They spent 30 minutes trying to comb out the knot. The knot couldn't be combed out and they were going to cut it. The girl was sorry and we know it's an accident but something like that could have been prevented. Maybe comb the hair from the bottom first before blow drying it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least not charge for the service.
