The Étouffée was a letdown of epic proportions. Bland, under-seasoned, and tossed with rice that screamed "canned soup vibes"--it was an insult to Cajun cuisine. The bread? Stale, slathered with what tasted like chemical "butter" spray. The vibe of the place didn't help--grimy and neglected, it felt like cleanliness was an afterthought.
