customer I decided on just one pound of 9.99 crawfish with one order of two hard boiled eggs. Total was $17 with a Dr. Pepper. I wasn't a fan of the crawfish because it didn't have any flavor. I had to literally scape the oils and garlic from the bottom of the bag. It's was between medium and large size. They also bring a little cup of garlic butter. Crawfish were fresh but flavorless. I assume they put the sauce on after the bugs are cooked. read more

Just ordered crawfish, thinking it is in season and fresh... it was not. The taste was terrible, the texture was chewy and terrible, it smelled nasty. I think they are pawning off old frozen crawfish from last year. Avoid at all costs. read more

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I will never be going back. I found a worm in my crab boil bag and the staff claimed it wasn't a worm it was part of the broccoli smh. It was definitely a worm and that lets you know they don't wash off their food first before they cook it. I am disappointed and disgusted I did eat some of the food before I saw the worm read more

Service was sloooow. We were the only people in the place. Two workers ion the front at the time. The young lady was brushing her hair. When we asked on the young man never said a word. After about 3-4 minutes he finally pooped up from behind the register. We had a party of 10. But like I said we were the o my people in the place for a long time. I really enjoyed the food and service. I got the crab legs, sausage, and shrimp. It was so yummy! I will be coming back if I'm in the area. The only downside was the neighborhood, there was homeless man sleeping near the entrance of the restaurant which did discouraged me a bit, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. read more

Awesome wings, ranch dressing is Devine. More to follow. Very spacious. Nice DJ too on Saturdays, so put in your request. Dancing is allowed. Self seating. Staff is super, extra professional. I love Juicy Crawfish. My order usually consist of 2lbs of lemon pepper mild with three potatoes and two eggs. Recently I've been adding Beignets to my order. I also noticed gumbo on the menu . The more I order from Juicy, I try new entrees but I become a regular with crawfish every Sunday . The customer service is always pleasant. Even on crawfish off season, it's still good and Juicy. During their off season, I do remind them to allow my crawfish to soak in the seasoning. I've experienced one bad batch and immediately called them with my concern. I gave a 2 star because our waitress was very nice and the crab legs was good. BUT let me tell y'all it was a young woman who brought her dog in this restaurant and come to find out she was the sister of the waitress . The girl had her dog all in the kitchen and by the area of the fountain drinks. We recorded this mess and will be calling the Houston Health Department tomorrow. Very unsanitary and the waitress told us dogs are allowed. Oh really? They allowed in the back and by the drinks you serve us? I got the crawfish it was A decent size and ok. Not the best but definitely not the worst I've had. I've been here 3 times now, first time the craw fish was so small and very clearly not fresh. Second time was really good. This time was like I already said. Decent. Service was slow and she never asked me if I wanted A refill and brought my check before asking if I wanted anything else. Honestly the only REAL complaint I have though is the bathroom. They are HORRIBLE. Smells like sewage when you walk in, have to hold your breath, bath toilets were clogged with pee all over the seats. The sinks were covered with red chunks and toilet paper all over the ground. I almost went to the men's instead but just chose to hold it until I could get somewhere else; they were literally THAT bad. read more

Welcoming and friendly staff. BYOB if want a beer with your crawfish. Luckily, CVS is around the corner and it was after the hour Sunday to purchase. Crawfish were a little small, but the taste and flavor made up for it. This eatery is in a shopping strip so plenty of parking. Many ways to have your crawfish soaked in. Well done. read more

Another place that does not boil the seafood in flavor but dumps heavy bland seasoning mixes on top. I ordered 1 pound of snow crab and 1 pound of crawfish from Uber eats today, and spent about $55 before tip etc for some of the worst seafood I have ever had. The crawfish was not only bland but tasted frozen and very hard to peel! Crab legs are super easy to infuse flavor into and these were bland as well! The seasoning mix they had on it was supposed to be garlic butter but it just tasted like paprika and oil! NEVER AGAIN! If you love seafood this is NOT the place for you. read more

Crawfish was pretty big, flavor was delicious. I got the house blend medium and it wasnt too spicy i'll get hot next time i like for my mouth to burn. Gumbo is thick and unflavorful, I won't order again. Overall, I'll be back for crawfish only read more

The food was reasonably priced for 4 shrimp and 3 pieces of fish. The guy said 10 minutes and it was pretty much. The fries were straight type with seasoning on them. They were okay but I would have preferred crinkle. The seafood looked fresh, and batter was a light golden brown as if it was cooked in fresh grease. I would order again but pick a different side. read more

Was on this side of town and wanted some juicy tasty crawfish. This place was reviewed as a great place but I struggled to agree with the previous reviews. The crawfish were horrendous. They don't season their water before boiling their seafood, they dump a bunch of seasoning on top of the seafood in the bag and there's extremely too much butter in their water because that's all you can taste. We also ordered the spicy and it was missing all of the spice along with flavor. So I'll say the food was SOMETHING but it wasn't IT at all. ‍ read more

It's a great place. However, the portion size isn't what is expected. The price you pay is not what you get. I will say the taste of the food is good. Service is not bad at all they have great employee's. Very attentive and move quickly. The inside looks amazing. i love how you can just draw or write on everything inside. Again, it is a great place when it comes to flavor. So please give it a try. read more

The restaurant its self was very nice and clean. My waitress was polite and attentive. But the first red flag was the fountain drinks. My friend and I had to literally switch out our drinks twice and after that we just decided to purchase a bottled drink. Then the crawfish and boiled shrimp comes out... steaming hot and fresh out the pot! A taddd bit over cooked tbh. But the main thing it was missing was some flavor!!!! It seem like they didn't use any seasoning while boiling the crawfish and shrimp, they tasted so bland. The "blend" flavor that they have is alright... I wouldn't come back. read more

Mid at best. Ordered a pound of head on shrimp with 1 potato and two boiled eggs. Received headless shrimp and it was only half a pound. Waiter told me "oh I'll just change it in the system. (Head on is cheaper) Sauce had no flavor, just spice. Our drinks were the last thing to come out (should be first) My husband asked for dipping sauce, after 10 minutes he had to walk up to the counter and get it himself. Waiter never came to check on us once. I had to walk up to the counter to ask for our bill ... If you like FLAVOR & good service, don't come here. read more

Inside it's a nice restaurant with an upscale feel to it. I ordered a house salad for $9 to start and the Pasta Rosa entree for another $28. The salad arrived first with a generous amount of romaine lettuce with diced tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots and chopped eggs on top. With my chosen ranch dressing it was a good tasting salad. The Pasta Rosa dish had sliced Parmesan strips on top of penne with shrimp, crawfish and sausage for the protein with mushrooms and a tomato cream sauce. This meal initially tricked me. My first impression was that while there was plenty of protein the taste of the tomato cream sauce was lacking some flavor. I expected more. However as I kept eating and getting beyond the top layer of the food the flavor increased significantly. I think that the proteins caused the sauce in the lower half of the dish to create more punch. This dish got better and better and I changed my mind. It turned out to be a very good tasting and filling meal. Finally the table service was very good too. P.S. I also tried part of another appetizer which was the bar b q shrimp for $16. They were tasty. I like Rouxpour and would return. My only negative is that their prices are a little on the high side in my opinion.

She suggested the sampler which is not on the menu but for $9.99 it comes with all the crawfish starters. Chargrilled oysters, peach Magarita and garlic noodles. Cindy X was right on the spot. Food was hot, has flavor and tasted delicious. Tab was under $20 and I felt I got my monies worth. I'm definitely returning to try other menu items.
