I had to come back two more times because they couldn't get it right. While "fixing" it, they broke my bumper clips and used zip ties to hold things together -- without telling me. I was sitting inside my car the entire time, and they clearly hoped I wouldn't notice. It gets worse. They poked a hole in an OEM headlight component that was specifically designed to prevent humidity from getting inside. When I questioned it, I was told, "It's fine, it won't get wet," and they slapped a sticker over it like that somehow made it acceptable. This isn't just poor workmanship -- it's careless damage to factory parts and a complete lack of honesty and accountability. If you don't know how to properly fix something, say that. Don't experiment on customers' vehicles and destroy OEM components in the process. Completely unacceptable.

He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it. I would say that's my only regret now because I definitely feel the difference when the sun is in front of me. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. Then 5 months later one of the door speaker started to make a loud noise that's wasn't normal. Took it to them change rca from voice amp and open my subwoofer box to look for loose cables then after that my bass wasn't the same no more and the noise kept happening, so took it multiple times with them bought new tweeter, bass amp is clipping now, bass quality is not the same. I ask why my bass doesn't the same and they only said I need 10s or 12s so the bass be louder but that wasn't issues with this at first place it was voice speaker making a noise. Bought battery because maybe that was issue and no. Until now my sound system doesn't sound the same.
