I got my gel pedicure done yesterday, and already the polish fell off one of my toes.. I got nicked on the left side of the big toe, and I know that can happen sometimes. I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for Neosporin to be applied. I feel like it's common sense to apply antibiotic on a cut before applying any polish, especially since the whole left side of the nail was trailed with blood. I do appreciate the owner I think, on helping me out on that. As of this morning, the cut was still bleeding, and I had to clean it again and wrap in bandage. Lastly, the application and work on the nails themselves were sloppy. I did ask for a correction, but I noticed the others still weren't even afterwards. At that point, I decided it was best to go to another salon afterwards since it was clear that the technician simply didn't have the skill set. As you can see in the photos - French tip smeared on a nail, tips in terms of length were uneven in thickness,a couple of toes were lop sided, and the gel polish wasn't evenly applied so the polish looked splotchy. Currently typing out this review as I'm getting it corrected in another salon. I don't have any interest in returning, even if a correction is offered. With the amount of positive ratings listed here, I think retraining should be done with technicians to make sure quality of services are equal for all. Left a 10% tip as a nod towards the woman who helped with the Neosporin.

She is super detail oriented and will ask you along the way to make sure you like your nails. And the best part, the nails last in great condition for weeks. Also, her studio is just too cute. If Vicky is not there/out of town , I have also been with Kim, who is as great as Vicky as well and takes cares of me. They also have added a great team of ladies who are also very friendly, kind, and accommodating and do a fantastic job if both Vicky and Kim are busy, so you are in great hands with any of them. All of them are very detailed-oriented and thorough with the quality of work with each of their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing as well. If they are busy with clients, they usually allow you to wait until they're done with their client or can even schedule day/time to come back another time with great customer service. It's usually cash-based, but they have other cash-app services you can use, so you can ask them to make sure. Highly recommend this place for any gentleman and/or ladies! Still nothing fancy here and the inside is a little outdated and dingy, but I like coming here because they do a great job at cuticle care and really digging into the skin on the sides of my nails and scraping everything off. I don't get massage or oils or callus care so I can't speak to that, but even with the basic gel pedicure I get, my gel lasts a really long time due to the prep. No frills, the techs probably won't try to talk to you, and aside from the music it's kind of quiet inside. I lowkey don't even feel comfortable having a conversation with my dad when he's getting a pedi next to me that's the vibe inside.

I really wish they had been more transparent about the pricing. It's hard to tell in the picture, but one of my nails had come off, so I went to get it fixed. The color is slightly different from the rest, and the nail tech definitely noticed, but she just kept going while laughing with her coworkers in a way that made me feel like they were making fun of me.
