The chicken itself was tender and good, the broth was far too thin to be a good curry, but the flavor itself wasn't too bad. It was unfortunate that it did not look like the photo, it was missing the red peppers and the basil leaves. The Pad See Ew beef....well, I am a huge fan of this dish and get it every possible moment. This one was definitely not my favorite - the sauce itself was a bit too "fishy" for my taste. The noodles were pretty mushy by the time they arrived and they seemed to be the dry rice noodles (not the fresh ones.). The beef itself, which is a $3 upcharge, was good, though.. So, I would order the curry again and perhaps order a non-noodle dish next time.... but I would order again, with my expectations in check. The beef salad had a nice fish sauce flavor to it. I would get both of them again. We also got the mango sticky rice. Apparently the blue rice is colored naturally, which is a plus for me. It tasted pretty good. I can't say I have had many mango sticky rices, but the mango was nice and ripe and the sticky rice was good. I liked how it wasn't too sweet. I would come back again.

Maybe it was Hodo brand, but if not, there's something else out there of similar quality. I eat a lot of tofu, and you can tell the difference. I was less enthused with my chive cakes, which were just tremendously oily and also had a rather strong cruciferous smell. Would not order again. The laab, despite the quality tofu, was decent but did not blow me away. The green curry was full flavored, while the drunken noodles came up just one flavor note short; needing some vegetarian substitute for whatever they left out. Overall, this haul lasted me several days and the upsides were enough that I would come back for a different order.

I ordered fajitas from this restaurant, and I was about to place my order online and it told me my total was $17.89. Literally about to press the button to process my order, but decided I would just call them and pay for it when I went in there. When I arrived they instead asked me to pay them $23.89. I said that is literally five dollars more than what it said on your website and what it told me I was going to pay on your website where I just almost placed my order. They laughed it off and said we haven't changed the menu yet. The bottom line is that is false advertisement, and all these restaurants that continue to do this type of thing can be found for fraud because of it. If you tell me one price online and charge me a different price when I come in to your restaurant, that is clear false advertisement. It's not only false advertisement, but even extra than that when it was about to allow me to place my order online for a total of $5 less. Sick of this type of terribly poor business practice. Second time this has happened ordering from them and they literally had no accountability and ruined my dinner when I brought it up this time. I sit here at 9pm after leaving their restaurant 10 minutes ago, hungry, disappointed and sick of unaccountable folks running things acting like it's ok. I've eaten there about four times now and only because it is one of the only options out here when you live 45 minutes from all other parts of civilization with restaurants. You may think that doing this doesn't matter, but I know it does and everybody is about to learn how much it does matter after the ftc contacts them. And yes, over 50% of restaurants post 2020, participate in this immoral bait and switch business practice, and I for one am going to make it part of my business to put and end to it, by reporting every single business that continues to do this. The level of care that is delivered to customers in the restaurant industry post 2020, is abhorrent and it needs to stop.

The previous owner ran it into the ground since buying it from Peter Chang, but now the original owner is back. We have had two family banquets here over the past month and they were fabulous. The sleeper on the menu is the great curry fish soup. Peking duck is available every day and is simple and superb - crispy skin and slivers of rich meat. The "party room" has big round tables with huge lazy Susans, so passing dishes is easy. That room has a wall size TV which was playing the World Cup both days we were there. The main dining room is more elegant. They are still waiting on their wine and beer license as of July 2026. We ordered a huge amount of food and the bill with tip came to $50 a person. Also recommended is the fragrant numbing hot pot. Don't hesitate to order very spicy - this is Cantonese cooking, not Szechuan. Any drawbacks?
