Update since chatting with owner: I raised my review from 1…read moreto 3 stars for now. Owner is incredibly kind and was very sympathetic towards my unfortunate experience. She's expressed working with her worker on listening to the customers needs and has been kind enough to personally do my brows in the future. I've always been keen on second chances so I'll check this place out again one day. Review prior to speaking to owner: I specifically asked the lady not to make my eyebrows super thin and she said OK. By the time she was done they were very thin and I made a remark that it was super thin and she said yes it looks better on you which made me very upset because I specifically asked her not to do that. It's not for her to decide unless I asked her to do what she felt was best. I even had a photo to go off of and told her to just clean the single hairs. I will not be back at this spot. They charge $17 just for eyebrow threading and she was very pushy to get other work done such as hair on my face or my upper chin, etc..

At the end of the service when we went to get our hair blow dry, one of the girls messed up somehow when blowing and combing and cause a large knot to form at the end of my friend hair. They spent 30 minutes trying to comb out the knot. The knot couldn't be combed out and they were going to cut it. The girl was sorry and we know it's an accident but something like that could have been prevented. Maybe comb the hair from the bottom first before blow drying it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer any type of compensation or at least not charge for the service.
