Visited this location to get my car wash without scratches from a traditional car wash. However this was not the case. The employees there took brooms to my car scratching the paint and my windshield. Before I could walk back out to stop them the employee drove it into the tunnel. When the car was wet it looked fine, however after the car dried off countless scratches can be seen all across my car. I went back less than 24 hours later to talk to a manager to complain about the damages that were caused, however we were greeted with aggressive, argumentative employees. I gave this place a try, however books are meant to be judged by their covers. I am filing a claim with my insurance company for said damages. read more

Used to be much better, Now I'm having big problems with this place ; they've raised the price from $15 to $21 in the last year, if you use a card, they charge a dollar card fee PLUS tax. But the worst is 2/3 of my last car washes they did not wash the wheels on the right side of the car - the side you cannot see if you are watching them work - really shitty work. Car wash of last resort. How do you leave with dirtier interior is beyond me. It's also hella scary like something out of a horror film. The guys were very short and curt with me from the start. Worse car wash ever. When pulling in they start scrubbing your car with a broom brush. NO SPRAY DOWN. No rinse. Scratched the hood and front fender. Had to tell the lady to stop. When explaining the situation to the front desk. His rude response is, she's a new employee. When ask to speak to manager, he says he's not around. Worse customer service. Tried for first time. Asked for "The Works". Car cane out with black skuff marks on rear qtr. they came out with a little elbow grease using their rag I grabbed, but I had enough when the attendant asked me to pull the car up . I told him if they actually cleaned it I would have been gone already. As I got in to drive away I noticed the inside of windshield and dash hadn't been cleaned. Don't know why the low ratings! Took my car here today after my husband parked my car under. A crab apple tree and it was a mess!! The apples were mushed and hardened. Could barely pick off with my own nails. Idk how they did it, but the got it all off!! Sparkling clean with no sight of the apple mess. Also their prices are amazing! Poor cleaning job and damaged my car in the process. They then refused to take responsibility for the damage and were outright insulting. The manager even made veiled threats and showed me his gun holster when I insisted that the damage was caused by their hand held equipment. I've run into other people who had similar experiences of the service staff trying to threaten or fight them. I know this sounds insane but there are multiple people with similar horror stories. Suppose to be a car wash but they did a terrible job. Go anywhere else or just leave your car dirty. I think the biggest problem is the workers who take your car do not speak or understand English. The old lady at the front is rude and could use some customer service training. She acts like it's the only place in the world to get your car wash. This place is not fancy, but they take their time washing your car. I almost didn't go here because the reviews were so bad, but I am glad I gave them a try. I saw a few luxury vehicles ahead of me so I didn't feel as nervous driving my car through. They were helpful in removing window tape/glue from a new window install. They thoroughly wipes down the car after coming through the final drying. I was pretty happy with their service. I also think I will be returning for their 8.00 external wash more often. Hello all my fellow patrons on yelp...I must say this car wash is run down and the equipment looks as if it was more than 20 years old.. it definitely needs updating and the property is a mess, reminiscent of the TV show Sanford and Son. This morning my son went there to get the car washed and during the process, A piece of their equipment or a piece of their plow ended up on the inside wall of the right rear tire of the car causing it to go flat. The employees there would not make good on the tire, advising us that was probably a piece of the plow caused it and not their problem.. we'll see what the Elmsford justice court thinks of that but I'm advising everybody that there's a better and newer car wash right up the street and you should there until this place gets updated.. read more

Awful car wash!! Long lines for a dirty car wash. The car comes out dirtier than when it went in. They also try to cheat you out of what you pay for. I paid for armor all on the tires and they always seem to forget. They clean the interior windows and they do a lousy job. The windows come out all streaky and dirty. Stay away. read more

I paid for a car wash with hot wax, tires shine/armor oil and interior cleaning to only be met with an unclean car and scratches to the inside of my driver side glass window. When I confronted them, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. Unfortunately, I have to get my car cleaned again and pay for damages to the glass window. I used to always go to Julio's because I knew I'd get a good car wash for not a ton of money. I went today and oh boy did they do a terrible job. My back window definitely wasn't cleaned at all, nor was my rear view mirror. There was still dust all over the dashboard, the front window was half cleaned and the rear windows looked like someone wiped a wet cloth over the windows once. So, needless to say, I will no longer be a customer of Julio's. I spent $14 to get my car cleaned today and have to get it cleaned again tomorrow. read more

I had gone to this car wash for years, I had a small issue with the staff breaking my garage door opener. The owners could care less about the situation. They refused to replace the broken door opener or even refund my car wash. I was absolutely appalled that they didn't care about a long time customer. Truly the worst car wash around. STAY AWAY!!!! One of the worst. Brought my car in which had a lot of bird droppings on it. Guy there said the super wash would clean it all. Car came out with a good amount still on there. They made very little effort to get it off and said I could send it through the wash again. Went to do that and the guy at that part of the place said "if I scratch your paint it's not my problem." I have been using them for many years and have always found them to provide a good cleaning for my car. I am always a little nervous when they take my car to position it on the track to take it thru and have never had a problem. The staff seems courteous and my car is well cleaned. I'm not sure why the low ratings for these guys because they got my car cleaner than any car wash I have visited in a long time. I drive a lot 55-60K a year, and I stop at car washes from all over NY to No. Va. Living in the Allegheny Mountains in PA, traveling through these areas, I see a fair amount of lousy weather especially snow. This was the first time the brake dust was ever cleaned from my wheels, the first time the door sills were clean all the way around, the first time there wasn't salt residue spraying or dripping back onto the windows from the seals after driving away from the car wash. Very bad customer service. Twice I have lost my car antenna in this place. First time I thought it was my mistake and the second time it went missing too. When I asked the crew as soon as it came out of the wash, the team showed me the slip that the customer has to remove the antenna before the wash. The team could have told that before entering the wash but utter bad service. They also made accusations that I did not fix the antenna and showed no sympathy. I paid to have my car washed, drive away, stop at CVS and coming out notice that the passenger side still has dirt along the underside of my Ford Escape and the guys that wiped my car down smeared the "dirt" in circles on the side of the car. I bring the car back, can't find the guy that collects the money, get back in a five car line, and get out when it's my turn and explain to the guy that they didn't fully wash my car. They shrug there shoulders, speak in Spanish, the manager comes over and is angry that I'm holding up the line so they spray the "mud" area with a water bottle and push it through the car wash again... It comes out with less dirt but the "mud" is still there!! I tell the guy it's still not clean and he yells at me "MUD TOO THICK... NO MORE FREE WASH!"... And walks away... REALLY????
