Ate lunch there. Most of the meats were overcooked. One of the chicken dishes was fine. The hot and sour soup was good.

I know the reviews are mixed but honestly, this is above par for most Chinese buffets let alone one tucked away in Huntington PA. Let me start by saying you need to know what to order... Not everything here is a home run so use your judgement. The fried catfish is really amazing if you pick out the pumper pieces. The teriyaki chicken on a stick is really stellar! The white rice is slightly sticky without being gluey. The desserts are often dry but the fruit is usually really good. The ice cream is good so long as other people didn't knock a bunch of ice crystals down into the ice cream, I hate that! I usually stop in here if I'm in Huntington. read more

Clean. Good steamed rice. Very good Crab Rangoon! Steamed shrimp were great. They were right next to the Jello. The Chinese dishes consisted of sweet and sour or brown sauce dishes. Excellent, bottomless ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, rainbow sherbet, mint chip). Price was reasonable. Service/ busser was attentive with clearing empty plates and refilling drinks. The absolute worst Chinese buffet I've ever been to anywhere in Pennsylvania ever. I never expect to much from a Chinese buffet but this place is simply awful in every way possible. Cold, stale, flat soda and pathetic. Literally put food on my plate , sat down, had a few bites , and just couldn't do it. Yes it's that bad. The whole experience was literally less than 5 minutes, I went to the register to complain and was completely blown off. The cashier didn't even acknowledge my disappointment she simply put her hand out and said $19.95. No sorry, no what can I do, no anything. The dirty floors, lack of food, and only 1 other customer should've been my first clue. I would actually give this restaurant a 3.5 stars if possible, but not a 4. Here's the deal. It's the typical Chinese buffet. Nothing special. BUT, what they do have on their buffet is delicious. So, if you're looking for run-of-the-mill Chinese takeout menu items, these are extra tasty. However, the atmosphere and buffet choices are very stereotypical. We were hungry. We were tired. We wanted to eat a lot. We ate a lot at the Jumbo China Buffet. There wasn't anything special about this place that made it stand out from other hole in the wall "Chinese" buffets. I think this place could make a few simple improvements to make it 50% better. First off, get rid of the fluorescent lights in the dining area. They make everything look dingy and gross. Second, the desserts were stale. The ice cream wasn't any better. It was kind of grainy. I used to enjoy going here. However the last few times, the warm food was COLD and not very good. They need to keep the warm food warm and the cold food cold. I will not go back here because I fear getting sick from food not at the proper temperature! I suspect they turned down the warmers to save a buck. I used to love going here. There aren't many options for Chinese food around this area, unfortunately. This used to be my go to place for Chinese, but now I completely avoid it. The last time I was there, I watched one of the employees pick up old food that people accidentally dropped out onto the buffet bar and throw it back in with the fresh food. That grossed me out, so I won't go back for that reason. Also, I'm not a fan of how the wait staff seems to stand and stare at you the whole time you eat... and I don't think I've ever seen any of them smile. Probably one of the two best places to go in town, the other being Hoss's, if you want to crap your organs out sideways. I'm working on my second lung now, as I write this and can't remember if it was the General Tsos or possibly the extra helping of Teriyaki Chicken. Whatever you do, stay away from the Imitation Neptune Salad, as your reaction is as genuine as the porcelain of which you sit on in reflection and regret. If the menu said age 6-10 cost $4.99 for Saturday lunch, we are charged for 3 adults x $6.99 plus beverage and tax for 2 adults 1 child aged 10 although my daughter looks older than 10, the price needs to be adjusted if they don't bother to ask their age. I almost choked to death on a piece of meat that was so spicy it made me involuntarily cough while I was eating it.
